The supreme god of Hindu Mythology and the husband of Parvati is manifested into the form of Shirou Emiya from The 5th Holy Grail War. They two have same ultimate similarities between their powers, mainly of creation.
Shiva can be summoned in to four classes based upon aspects of himself.

He is unable to see into all futures and only in the current one, incapable of divination to what his actions will do in to the future.

The paradoxical being of Shiva that has the contrary sets of attributes for both malignant or terrifying (rudra) and benign or auspicious(siva).As a paradox, he cannot embody both, but he can switch between them, notably being called Mahākāla 'which ultimately destroys all things' and Sankara 'conferring happiness'. As Mahākāla his destructive capabilities increase to a point he can bring to the end of all things, manifested in increasing his Strength rank to EX, while as Sankara nad because of it, his Strength ranking is missing as he is able to create all things but unable to destroy.

Shiva iconography shows his body covered with ashes. The ashes represent a reminder that all of material existence is impermanent, comes to an end becoming ash. It increased the damage of his attack and his Endurance the more damage is done around him and by him, though he can sacrifice the ashes for various means such as restoring his magical energy or a temporary greater power boost.

As a great and sacrificial Yogi, Shiva is able to perform feats simply by meditating and doing yoga, including but not limited to restoring his Mana Supply, restoring his Master's mana supply, healing wounds, undoing Mental Interference effect and more.

Shiva's third eye, denoting him as the one who would burn the universe. It has the power to set entire universe to aflame. Actually opening the eye is very difficult and rare. As such it is rarely used Noble Phantasm. Due to the number of seals Shiva himself put and as well as Alaya, it cannot be used in the first place unless in very specific circumstances. It can only be used by a Command Seal when Shiva is close to death and there is no option and only when about to face the release of opposing EX Rank Noble Phantasm or within a Reality Marble if not both.

A non-standard Noble Phantasm and one born solely from Shiva's current vessel. Originally it is know as Unlimited Blade Works, it surpassed it's usual capabilities because the weapons created gain Shiva's Blessing. By increasing their power up by a rank and thus putting them equal Rank as the original weapons. Otherwise, the functions remain the same as the Unlimited Blade Works.
