Again, nothing jumped out at me, so have a really loose reading of the prompt-
So, due to me already having an established Purple Guy by the time William Afton was revealed, I ended up writing him into my AU in an entirely different role. He… actually ended up having more in common with Henry, just… a fair bit more unstable.
A lot more unstable.
...Alright, so he's still a serial killer-

"You have a daughter, don't you, Ms. Aiza?"
Carmen stared down the man across the room from her. "Leave her out of this."
"You think I'm threatening her?" Mr. Afton took another step towards her, hands still clasped behind his back, and Carmen took a step backwards in response. His unreadable expression seemed to waver just the tiniest bit. "No, far from it. I just know that you'd understand."
"Understand what?!" Carmen tightened her fists, wishing that wasn't the only weapon she had. But she could see Benjamin and DJ behind him, visible through a window as they fought with some controls. She just had to hold his focus. "Understand why those robots are built the way they are? Understand why every technician before me ended up maimed or worse?! Oh, I understand that. It's because you're a sick son of a-"
"Language." Mr. Afton sighed. "If you're not careful, the animatronics will start to pick it up." Carmen wasn't even sure how to respond to that, and Afton didn't give her a chance. "Tell me, what would you do if she was hurt?"
Carmen froze-which really was the correct term, because the chill that ran through her body could've turned her to ice. "What?"
"The same as any parent, I'd assume. With all the effort you've shown here, you don't seem the neglectful sort." Afton shook his head, turning slightly, and Carmen just hoped he wouldn't turn and see the other techs. "Then again, I never thought of myself as such, either."
"You have kids?" It seemed entertaining him was her best option.
"Had." And for a moment, the coldness, the calculation, it all melted away, replaced by an odd sadness-a sadness that seemed to have been shoved off to the side for too many years. Carmen could understand that feeling-the chain she hid under her shirt and the ring that hung from it were evidence enough. But then it seemed to snap away as quickly as it came, and he continued, "Before they were taken from me."
Again, he stepped forward, and again, she stepped back. "You asked me what I knew about Freddy Fazbear's. I don't know about the rumors regarding the night shift, but I certainly know a few things. I know that there was a serial killer loose within that company. I know that they chose to cover it up instead of risk the scandal. I know that it was a lot easier for Henry to move on from that hellhole than for me. Of course, he still had Charlotte and Samuel with him. I wasn't so lucky."
The lights flickered, and judging by the way Ben and DJ recoiled, it wasn't their doing. "And I know that I'm willing to do whatever it takes to see my children again, even if it drags everyone in this building to Hell with me."
