Chibiusa smiled after she viewed a shop selling frozen treats. She turned to Usagi as the latter walked by another store.
''Frozen treats?'' she asked. Chibiusa joined Usagi's side while the latter's eyes widened. Frowning, she saw the usual expression of confusion.
One frown began to replace her smile.
''Frozen treats!'' Chibiusa exclaimed.
Usagi faced Chibiusa before she scowled. ''We're running errands. Maybe we'll stop for treats later,'' she said.
Chibiusa stuck her tongue out after Usagi walked ahead. She almost followed Usagi when a form materialized in front of her. Chibiusa's eyes widened the minute she recognized the woman's white hair and blue costume. The upside down black moon on the latter's forehead.
Berthier smiled. ''I found you.'' Berthier began to spin around twice. Water formed around her before one arm was raised. Her attack was sent to Chibiusa before it was dodged. Ice formed on one letter of the store's sign when it was contacted.
After Chibiusa fled, she refused to look back. Chibiusa ran into one alley where she remained. She trembled even when Berthier wandered by the alley. A few seconds went by before she glanced at the empty streets. Was Berthier going to locate her again? She didn't want to know. Chibiusa started to run again.
''There you are.''
Chibiusa paused the minute she heard Usagi's voice. Her wide eyes were on the other girl's frown. Then the bags in Usagi's arms.
''You never noticed that I was gone?''
One small smile formed on Usagi's face. ''Not until a few seconds ago,'' she muttered.
Chibiusa glowered.
''I'm finished with my errands. How about frozen treats?''
Worry formed in Chibiusa's eyes when she remembered Berthier freezing a sign letter earlier. ''How about cakes instead?''
