The Demon Queen
Tanjiro was a demon, the demon queen to be exact, he has been with Muzan for thousands of years by each other's sides. What happens when he makes his debut nearly two thousand years later?
"Kibutsuji~" The black burgundy haired demon whispered in the Demon King's ear.
"What is it, My Love?" The black haired man asked, evidently tired, resting his hands upon the other's small waist.
"I want to cuddle~ lay with me~" The two demons settled on the king sized bed as Tanjiro rested on Kibutsuji's chest while the black haired man's hands stayed on Tanjiro's waist.
"Ah~ I love this, when it's just you and me, no one else in our way, isn't it amazing? I shall leave you to sleep while I converse with the moons~" The creator of the demons nodded and continued to slip into unconsciousness.
"I'll be back my sweet Kibutsuji~"
Tanjiro snapped his fingers "Nakime~ if you will" with a struck of her biwa the environment shifted to the padding floor where the moons have their meetings.
"Lower rank of the twelve kizuki you are needed. Upper ranks of the twelve kizuki you are needed" With a stroke of her biwa all of the demon moons were in front of Tanjiro immediately bowing.
"Hello Upper ranks of the twelve kizuki. Hello Lower ranks of the twelve kizuki"
"Queen-sama" The demons greeted the queen of demons.
"I have summoned you here, to talk about your recent comings, Daki and Gyutaro Upper moon Six you are to removed of your ranking"
Those words made their blood run cold, were they going to be killed, or worse or become Lower moons?
"You are to have the new ranking of Upper Rank Four, Hantengu you shall become Upper Rank Five while Gyokko shall Become Upper Rank Six"
This made their eyes widened, they were moving up rankings? It was that time of the century, once a century the Lower moons and Upper moons get their new rankings, nothing has actually changed so far since the Lower moons were constantly being killed and replaced.
"You have made yourself worthy of my blood, please drink"
Large bowls of blood appeared in front of each of the named as they drank the blood presented before them.
"You may be wondering why Kibutsuji is not here, he needs his resting so I shall assign the new rankings as shown previously"
Tanjiro shifted in front of the top three Akaza, Douma, and Kokushibou.
"Upper rank three Akaza, you shall keep your Ranking with a fair share of my blood" Akaza thanked the Queen by kissing his hand and drank the blood slowly.
"Douma Upper rank Two you shall keep your ranking, I will give you more of my blood" Douma thaked Tanjiro by raising his head and kissing his hand.
"Kokushibou Upper Rank One shall keep his ranking, with my blood" Kokushibou nodded and kissed the hand of the Queen and drank the blood.
The Lower moons seeing this could only gaze in hopes they wouldn't be killed for being so weak.
"Lower Ranks...I pity you, Lower moon Five Rui please stand" Rui stood as Tanjiro ushered him to stand beside him much to the shock of the other Lower moons.
"You all shall not receive any blood excluding Rui. Rui shall stay with me, from now on as he has proved numerous times, no matter his status he will kill" Rui smiled, it was a rare sight to the other Lower Ranks.
"I shall keep Rui in the infinity fortress, his new ranking is Upper moon Seven"
"U-upper moon…?" Lower 3 asked.
"Yes, I am tired of you all, all you do is run when you see a demon hunter hashira, I shall not take this any longer, we give you a mission you accomplish it, Rui knowing he has a very good chance of getting beheaded in an instant stays and fights, and has claimed the lives of 2 Hashira. What have the rest of you done?"
"Nothing. Lower One you are supposed to be the strongest amongst your rankings, why are you letting another demon claim the new Upper rank spot?"
Enmu stayed quiet.
"I see. It was a mistake to make you all demon moons." With a swipe of his hands the Lower moons exploded.
"Now Rui, I shall introduce you into the other Upper ranks"
Nakime struck her biwa and they were now in front of the Upper moons.
"This is Rui he is formerly Lower Rank Five he shall be referred to as Rui Upper moon Seven"
"Ooo~ a new Upper moon" Douma cheered.
"Eh? A Lower moon was able to become an Upper rank? Impressive" Akaza said.
