Dear Diary. It's been a couple of months now since school started, and I've been very happy.
Dating Lucas has been a dream! He's so romantic, and I think he's growing on Little Jack!
Rosemary and Lee are as cute as ever.
I hear from Carson from time to time. He misses the town and Faith especially, but he also says he's happy at his new job.
The whole town has come to love Fiona's barber shop, especially the ladies! They like to use it as a place to converse the day.
Word around the gossip thread is that Mike and Fiona are becoming a real item, I wouldn't be surprised if that's true.
Ned and Florence have been enjoying married life, though. Ned sometimes likes to complain that she worries too much about him. Which is so like her!
Faith is managing a few problems, though it's clear that she misses him without having to say it.
Bill and Molly have been hanging out more, I think they might be an item!
I've gotten through the 1st half of the school year with thankfully no problems with any of the students, I've been teaching Minnie to read Braille to her daughter, and they're both catching on.
Allie and I are on good terms again. Things were rocky for a first few weeks after I told Nathan I loved Lucas, but things have evened out a bit.
Nathan and I talk from time to time. He says things are fine with him, but I can tell things aren't. I didn't want to break his heart, but I couldn't exactly continue to lie about my feelings towards Lucas either! Love, is complicated sometimes. I've been telling him that I hope we can continue to be friends, and I hope we can.
I recently got a letter from Abigail. She misses everyone, and says she hopes to come by for a visit sometime in the New Year! I haven't seen her in so long, it would be so nice to see her again!
The town is preparing for Christmas. This Christmas will be extra special this year because it'll be my first while dating Lucas! I can't wait to see what he has planned for our first Christmas and New Year's together.
