How to know I'm fully invested in writing a story? When I do a completely unnecessary introduction to try and pull more interest into the rest of the story. This isn't required to read, completely ignore it if you want to. If you do read it, read it like your God, going through a brief history.

The world has many layers to it as it was always consumed n a battle of dark and light. The layers are hard to distinguish from each other, but there are moments of clarity at the start of something big, a larger fight was still to come. The big moment an idea starts to form, a thought of how everything works and how to make it are lost in the hands of Time. Creation can only happen by a single entity, where the original idea started from. To build the project can take many hours to form and often some parts need to be destroyed before it can be fixed. Other times, more ate brought on the project, to make it grow, to have diversity. That fight had been made repeatedly, always the same cause but every verse is a different name. History repeats blindly as we learns about the past but yet to take into consideration. Except for one. Never test the patience of a creator, otherwise you may find yourself at the mercy of their destruction.
Wars can break over changes, steep over the negative influences of the old ways to new. A leader rises to take control of the plans for the next battle, where the goal is obvious to those that follow with their belief to guide them. A pack loyal to their leader, the subordinates answering the call without question, joining the cause. However, many are called to war to take sides or fear imprisonment or death if the orders aren't followed. Soldiers thrive on orders, as a uniformed shape is a strong opponent to take on alone, but when alone there's only so much they will do. The n the other sides sole strategy can either be standing together or alone and still thrive over the battles fought. Every weakness and strength is taken into consideration, when a test doesn't prove anything. Questions are asked to the leader and about the leader, a honesty that forms a tighter bond and trust is equal to the blood of each member. Warriors are well versed in the grand scheme where all details are shared and plans modified. The calling of a warrior to the battlefield is not an order, but a song for help. A cause needs a problem to change and depending on how someone leads dictates who follows. It can take time to get used to being a warrior when all a soldier knows are orders to be followed.
Who to kill and not to kill used to be simple. If the victim had been attacked, kill the attacker. If there was something deformed, kill it. The idea of a moral code can be lead by a belief of what constitutes as good and bad. An absolute balance that doesn't take final details in a judgement. That code breaks as empathy and compassion become a consideration even when those two emotions get twisted. Realization hit, and all you've ever known is not all that is. That black and white view isn't going to cut it, deep gray is all that's left. Blurred, twisted, and mixed into a fan that hit it straight on. Judgements are no longer easy, victims can be falsely accused, and that absolute judgment that many swear by no longer substitute as justice as those finer details reveal themselves. The decisions of what good and bad truly means blurs until the only way to decide is, it it's worth it to keep living. Especially when the perceived natural order is at stake by unnatural chaos.
Emotional attachments can inspire the greatest rebellions while the phrase always starts with the words No more. Being trapped in a system can be exhausting, and to break it takes courage and resilience as escaping can lead to being hunted. Whether that hunt can lead to death or being trapped once again is a cycle that could always be repeated. Human are often so full of emotions and controlled by the fleeting problems that all they can to is act on them. Logic had nothing on an emotionally enhanced human, it's inspiring sometimes seeing something so weak try to fight against what is already planned for them. Blips of them, compared to everything else around them. Everything that wants to kill them, even their own kind. These creatures are chaotic on their own, even those that don't know of the predators, but they are so much fun to watch take on more challenges as they are presented. Makes many of us wonder when the last challenge will break man's resilience to a cause that doesn't actually exist.
Two knows these lessons well, a third even more so. They've been soldiers first before growing into the warriors we've learned they are destines to be. Defying what they've been told and finding new ways to change the outcome, changing the world. As their views changed, a bond growing deeper, a close nit family not forged by blood, but their wounds that have bled for each other. What if, even the world they knew, changed? Another hidden in secret by other forces, ones even the true powers have no understanding of since he is only partial in the grand creation of the layers. Where the one unknown layer becomes known and the growing warrior learns of another that seeks for the same cause. All must learn from each others' experience and trust each others' judgement, but the wounds will reopen to get that far. Mistakes will be made, betrayals would be had, but bound in their future is the free will they seek.
The truth is essential in the journey of life, it can stop anyone in their tracks and force them off the path they follow. Many can't even fathom the answers they've been given, instead they block it out as lies. They stick to the facts of science, as the truth isn't possible in their eyes. So when humans try to fight what is truly destined for them, it makes us laugh. We can't wait for them to find the other hidden truths and wait for them to finally realize that this is indeed fact and they should stop fighting it. Or maybe don't, as this is the greatest entertainment in a millennium.
I guess this is just helping me push forward if that makes sense. I will let you know if the following chapters stayed the same or how it may have been changed in any way. Updates will be spontaneous, as I work a wacky schedule (I work every weekend). I have learned that writing becomes more efficient when I'm not at home, which sadly means I'm at work.
There's a lot to this story, if there are any inconsistencies, please let me know. I want to fix them, even if it means rewriting a series of chapters, I want to get this to work.
