A/N: Hey guys, I know it's been so long. But, I received some really nice messages about doing another story. I realized that I had covered season 3 up to season 10 and beyond, but not seasons 1 and 2. And while, I have touched on their history, I have never done a full-fledged story based on their past. So, I hope you like it. Let me know. You DK fans are the most awesome, nicest fan base ever 3

The year was 1988. Dylan and Kelly had gradually grown apart a year prior to this, when a 13 year old Dylan was growing up at a fast pace due to his absentee father, often away on business trips mixed with selfish pleasure. Already engaging in alcoholic beverages with the assistance of rebellious college boys taking him under their wing – mostly because Dylan gave them the money they needed to buy inappropriate substances – Dylan continued down a path that none of his West Beverly Hills High School classmates could follow. Kelly, having hit puberty early on, had gained traction over her flawless physique, piercing blue eyes, long blonde hair, and curled red lips. She had grown very popular among both boys and girls at the school. The perfect achetype of the "women want to be her, men want to be with her" high school goddess. So, by the time she turned 14, she had begun to enjoy her role, knowing she was a shoo-in for Spring Fling, Prom Queen, and any other hierarchy title that may come her way. She had also gotten quite cozy with the golden boy himself, Steve Sanders. Everyone wanted a piece of Steve, with his superstar mother and social status.

Kelly's life revolved around her best friend Donna, her credit card, and now Steve. Dylan's new life took him as far away from teenage normalcy as possible.

But what about their relationship? These two wild children, who once connected in kindergarten as they sat on the steps, waiting for their parents to pick them up. Kelly often shared snacks with him, Dylan rarely had a packed lunch. Two innocent kids had grown into every parents' worst nightmare: the rebel and the party girl.

Now, fast-forward back to the year 1988. Dylan was on his motorbike, deciding he would attend school today, only to have a red convertible cut him off in the bike line. As the car pulled up in the school parking lot. Dylan took off his helmet, just about to give this reckless driver a piece of his mind, when he got a good look at the car and its driver. Kelly Taylor. He let out a smirk.

"I'm guessin' a lot of people would wanna kill me, Kel. But, I didn't think it'd be you." He gave her a cheeky grin.

She threw her bag over her shoulder and slammed her car door shut. She scoffed at his remark. "If I wanted to kill you, you'd be dead." She shot him an unimpressed glance and strolled off. He watched her leave. He couldn't stand her anymore. But, he had to admire the view. Especially when she was wearing a tight-fitted red top.

"Whatever you say, red." He mumbled under his breath.

As he approached the school hall, he groaned as Kelly and her new boyfriend Steve's lips locked. While everyone else gawked with envy as the acclaimed power couple of the school shared a passionate embrace. Dylan was not too keen on the sight.

Dylan and Steve had known each other for a long time but always happened to clash. Even when they were little, there was obvious competition. It didn't matter how different they were, they both had one thing in common: a hot head. Steve judged Dylan on his rebellious outsider persona. Especially, when Dylan was in a similar boat to the rest of them. He was rich, spoiled, and seemingly just as materialistic. Steve always thought that Dylan's attempt to "not fit in" was a desperate act of attention seeking. Dylan, on the other hand, believed that Steve was the exact archetype of what everyone expected the rich, privileged kids of Beverly Hills to be. He felt that Steve was playing into the role of the one-dimensional, shallow, rich kid that only destroys their chances of being taken seriously. Knowing that Kelly often struggled to be taken seriously due to her obvious good looks, Dylan wondered why she would now succumb to the same role. The Kelly he remembered was troubled, but smart. Now, she appeared to be even more shallow and privileged than Steve.

But, to understand the missing scenes. We must first go back to the very beginning.
