Scp-01 scp-01 is the knowledge of the ending of the foundation as a whole whether it by from cosmic entropy of some sort of apocalypse. the o5 counsel is made up of 13 individuals who have attained this knowledge and are actively working to change the outcome to allow the continuation of the foundation. there have been multiple equivalents of the foundation found in the past and all seem to have had their own version of the O5 counsel. all seemingly have ultimately failed or disbanded accordingly. weather the fought against there end or not is unknown. the O5 are not different from any other basic human and only have accurate knowledge of the foundations end. as such are susceptible to mistakes in leadership and decision making. when one O5 dies or whether natural or unnatural causes, a new human is gifted with the knowledge of the foundations end and quickly comes into contact with the foundation and soon works their way up through the foundation and is brought onto the O5 counsel. if a O5 member leaves the foundation or is compromised there knowledge of the end of the foundation is instantaneously wiped through unknown means.
they are simply left with there knowledge of their active roles in foundation on goings, and as such none but current O5 members know of scp-01's actual existence.
it is not known how many organizations came before the foundation as its possible that there were extraterrestrial/dimensional organizations predating those found on earth.
what is known is that all currently known predecessors seemingly failed at some point do to various reasons.
the O5 are currently trying to figure out the cause of the end of the foundation and how to avoid it.
