If you have no Careers but want your Tribute in the story you can make up to two original characters so that everyone can participate. I'd let you do more but this story is already going to have like 1000 Tributes.
You can nominate via PM or review. PM is slightly preferred only because review nominations clog up the reviews, but it's okay if that's better for you for whatever reason.
I'll accept any nominations except in the rare cases of an original submitter not wanting their character to appear.
I'm not sure how much I'll be able to keep up, but they'll be fun to have in the story, especially Daffodil (the intentional Mary Sue).

Honestly 88 isn't as many as I've done in the past and I can handle it so far. If you don't want to submit because there are already so many I get it, but don't be worried about me and thinking I'll be overtaxed if you submit more. Submit anyone you want, as many as you want, and you don't have to feel bad or feel like you're making more work for me. More Tributes I get means more Tributes I can kill!
ANOTHER NOTE: On my end, canon newbies are equally eligible to win. For the sake of transparency I should add that they've always been less popular with readers than canon old-timers and I don't anticipate one will win since I always heavily weigh what the people want. They ARE eligible though.
ALLYING AND GENERAL OWNERSHIP: Obviously if the original submitter is around they control the character. For characters whose submitters have moved on, I act as their agent and make alliances to the best of my ability in helping them win.
ADDENDUM TO FIRST NOTE: I have never gotten this many canon immigrants and OCs in a Resurrection Games. There are so many now that I anticipate they might develop their own following and I now think it is plausible one will win.
NOTE ON CANON IMMIGRANTS: I have so many newcomers this time that I won't be able to read all their original stories like I would prefer to. I'll mostly be going off the forms so if they seem off-model compared to their last incarnation, that's why. If there's anything really important in their original stories you can tell me and I'll make a note to incorporate that.
