Richard had been caught and arrested after about an hour long pursuit, so Storm had been told by his detective friend. Storm knew this would not look good to the courts but he knew he had to defend Richard with all his might, for he was his only option.
So Storm went to the Remand Center and demanded to see Richard.
"Heh heh, okay, just make sure he doesn't run away on you," said the guard as he escorted Richard in who was handcuffed and also chained from limb to limb.
"Ha ha wow they really don't want you to get away," Storm laughed at Richard's predicament.
"Stop laughing Storm and help me please," Richard cried.
"Okay."
Storm Sente was now officially Richard Kingsley's defense counsel.
Storm Sente left the Remand Center.
