Thor son of Zeus: Path to forgiveness Zeus paced back and forth in the halls of his palace on Olympus. His wife Hera had just given birth to twins, Thor and Loki. He had a distressed look on his face as sweat poured down his face. He knew that there might be a chance of one of his sons being the child of prophecy. If the children were allowed to live it could mean the end of his rule. One side of him wanted to eliminate the children, but the other wanted to raise them. He hadn't conflicted in years. Even when he attempted to murder the Di Angelos he never felt conflict. He walked into the room where his wife had just given birth, and as soon as he saw the babies, he knew he could not harm them.
Unfortunately, Zeus had never learned how to be a parent. His only father was a power crazy old man who ate babies. With all of his other children, he just let them run wild and dealt with the results. To the rest of the gods, it seemed like Hera was the only one who really cared for them, but that was limited to Ares and by some who really cared for them, but that was limited to Ares and by some extent, Hephaestus. Not trying to screw up with these two as he had his other children, he summoned Ares, Athena, and Hephaestus. As soon as they all got there Zeus started to speak, "My children I am trusting you with five tasks to fulfill for your new siblings. Ares, I would like you to teach them how to fight. Athena, I would like you to teach them about the world. Both mortal and godly aspects of it. Hephaestus I would like you to create a Hammer, a scepter, and two pairs of armor."
Each of the gods did was asked of them. Hephaestus created weapons called Lævateinn and Mjolnir. Ares taught them how to fight, and Athena taught them about the world. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday they learned from Athena. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday they learned from Ares. On Sunday they had a free day to do whatever they liked. Often on Sunday, they would go looking for monsters to fight with their demigod friends the warriors four. They would learn about how their godly powers worked, and magic from their friend Amora, daughter of Hecate. As time went on the brothers became more powerful, and that led them to become more arrogant.
A drunk Thor was out partying with the warriors four after wiping out 354 monsters during the most glorious battle of their lives. During the night they had received many congratulations from gods, nature spirits, and demigods. "My friends", Thor started, "We have committed one of the most heroic acts of all time. We have performed a feat that has never been done before. Not by Hercules, not by Atalanta, and not by Jason", Thor bellowed. Fandral asked, "Yes, I just wonder how we'll outdo ourselves next time. Loki responded picking up a glass of ambrosia, "That's an interesting question."
Hogan replied, "Careful my friends if you look for trouble it shall surely find its way to you."
"Whatever we do, we" ll do it greatly", yelled Volstagg. "I agree with Hogan. We probably shouldn't dwell on the future so much, but the present", chimed in Sif.
After the party ended, and everyone went back to where they came Thor started to think. How can I one up myself? Maybe I could fight an even larger hoard of monsters by myself, in front of camp half-blood. All the demigods and nature spirits would then forever be in my debt.
With that in mind, Thor put on his battle armor, put on his belt of strength Megingjord. Using Mjolnir Thor started to fly out of the perimeter of Olympus. After a one-minute flight, he landed in front of the camp half-blood strawberry patch on Long Island. In his loudest voice he announced, "I am Thor, son of Zeus and Hera. To knight I am here to vanquish the threat of you monsters". Right after he finished his speech he heard bushes start to rustle. Thor readied Mjolnir for a fight, but what came out of the bushes was a group of four teenagers. "My name is Grover, and we're trying to get into camp half-blood because I sent to find these demigods, but then-
Thor cut him off, "I understand friend. There's no reason to start rambling". Almost on cue, Thor started to hear a rumbling it was like if a stampede and earthquake were happening at the same time. Out of the trees came hundred of monsters charging at them. Thor simply lifted up his hammer then pointed at the army of monsters. As soon as he did that a gigantic flash of lightning hit the monsters, causing many of them to explode into a cloud of golden dust. What was left of the monsters began to charge at him again. Thor's punches alone were enough to make them explode. Whenever he got tired of punching, he swung Mjolnir into the monsters' bodies causing them to explode. Out of nowhere, a punch sent Thor flying into camp half-blood. While in the air he multiple camp cabins caused major damage. When he got back on his feet he saw a Minotaur and 2 cyclops charging at him. He then noticed that his hammer wasn't in his hands and muttered, "This should be fun", with a wicked grin on his face.
He jumped at the Minotaur and kicked him in the face. The kick sent the Minotaur flying backward into the lake. He punched one cyclops through the chest causing him to explode into dust. The last cyclops tried to punch Thor, but he grabbed the cyclops fist and threw him into the ground so hard it caused him to explode.
Thor then remembered that he left those kids by themselves. He ran towards the kids to see that one of them was dead. The others were severely injured. The youngest one with tears in her eyes looked at Thor. A storm cloud formed above them and morphed into the face of an angry Zeus.
"WHAT HAS HAPPENED HERE!?"
Thor just put his head down in shame.
"THOR!"
Thor responded in a voice full of sadness, Yes, father "TAKE MJOLNIR AND GO. UNTIL YOU DO SOMETHING WORTHY OF FORGIVENESS, YOU'RE BANISHED FROM BEING AROUND CAMP HALF-BLOOD OR OLYMPUS. YOU WILL NO LONGER SEE YOUR MOTHER, BROTHER, OR FRIENDS. NOW LEAVE FOREVER!
Thor didn't even try to defend himself. He held out his plan and Mjolnir flew to him. He began to fly way towards the path of forgiveness.
