The sun shone brightly onto Auradon illuminating the emerald grass and bathing the whole island in warm rays of light. Everything was perfect, the sky was clear of any clouds, school was off for the day, there was free ice cream offered to anyone who passed by the front entrance, and Malinda -Daughter of Malificent- was coming to Auradon!

"Wait... WHAT?!" Seems like everyone but Mal and the rest of the Villain Kids knew this for in the next moment they broke out into nervous chatter Mal started pulling at her now blonde hair looking at the tips and muttering about having to dye it purple, Evie seemed to take calming breaths and looked an inch from bursting into tears, Carlos looked as if Christmas had come early before something like a though occurred to him and he looked suddenly like a kicked puppy. Jay's reaction was the most telling, the usually playful boy was rigid and tense, eyes suddenly very guarded and stoic.

"What's up with those faces?" King Ben asked teasingly. His girlfriend of six months turned to look at him.

"See Ben, you know how there are plenty of kids on the Isle who didn't take to their parent's teachings and are actually really good deeeeeeeeeeeep down inside?" The newly minted king barely had enough time to nod before Evie bulldozed through the rest,

"Yeah well there are also some whom are rotten down to the very molecule of the their heart, kids their parents are forever disgraced by -"

"- That means proud by the way" Carlos chipped in

" - Who are very unpredictable like their parents, and while we do say that every Villain Kid deserves a place in Auradon -"

"- Cause they do"

"- Not all of them are as appreciative of it or will go down the path of redemption like we did." She finished.

"She is one of them." Mal said.

"C'mon she isn't that bad." Carlos protested

"You're only saying that cause she genuinely likes you." Both Evie and Mal sung.

"What of you Jay?" The king asked, pulling all attention onto the son of Jafar who up to this point was silent.

"What is your opinion of Malinda?"

The ex-thief seemed to think something over before he shrugged.

"Don't know, wasn't that close to her." He said nonchalantly his face so honest and serene you would be a fool to think him a liar.

Nobody Noticed the fact that his left hand was shoved deeply into his pocket,or that his fists were curled in a tight fist , a sure sign that he was lying. Well nobody but Carlos, his eyes narrowed in suspicion.

"Also I know not all Villain Kids appreciate being welcomed they way I did you guys, it's why everyone is either in their dorms or in the gardens so no one will be here when we receive her."

"Wait so she's coming TODAY?!" Mal cried, eyes wide in disbelief.

"Why did nobody tell us?" Evie whined, Carlos groaned pitifully and Jay grunted still staring at the sky, the only sign of his surprise was the slight widening of his eyes.

"Anyway, here they come!" The king laughed pointing at the quickly approaching limo.

The Kids of the most notorious villains jumped turning to face the the cobbled pathway in badly disguised panic.

As the limo was pulling into the driveway, they forced themselves into shape, putting on smiles on their faces, well in Jay's case smirk, as they turned expectantly towards the passenger seats. The purple door was pulled open.

First thick purple heeled ankle boots with a zip up the side appeared coming in contact with the floor with a muted thud, creamy supple thighs were exposed next. A dainty little hand came to rest on the the side of the limo in an attempt to pull herself our of the car, her long manicured purple coloured nails with little green dragons drawn on them scrached against the surface of the car. With a heave she pulled herself off of the seat dark purple hair spilling over her back, stands getting caught between her fingers. She stood to her full hight of 5'6. Her green mesh mini-skirt swishing against her thigs, her purple tube top tucked securely under her black belt, she wore a black fishnet crop top over it. A dragon pendant hung around her neck and fell against her bust. Her lips were painted black, a lollipop resting between them and a playful look took residence in her electric blue eyes.

She opened her arms expectantly and found herself with an arm full of Carlos de Vil. He pecked her on the corner of her lips that she returned with one on his cheek, he squeezed her waist extra tight before letting go and stepping back toward the group.

"Miss Malinda, it is a pleasure to meet you." Ben spoke hand outstretched to shake her own. She nodded instead and took a step away from him, a clear sign she didn't want to touch him.

"Charmed" she drawled out staring at his hand at as if it was infected with an illness she wished not to carry and stared him in the eye. Keeping his eyes glued to her face he gestured to the four behind him.

"I'm sure you already know these four."

She turned her playful stare towards them.

"Carlos" She said eyes very fond. The white haired boy grinned back at her.

"Evie" She said looking at the girl as if she were nothing and did not exist. The bluenette managed a beautiful but strained smile.

"Jay" Her voice hitched slightly, but if anyone noticed, they said nothing. A curt nod and playful smirk, she looked into his eyes, ad whatever she saw there appeased her for she moved on to

"Mal" There was barely hidden disdain as she said the name, looking down upon the girl as if she was everything wrong the the world. The now blonde girl flinched.

"Hey sis," she hesitantly smiled, her efforts were put to waste as she was dismissed with a flick of the eyes.

"Now, how has life been without me?" She asked pleasantly but you could see the malicious intent n her eyes.
