I was home, I was bored, and thought of this. I don't really know why I suddenly thought of this, but admit it... SCP and Miss Peregrine's are a perfect match.

Description:

SCP is humanoid in appearance resembling a woman of Caucasian ethnicity. Standing at 1.67 m and weighing 62.6 kg, SCP-89999 is described as being a 'polite' woman seeming between the ages of 25 and 38years. Her accent is British in origin; however, she has never denied or confirmed her nationality.

Her attire consists of dark, navy colored clothing similar to clothes worn by women in the early 1940s; and her mannerisms and habits seem to reflect those of that time period. When asked about her origins, she will only say 'here and there' and will soon change the subject.

SCP-89999's anomalies consist mainly of an ability to transform into a Peregrine Falcon. She was spotted by a SCP Field Agent after being seen morphing from her avian to human form, and was contained soon after. Though at times she is obviously uncomfortable with her containment, and has even requested to be set free, she has never tried to escape. There is only one instance where SCP-89999 been physically violent (Incident 004); and had been in avian form. She had apologized for the incident after transforming.

Apart from her shape-shifting abilities, SCP-89999 displays many 'falcon-like' characteristics as she tends to move sharply and talks very rapidly- even tilting her head when curious. Her outward appearance also mirrors her Peregrine features, such as her preference for black eyeliner and her nails which resemble talons. Whether she began life as a Falcon or human is still unknown. She has also displayed above average intelligence, and seems to have a good sense of time.

Even though her general demeanor is polite and even indifferent, SCP-89999 shows a fondness towards children and occasionally staff members whom she has had good experiences with. When introducing herself, she always uses the name 'Miss Peregrine'. She has been given various nicknames by staff including 'the Bird', 'the Blue Lady', and -because of her scolding manner when annoyed and her love for children- 'Headmistress'. One name she does not take kindly to is 'Birdy' which she will become immediately annoyed at.

SCP-89999 is allowed to decorate her room with furniture of her choosing, and can roam freely throughout the facility but only with an escort.

SCP-89999-2 is a gold 1881 French Railway pocket watch that seems to be the prized possession of SCP-89999. Though it does not seem to have any anomalies properties of it's own, further testing on it has been denied by SCP-89999. When asked about it's origins, SCP-89999 would only reply 'it was a gift'. Further requests for explanations were ignored.
