They always hated their mom after what happened when she trapped all those people of Westview in the make believe town they picked up the phone and answered the call and said "Hi mom what are you calling about?"
Billy said and she responded "I need your help"before it suddenly cackled out.
The twins were left confused why they got a random call from their mom almost a decade later after seeing her saying I need your help.

They went into agent jimmy woo's room who they had been living with now since their dad died to the blip and their mom left them.
They told him in a rush what just happened and he jumped out of his bed eating Pringles and watching Star Trek.
He began worrying and wondering if this is what was supposed to happen the twins were only 14 so they didn't know what was supposed to happen or what he was talking about he told them to sit down and started to explain a story.
