Somewhere in Russia there lived three girls. One is a peasant, the other is a gypsy and the other is a small girl.
They met an orphan named Anya and instantly they became the best of friends. They met the little girl a few months ago. The peasant girl and gypsy met Anya when they were little girls. The little girl's father sent her to the orphanage because he doesn't want to see her again.
The three girls are called Anneliese, Elina and Blair. Anneliese is the peasant girl, Blair is the gypsy and Elina is the little girl. Their adventure happened when the headmistress sent the four girls to a fish factory. The headmistress made fun of the other girls for being too different.
She then made fun of Anya for remembering what she had a clue to. The clue was on the necklace and it said 'Together in Paris.' She then told the girls to be grateful while she closed the gates. Poor Elina, Anneliese and Blair. Anya felt sympathy for them.
She then said in a mocking voice, "'Be grateful Anya.' We are grateful, grateful to get away!" Elina nodded and said, "Yeah I am grateful to get away from you!" Blair then said, "I'm also grateful to get away from your treatment towards me!" Anneliese agreed.
Anya remembered what the headmistress told her to go left. Anya then said, "Well I know what's to the left, I'll be Anya the orphan forever." Anneliese said, "Well I'll be Anneliese the poor peasant forever." Blair then said to Anya, "If that happens, I'll be the gypsy girl that everyone hates." Elina then said, "Well if you girls are like that, then I'll be Elina the little orphan girl forever."
Anya then suggested about going to the right and she sighed and said, "Whoever gave me this necklace must've loved me." Elina then said, "Well it does look pretty on you, even though you don't have any nice clothes just like us."
Blair then asked, "What is going to happen to us?" Anneliese then answered, "I don't know, let's see what Anya thinks." Anya then said, "This is crazy, me go to Paris?" Blair then asked her, "What would we do now Anya?"
Anya then said to her, "Honestly, I don't know." Anya then shouted, "Send us a sign! A hint! Anything!" Then she sat down on the snow. Anneliese lost her parents from a burning fire and Blair lost her family from the lives of people who hate gypsies. That is how they became orphans in the first place.
Then the four girls heard a sound that is like a bark of a dog. The girls looked around and they saw a little gray puppy. The three girls thought it looked cute. Anya on the other hand doesn't think so. It got her scarf and she is trying hard to get it back from the pup.
The pup then went to the right direction and wagged it's tail. Anya then said, "Oh great, a dog wants me to go to ." Blair said, "I think that's a great idea, better than going to the fish factory. I'd rather find a real job instead of a stinky smelly fish factory." Anneliese added, "Yeah I'd rather find a job that is right for me and I'll make a living of some kind. Elina can stick by my side since she's only a little girl."
Anya then said, "Ok, I can take a hint." She grabbed one end of her scarf and followed the pup. The three girls followed. Then they saw the look on Anya's face. Elina wanted to know and Blair said, "I think this is a quest for her past." Anneliese agreed with her.
Then they were on their way, with their new dog friend that they named Pooka. The pup liked his new name. They knew that it's a long journey, but they can make it. They are going to Paris, France.
