THE PIXIES' PERSPECTIVE

A Harry Potter fan fiction short story by Porcelain American Princess

Forward

I've always liked the pixies from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. So I decided to make a story about them. I will also be updating my story 'Family' very soon. If you have the time, please please please leave a review because I love reviews.

The Pixies' Perspective

All the pixies knew was that they were in a net. They were in a large, mesh net. Being tumbled about and banging into each other. The pixies buzzed around, gnashing their teeth at the strong mesh. But they couldn't even make the tiniest holes. They flung their tiny fists against the netting, but still didn't break even a small piece of mesh. Then suddenly, there was a bright flash of light up and everything went dark.

The pixies opened their eyes. The first thing they knew was, whatever they were lying on was extremely hard and cold. The second thing they knew was ouch. "Ouch" groaned a tiny, high-pitched female voice. Suddenly, they realised they weren't alone. A blonde man with shiny white teeth was standing over them. Questions flew through the pixies' heads. Who was this man? Why did he have their cage? Wait - they were in a cage? They were indeed in a cage! A large, stainless steel cage. Then the answer came to the pixies: This man wanted them for some reason. Well, he was certainly going to pay for this. They all stood up at once and glared at the him, rattling the bars. The man took no notice. "Perfect," he said, still grinning. He put a large black cover over the cage, so that no one could see in or out. "Let us out! You're a great big hulk!" shouted a male pixie after him. But there was no response. Another male pixie climbed up to the top of the cage and pulled at the bars. He hoped that they would be made of something like wood or plastic. Something that they could break or bend. No such luck. They wouldn't even have a chance of making a dent in these heavy metal bars. "What now?!" Said a female pixie with especially pointy ears. "Note sure," said a pixie with a large nose. "We need to get revenge on this idiot! How dare he pay a man to catch us in a net and the. shove us in a cage?" said a female pixie angrily. "How do you know he paid a man to do that?" asked a male pixie curiously. "I was at the top of the net, so I could see better. If you paid attention like me, you would see a lot of things too," said the female pixie. "Ouch!" said the female pixie because the other pixie had just slapped her around the head. "How are we going to get out of here?" asked a pixie with a very pointy face. "Let's crawl under the bars," said a male pixie jumping up. "Don't be stupid, said the pointy faced pixie annoyed. "Attention!" said a female pixie raising her voice. Even though her voice was tiny and high, it still rose above all the other many pixies voices. She flew up to the top of the cage and clapped her hands for silence. "Just so we're clear: if we manage to escape from the cage, we cause as much trouble as we can. I think that would be the best way to take revenge on this guy." "Yes!" rose a chorus of tiny voices. "I suggest we toast his underwear," said one pixie eagerly. "Good." said another pixie with especially beautiful wings. "How about sticking his head down the toilet?" said the pixie with the large nose. "Oh yeah!" exclaimed the pixie with the pointy face, clapping his hands. "Listen," said the pixie with the pointy ears, "I can hear a voice." "It's that man. Try and hear what he's saying," said the pixie with the beautiful wings. The pixie with the pointy ears put her ear against the bars of the cage. It poked out into the cover and she was able to hear snatches of what he was saying. Unfortunately though, it was muffled. "He is saying something about 'ugly child ward'", reported the pixie with then pointy ears. "Charming," said a male pixie. "And he said 'space my dear..'" The other pixies stared at her.

Suddenly, the cage cover was ripped off. The pixies saw that they were in a large room and this larger room was full of young people. The pixies began to chatter even more than before. They flew up to the cage bars and peered at everyone. "They must be his helpers!" said one. "He's ugly!" said the pixie with pointy ears. Some of the pixies darted about the cage shouting "Lalala" or "Nanana" at those outside. "I want to see," said a female pixie, elbowing a another pixie out of the way. "Ouch!" said the second pixie crossly. "Let's see what you make of them," said the man with white teeth and suddenly the cage door opened. Hundreds of tiny, blue winged creatures flew out letting joyously and zoomed around just because they now could. They then preceded to cause as much trouble as possible. Their methods included pulling hair, smashing things and tearing books. They even decided to fly a boy about the room by his ears. The pointy eared pixie tangled herself in a girl's hair. The girl batted at the pixie, but the pixie didn't budge. Suddenly, a big hand swatted at the pixie and she tumbled backwards. "Ow!" she squeaked as she tumbled through the air. Meanwhile, the pixies who were parading the boy around the room finally stopped at the chandelier. "You just stay there my love," said a pixie with a large nose. The other pixies giggled. Suddenly, a skeleton of a dinosaur fell from the ceiling because the pixies who had been sitting on it finally broke the attachments holding it to the ceiling. It smashed into a million smithereens. Pixies scattered.

"Let's throw this over everyone!" said the pixie with pointy face. They gathered together to grab as many pieces as possible. Unfortunately, before they could throw the pieces, there was a bright flash of light and the pixies were still. They now just floated around blinking. What had happened?

They found themselves being stuffed back into their cage. After the spell wore off, a pixie said "What now?" As it later turned out, half the pixies would find themselves in a junk room where the man with the cage would leave them. The other half would join the pixies of Hogwarts grounds and make a colony there.
