Chapter One: The Pets
"Okay so we'll grab lunch and then head back. We don't need-" Riley then gets cut off by Alexis as the group is walking.
"Hey you hear that?" Alexis asks as she perks her ears up.
"Sounds like a fight." Delilah says.
"Trouble... Sounds like Pete and Ashcan. They're on our territory again. Let's move." Riley says as the group runs toward the sound and sees Ashcan and Pete fighting with two dogs while trying to get to a cat.
"Hey!" Alexis shouts as she shoves Ashcan off the dog before Riley begins fighting with Ashcan as the others keep Pete busy.
"Pete let's split." Ashcan says.
"That was some nice fighting, stranger and thank you miss." A dog says.
"Not a problem." Alexis says.
"This ain't over yet Goldie. Watch your back." Ashcan says.
"Yeah. Your back." Pete says.
"I hope you're not makin threats trashcan." Riley says.
"Unless you want to wake up at the vet's." Spike says.
"With a thermometer under your tail." Sledge says.
"Now, beat it. Yo what's up with you? Don't you know this place ain't safe for no pets?" Riley asks as he looks at the dog after Ashcan and Pete leave.
"Yes. Unfortunately we're lost." The dog says.
"Lost huh?" Alexis asks.
"Do you think we came here on purpose? Guess again." The cat says.
"Ooh! Excuse me. My name's Riley but you can call me Riley." Riley says.
"That's Sassy. I'm Shadow." Shadow says kindly.
"Hey Shadow didn't you guys have another dog with you?" Alexis asks as Shadow looks around.
"Oh no Chance! You were correct miss uh..." Shadow says.
"Alexis." Alexis says kindly.
"Hey I saw your f-f-f-friend um-" Stokey then gets cut off by Sledge as he is scratching
"Doggone it Stokey. Quit scratchin' when you're tryin' to talk." Sledge says annoyedly.
"Sorry Sledge. F-F-F-F-Fleas!" Stokey says.
"Stokey we don't have all day. I'm sure Shadow and Sassy want to find their friend quickly." Alexis says as she looks at Stokey.
"He went up the uh south si- si-" Stokey then gets cut off by Slegde.
"Chill! He went up the side alley." Sledge says.
"Yo Delilah come here. Look she knows the south side. If anyone can find your friend she will." Riley says as Delilah goes over to him.
"Hope you can catch him. He's fast." Shadow says.
"Well so am I. Back in a flash." Delilah says as she runs off.
"Hey! Where'd Delilah go?" Bando asks as he comes over.
"Get a grip Bando. She just went to find their friend." Slegde says.
"But she's my girlfriend." Bando says annoyedly.
"Yeah right. Not in this lifetime." Sledge says.
"Well in the mean time we'll help you two look. Come on." Riley says as the group starts moving.

Life story: Alexis was born in the mountains with her mother and her father. She is the only one of her litter. Her parents and pack both were killed when she was 3 by another wolf and his pack. Thanks to her mother she survived the slaughter and was raised by her adoptive family.
