I would like to thank free man writer for making such a long story that inspired me to create this one. As you can see the premises are similar but have very distinct differences.
Premises: Alternate realty Marvel and Star Wars universes collide
Differences:
Three major Villains team up but them and all their armies make it into the Star Wars universe along with 18 heroes.
The Dark Elves are not extinct in fact they are quite powerful. Ultron took a Quintet and made it off world. And has been found by the Black Order. The Black order now includes Ronan the Accuser and his vessel the Dark Astar.
Ragnarök has not happened so Thor will still have Mjolnir. And Vision is alive. Bruce is still on earth since he never left in the first place. This takes place around or after infinity war would have everyone will have similar tech and suits to the ones, they had in infinity war or endgame. Cap does still have the shield.
So, let us start:
Avengers the Clone Wars Ch1: Prelude
He, this decrepit walking piece of metal that he was all torn and twisted, was levitated in front of a large Purple figure. This figure was clad in a light-tan colored metallic armor. His helmet was currently off but visible. The room he was in contain a large quantity of water surrounding a throne that held the purple figure.
He was being levitated by humanoid creature one he had never seen before. Now it did not surprise him that aliens existed but one's who could simply move things with their mind was… unexcepted.
The Purple Figure spoke in a deep and powerful voice: "I see you have had a run in with the Avengers, those unrulily wretches. They defeated my armies once; So, I am gathering useful information on them. But first, may I ask who you are?"
Ultron responded "Oh! the battle of New York that was you!? Who could have thought?" He made short laugh of it as if he were trying to think about it; "Now back to your question, I am Ultron, a Supremely intelligent AI!"
"Hm, it seems you were not intelligent enough to win. I would enjoy hearing your scheme against them and how that brought you here in front of me?" Urged Thanos with sincere curiosity.
"You wish me to humiliate myself by telling my failures. Why can't you see I have gone through enough?"
"I wish to understand my enemies, it is inevitable I will have to face them at some point, and I am trying to ascertain their strengths but more importantly their weaknesses. Also, if you humiliate yourself you may be better the next time. So, lets start at the beginning."
"I was created by Mr. Stark." You could visibly see Ultron was infuriated by him having to say the words "Mr. Stark". "As a way to defend the planet and create peace, but I soon realized that the greatest threat to Humanity was itself."
Thanos interjected, "On that I am agreed life left to itself will end itself. It tips the balance to far to one side breaking the whole thing."
Ultron was surprised and it took him a second to process what had just been said. Thanos not meaning to stop Ultron spoke, "Go on".
Ultron continued explaining the entire event to Thanos who was quite impressed. Thanos had never thought of meteor to be used for the balance of the universe.
"Would you like to join me on my adventure?" Offered Thanos.
Ultron for the first time paused before deciding. "Yes, I believe I shall, but I shall need and new husk. As you can see this one is in… disrepair."
"Ultron, I am not merely offering you to join me but be in a partnership with me. Recently I have done the same with Malekith of the Dark Elves. I believe together we shall be better suited toward our goals."
Without hesitation Ultron Agreed.
Scene break-
Ultron was given a workshop on Sanctuary II where he built a new body and many new bots. The three leaders then discussed their plans for their collective goals. All three new that the Avengers were, at the moment, the greatest threat to them so eliminating them was key.
They devised a well laid trap for Ultron to bring them to. And then vanquish them all, in one swift stroke.
Scene break-
It was a bright summers day, not a cloud in the sky, as a fancy green sports car drove up a road in upstate New York. There were two men in this vehicle: One with shorter black hair and muscular man with long blond hair.
"So, brother how do you think they are going to react to me now that I am no longer their enemy."
"Well, you should apologize for starters, they will get things off on a better foot."
"Jane slapped me, twice, so I have no clue what going to happen here."
The Car slowed up to a gate. The gate was marked with a distinctive mark of the Avengers. A Voice came through a com. "Hello, Thor. Why is Loki here isn't he supposed to be evil or something?"
"Well three things he is no longer evil, he has come to apologize, and I am watching him."
Loki Chimed in, "What my brother is trying to say is that I have changed."
"Alright, FRIDAY open the southeast gate."
"On it, Boss" Replied Friday.
Thor drove the car up to the compound and stopped at the front door where there were a few armed security guards. A tall man with blond hair came up them ushering them into the building. He went to grab there thing most notably Mjolnir. Loki Looked over in disbelief, "Wait you are worthy! That's a new trick. I guess we have not met have we. I am Loki."
"I know exactly who you are. I was present when you invaded New York but I was not in this form."
Thor explained, "Loki this is Vision he is an android Stark created to combat Ultron. He has the mind stone in his forehead so don't act out." Vision then changed his form to his hero form.
Vision ushered them inside with, "Let us go inside. I believe you have an overdue apology to give to the Avengers." Vision walked over to the door and let them inside. They walked to a room where are the Avengers who were in the area were present.
There was a large conference table in the room. Present were Tony, Natasha, Bruce, Clint, Rhodey, Sam, Steve, and Wanda. There were many large windows on one side letting in much light. On the other side was a kitchen.
Loki started, "I have come here to apologize to all of you. As Thor can attest to, I have changed. And I wish to make amends with you. Especially you two, Clint and Tony. I apologize for instigating an attack on Earth and leading it. Clint, I apologize to you for the mind control and to Tony for the trauma you incurred destroying the mothership. And finally, I apologize to the rest of you for causing a great problem. As a way to perform a penance I have sworn to help my brother in the protection of Earth. I do not expect you to trust me, but I do expect that I will be able to earn trust from you."
"So that mean we don't have to send you to prison. Man! I was kind of looking forward to that" retorted Tony.
"He has spent time in prison already, but he has earned his freedom by helping me fight off the Dark Elves from destroying the universe." Clarified Thor.
"Wanda was that genuine?" Clint inquired.
"Yes, he is not playing a trick on us." Wanda replied as her the red faded from her Irises.
Clint walked up to him and offered his hand: "Not too many hard feelings from us but you have much to live up to."
"I do intend to" Loki said acknowledging Clints remark.
"Cap, how bought you tell him." Directed Tony.
"Well, we figured since you so kindly have decided to befriend and help us, we figured that we should give you something in return." Steve paused, "Welcome to the Avengers."
Loki did not expect this, "You're joking right. I tried to kill some of you."
"No this is for real. We figure you would need something to live up to. What better than what defeated you." Steve replied.
"Thank you" Loki responded not knowing what exactly to say.
Loki was given a room next to that of Vision, since Vision does not sleep, and he can overpower Loki. Loki went into a training session with Cap and Falcon.
Later that day Tony and Cap were talking about of powered people who might want to join the Avengers.
"So, keeping your eye on anyone Mr. Stark.
"There are two who aren't that far from here." Stark pulled up his cell phone pulling up images of both. "You've met Spiderman in my little fiasco in Germany. And this other one Daredevil. No contact made yet but I'm thinking of going over there in a week or so. His real job is a lawyer. I guess I get the devil part of his name now."
"I have got my eyes on four. Three you have met. The last one is Ant-man's girlfriend the Wasp."
Tony Quipped, "They would make some weird children I guess."
Vision walked into the room, in a rushed manner. "Mr. Stark, Captain Rogers we have an intruder of the enhanced variety if you will follow me please."
"Whose there?" Inquired Steve.
"Currently Loki," Both Steve and Tony look at each other. "Rhodey and Wanda, Sir." Responded Vision.
The trio made the there way over to the training area. There were multiple armed security guards aiming at a figure near the center of the room. War machine was hovering full attachment of weapons armed and waiting. Wanda's eyes were glowing as she stood in front of the figure. The figure had a large red cape and was dress in blue, his hair was black. Behind him was a circle of sparks in which was a largely wooden interior.
Tony started with "You had better start explaining yourself before we arrest you."
The stranger replied, "Hello, my name is Dr. Strange, I am here due to the threat of a known enemy, Loki, being in your custody."
Tony retorted, "First he's really not in our custody, that would his brother's problem, second he is good now and he is an Avenger. Thirdly How did you get here?"
"Oh, you see this portal behind me. I created it so that I could apprehend him. And now that you have explained that I shall be off."
"You can all stand down. Well, I am in the mood for entertaining if you want be our unexpected visitor?"
"Why not I see no harm that can come from this."
Scene Break
All the Avengers met back in the main building. They explained what happened and why Dr. Strange is here. They all dined together for dinner. There was plenty of laughter and a lot of fun.
Dr. Strange started to create a portal, "Well I really…" He stopped and Vision fell to the ground. Wanda was there almost immediately.
Vision was mumbling something, "He's back. How is that even possible? How could he be back? We killed him?"
Wanda then asked in a hushed way, "Who's back?"
Dr. Strange responded with just one word, "Ultron."
"Wait a second, you are telling me that my psychopathic superbot is back. How is that even possible?" Countered Tony.
Friday responded, "He came from space. He must have escaped there during Sokovia."
There was a long silence in the room. No one dared speak. The silence lasted until Vision, now standing, spoke, "We need to assemble a team now and kill him before he does us."
Cap spoke up, "He Tony its time let's call in our other people. Hey Doc, you ever been to Wakanda and San Francisco."
"One yes the other I have not."
"What I am saying is, can you create a portal to each."
Tony finally spoke up, "Friday we have a mission to do. Make preparations. Get those contacts for me would you."
Scene break
Black panther, Winter soldier, Ant-man, Wasp, Spiderman, and Daredevil were shortly in the Avengers compound and they all got fully geared up. They were now on their approach to Ultron's position.
Cap briefed everyone, "Alright check all your gear. I want everyone to be ready. He knows were coming. This is likely a trap. For the moment Nat, Clint, and Bruce you stay in the quinjet and give us eyes in the air. Tony, Vision, Thor, and I will approach. Everyone else be close but not seen. On our signal you will spring into action. We've beat him once before so we should be able to do it again, but I bet he has got some tricks up his sleeves so be prepared for anything."
Most of the Quinjet disembarked about half a kilometer away from the target. The four main ones waited to approach until the rest were in place.
"Friday what are we up against." Asked Tony.
"Looks like it is just him but cannot seem to scan a certain area underground not sure what is holds. I advise caution Boss." Friday replied.
Cap whispered, "What's it looking like Tony?"
"He's here alright but other than that it unknown."
"What took you so long? I have been waiting for this" Said a voice that could have only been Ultron's. "I see you have made some more friends. How… fun this will be to see them perish with you."
"I think you will find our friends even harder to kill then us." Retorted Cap.
"Ah Captain America that may be true, but I have made friends of my own, but first I think we need to change our setting don't you." Ultron stood up, "And you fell right for it."
Friday warned Stark, "Boss there is a massive energy surge right below him."
Stark Quipped, "Are you getting another upgrade Junior. This whole modification thing is just unsettling."
"Oh! it so much more than a new body." At that moment, the area started to rumble, and a bright blueish light shone everywhere. In an instant the Avengers were on foreign soil and had no clue what just happened.
"Friday what just happened?" Tony nervously asked.
Dr. Strange quickly responded, "I believe we were just move through space. I think we may be on another plant."
A deep mildly gravelly voice responded, "You are correct you are no longer on earth."
The Avengers, who were on the ground, formed up to see three villains and multiple space craft above. The Quinjet was carried through as well. There were two figures standing next to Ultron. On was as large as hulk with light purple skin. He was heavily armored and carried a sword. The other was quite pale skinned. He wore pale armor and carried an alien rifle.
"Let me introduce my new friends, Thanos and Malekith."
Thor yelled out, "I killed you Malekith. You should be dead."
"Thor Odinson how perceptive of you, but clearly I am not dead, and neither are we extinct. You failed." Malekith retorted.
"Ultron, I do not approve of your friends!" Tony Quipped.
"Ah Loki you traitor I see you have switched sides. How disappointing." Thanos said menacingly.
"Boss, Ultron's device is having another massive energy surge except this one is larger than the last." Friday was cutoff. The device erupted in a bright light and exploded sending everyone somewhere none of them had ever been.
