A rocky terrain is surrounded by a thick fog, as a Knightron, mostly black warriors with pieces of silver armor, including a helmet and a shield on their backs and holds long spears, is thrown through the fog. The fog slowly cleared, revealing five warriors, clad in colored knight armors, red, black, pink, blue, and green, and wielding Dino Blades, long swords with a dinosaur skull-like crossguard, which has a handle-like lever on the back of the skull, fighting a large group of Knightrons.

The blue knight uses his Dino Blade to block a Knightron's spear, using its momentum to bring it to the side and strikes it. The black knight grabs a Knightron's spear, pulls the Knightron to the side and strikes it across the chest. The pink knight, the lone female of the group, uses her Dino Blade to block two Knightron's spears, knocks them up and strikes one of the Knightron. The second Knightron is knocked into a spin by the green knight and then strikes across the chest.

The red knight blocks a Knightron's spear, knocks away the weapon and then strikes it down. Suddenly an explosion erupts in front of the knight, forcing him back a couple steps. The red knight looks up to see a series of meteors falling through the sky, before seeing a mysterious figure on a nearby cliff with their arms raised.

"Everyone back, we need to move, now!" the red knight yells, with the five knights start to run through the fog, as the black knight strikes down a remaining Knightron.

"Watch as they run, they fear our power," General Forte, a monster clad in castle-like armor, including castle tower-like shoulder armors, and a cannon in his chest, walks through the fog.

"This should prove to be truly amusing," Mage Wizar, a monster clad in blue wizard-like outfit, including a top hat and a cape, and holding a cane, walks through the fog.

The five knights enter a cave, as sounds of explosions cause it to shake, with the knights barely holding themselves steady.

"We must hurry fast," the blue knight says. "Before we run out of time."

"Wait," the pink knight turns to the red knight, their leader. "What about…?"

"He made his choice, there's nothing we can do about it," the red knight interrupts, before the sound of a large explosion rocks the cave, then the knights hurry to a stone podium in the center of the cave. "We must act quickly."

The five knights surround the podium, in sync, they hold up their Dino Blades, swing them blade facing downward and then inserts them into the stone podium, causing the weapons to glow their respective colors for a moment.

Another explosion rocks the cave, with the knights hurrying to an opening in the back of the cave, as the cave continues to shake, before it's entrance starts to collapse.

"Rise of the Knights, pt. 1"

65 millions years later…

At the Rimestone High School, students are entering the building.

Vice Principal Gema, an older Asian American woman in a suit, walks through the main hall, under a banner that reads "Remember: Sign-up for a Club".

Ms. Gema turns around, looking at students that walk past her or stand at their lockers and off to the side, "Remember, everyone, you have two weeks to sign up for a club."

Principal Dragdan, a man, slightly younger then Gema, approaches her, "Take it easy, Ms. Gema. We don't have to be so strict with the deadline for club sign ups."

"We have deadlines for a reason, Mr. Dragdan," Gema reminds him. "We must keep to them, or there could be confusion, and more important, messed up schedules."

"Right, y-you probably right," Mr. Dragdan says.

"Of course I am," Ms. Gema walks past the principal.

Mr. Dragdan shakes his head with a smile, before walking in the same direction. At the same time, Kent, a Caucasian teen wearing a red backpack, walks under the banner, looking at it, as he spins around and sighs.

Kent walks over to Mackey, a Hispanic teen seated at the bottom of a flight of stairs reading a book, when he looks up to see Kent standing next to the wall left of the stairs, "Everything's okay, Kent?"

"Not really, I still don't have any clue what club I'm going to join," Kent says.

"There's no rush," Mackey tells him, as two more teens walk over to the two.

"I know, Mackey, I just don't want to wait till the last minute," Kent says.

"Well, if it helps, I'm considering joining the chess club," Mackey holds up the book he's reading, which is titled "Chess: Pro Tips and Strategies".

"Thanks, but I'm not sure that chess club is really for me," Kent says.

"Having trouble deciding on a club?" Henry, a more muscular Hispanic teen, asks.

"Yeah," Kent responds.

"Maybe you should think about the track and field club," Buffy, an African American teen wearing a green top, suggests. "The head of the club has been trying to get me to join since I ran laps around everyone in Physical Ed."

"Did you also collapse from exhaustion afterward, Buffy?" Henry asks.

"I won, that's what matters," Buffy adds.

"It wasn't a race," Mackey says under his breath.

"What about you, Henry?" Buffy asks.

"I'm also undecided," Henry says, before making sword stabbing motions. "But I am thinking about that new fencing club."

At that moment, Jackie, an Asian American teen who has her hair tied up in a bun with a small pink bow, "Are you guys talking about clubs?" Kent quickly turned to face her. "I'm considering the weight lifting club."

"H-Hi Jackie," Kent says.

Jackie smiles, "Hey, Kent."

"Jackie, you lift weights?" Mackey asks.

"Yeah, I try to work out regularly, in fact my family has always believed a healthy body builds a healthy mind," Jackie explains.

"Speaking of family," Buffy says, before she slides herself between Kent and Jackie, approaching an African American teen. "Hey, Britney, we are talking about joining clubs. Any clubs interest you?"

"Actually, I'm not really interested in joining clubs," Britney starts, crossing her arms. "I'm more interested in an internship. Good for college."

"You know colleges might also look at other activities, like clubs," Buffy smirks.

Britney uncrosses her arms, "R-Really… Do you really think so."

Buffy smiles, as she tabs on Britney's shoulder, "C'mon, sis."

Britney turns and walks with Buffy, as Mackey gets up and starts to walk with Kent.

"Remember Kent, we all still have two weeks to decide on joining clubs, but we only have a couple minutes to get to Earth Science class," Mackey tells him. "Besides we do have that field trip to outside the city."

"Right…" Kent says, as he and his friends continue to walk down the hall, passing a TV screen hanging from above a row of lockers.

On the TV, an archaeologist site is shown as people are doing their work, as a reporter says, "Meanwhile the team of archaeologists outside the city had discovered trace elements of new fossils."

An archaeologist rubs the side of a mountainous wall, brushing dirt off an odd, almost demonic looking face symbol.

"What do you think it could be?" Nate, another archaeologist, asks.

"I don't know," Smith, the first archaeologist, responds, taking a step back. "I've never seen anything like it before. We better go tell the boss."

Smith turns away from the wall and starts to walk away, when he trips on a root and falls down, hard. Nate snickers a bit.

"You think it's funny?" Smith starts to push himself up.

"No, of course not," Nate tries to hold back some laughter.

"Blasted root," Smith kicks the root. "I hate the outdoors."

"Why did you become an archaeologist?" Nate asks, as he starts to follow his friend.

"My mother wanted me to…" Smith responds, as they walk away from the wall, unaware that the symbol glows slightly and starts to crack.

Later on, a school bus comes to a stop several feet away from a hill overlooking the archaeologist site. Students, including Kent, Jackie, Mackey, Henry, Britney, and Buffy, exit the bus, followed by Mr. Dragdan, who is followed by Mr. Albert, a gray hair older man.

"Mr. Dragdan, you really didn't have to come," Mr. Albert says, upon disembarking the bus. "I can handle a small field trip size."

"I know that, but you know how much I enjoy archaeologist digs," Mr. Dragdan answers, as the two walk with the students toward the hill. "Besides there wasn't anything else for me to do today."

Ms. Gema opens a door that reads "Principal Arthur Dragdan", holding a clipboard with several sheets of paper, "Mr. Dragdan, there's a ton of paperworks you need to sign."

Ms. Gema looks up to see a desk, but no one is there, before she lowers the clipboard and sighs.

Back at the archaeologist site, the students, alongside Mr. Albert and Mr. Dragdan, are standing on top of the hill, as a woman in a brown vest and hat, standing in the center of the site, talking to the large group.

"This is just one of numerous sites found around and through Rimestone City that fossils and other evidence from the ancient past had been discovered," Amy Flynn, the head archaeologist, starts. "While we don't know why it might be, but incredible discoveries have been made, for example…"

Amy picks up a small half rock object, with a swirling pattern on it, "For example, like this fossilized velociraptor… guano…"

"What's guano?" Buffy asks.

"You don't want to know," Mackey responds.

Amy hands the fossil sample to an assistant, and then clears her voice, as she faces the class, "Anyway, you all can look around, ask questions, but, and I can't stress this enough, but don't touch anything. If you found something, tell me or one of my associates. Thank you, very much."

"Okay, everyone," Mr. Albert starts, getting the students to face him. "I want everyone to break up into groups, but remember, do not touch anything."

The students and their chaperones start to walk down around the side of the hill.

"Want to see whose group finds the best artifact?" Buffy asks her sister.

"What? Are you serious…?" Brittney asks, with a half smile. "Okay, you on."

Brittney walks past Buffy, as Mackey, Kent, Jackie, and Henry approach.

"I'm so gonna beat her," Buffy says, with Henry smiling.

Kent looks to the side to see a man wearing glasses and dresses like the other archaeologists, is walking out of the woods, "Hey, look."

The man trips and falls down, with his glasses falling off. The man starts to push himself up, as Henry runs over and helps him to his feet.

"Are you okay?" Henry asks, as the man stands up.

"Yeah, I-I'm fine."

Jackie picks up the glasses, handing them to the man, "Here you go."

"Thank you, very much," the man takes the glasses, placing them back on.

Mackey looks at the archaeologist site and then back at the man, "I thought this was the entire archaeologist site. Where did you come from?"

The man pushes back his glasses, looking at the five, "Who are you?"

"We're students at Rimestone," Kent answers.

The man looks past them to see the school bus in the distance, "Oh, right, the field trip." He then looks back to the teenagers. "Well, there's a spot nearby where some fossils have been found. So I checked it out to see if anything was missed." The man starts to walk past them, "And I fell down a hill."

The five teenagers turn to see the man walk away, before Mackey looks over to Buffy, who is grinning.

"What are you smiling about?" Mackey asks, before doing a double take at the man. "Wait, no, you are not thinking..."

"We could find something really awesome, maybe discover a new dinosaur," Buffy suggests.

"He didn't say anything about finding something," Kent points at the man.

"He could've missed, hey, he fell down a hill, he could have easily missed something," Buffy suggests.

"We could get into trouble," Mackey says.

"No one say anything about where we can go," Buffy starts. "So we could go, see if there's anything interested, and be back before we're missed. And if we found something awesome…"

"Okay, I'm in," Henry says.

"Me too, could be fun," Jackie adds.

Kent sighs, "Yeah, let's go."

The four look at Mackey, who quickly realizes they are looking at him, before Mackey shrugs his shoulders.

"Okay, then it's unanimous," Buffy turns, before starting to lead her friends into the woods. "Let's go."

Mackey sighs, "I hope we won't get into trouble for this."

After a few moments, the five teenagers are on top of a steep hill, overlooking a cavern, with a large boulder blocking.

"This must be it," Henry says, looking down the hill. "I wouldn't want to fall down there."

"He's lucky he wasn't hurt," Jackie says.

"What is that?" Kent asks, while looking at the blocked cavern.

Meanwhile Smith and Nate approach the woman at the dig site.

"There's something we need to show you," Smith starts, as Amy examines a stone tooth.

"Not now, this might be a saber-toothed tiger tooth," Amy interrupts. "But consider how old this fossil could be… could a species of tigers really existed back then?"

"This is more important," Smith says.

"It could be an ancestor of some kind…" Amy continues.

"Are you listening to me?"

"I told you, not now," Amy turned away from the man.

"Of course, because you are the only one who could make an important discovery," Smith says.

"What are you talking about?" Amy turns back to face him.

"You always brush me aside, ignoring whatever I find, just because I don't have years of experience," Smith approaches her.

"It's because you never found anything," Amy responds.

"Well, I found something today, much better then some old tooth," Smith grabs the stone tooth and throws it onto the ground.

The demonic face symbol breaks apart, as a shockwave shootout and a large passage shatters at the side of the mountain.

The shockwaves reach the archaeologist site as it weakens, blowing the air around everyone.

"What was that?" Mr. Albert asks, looking around.

"Probably nothing, nothing at all," Mr. Dragdan suggests.

"Excuse me, Mr. Albert," a student calls to the teacher.

Mr. Albert turns to face the student, "Yes, what is it?"

Mr. Dragdan turns away and looks to the distance, looking concerned.

The shockwave continues, until it reaches the five teenagers, who are blown off their feet and roll down the hill. The shockwave reaches the blocked cavern, disappearing against it, before the large boulders blocking the cavern dissolves.

Inside the mountainous cave, there are several corridors, with an amber wall blocking a small opening, until the amber wall starts to crack before shattering completely.

Wizar comes out, "After 65 million years, we are free!"

Another amber wall shatters, before coming out is General Forte "My cannons better not had seized up after all of this time."

Forte exits his opening and walks down the corridor, a third amber wall shatters, followed by a purple armored hand reaches out and grabs the wall.

"I better try them out with some cannon practice," Forte follows Wizar around a corner.

"Ah, cannon practice, I'm sure our magnification Queen has better plans than…" Wizar starts, before he stops suddenly. "No, it can't be!"

Wizar hurries ahead to another amber wall, "The amber that sealed our Queen hadn't been destroyed!"

"But why not, her power was so great, it hard to imagine that this amber could've stopped her," Forte says.

Wizar slowly waves his wand over the amber, "The Queen must have spent too much energy to summon the meteors to destroy our enemies… That coupled with this amber, specific designed to work against her own powers, must've drain her too much to allow her to break free after all of these years…"

"So, how do we free her?" Forte asks.

Wizar stops moving, before turning to Forte, "We must re-energizes her with the greatest source of power imaginable… negative energies."

Forte closes a fist, "If she needs negative energy, then I will get it."

Forte turns around and walks away, as Wizar watches him, "And how you gonna get it?"

"How else…" Forte says, without stopping walking. "By terrorizing the nearest population."

Meanwhile, the five teenagers start to get back up onto their feet.

"Is everyone okay?" Kent asks.

"I think so…" Jackie shakes her head slightly.

"Yeah, but what hit us?" Henry asks.

"It felt like a wave of… energy," Mackey looks ahead, causing his friends to follow his gaze to the now opened cavern entrance.

"Was there a large rock there, a moment ago?" Buffy asks.

"What's going on?" Jackie wonders.

Kent looks into the cavern, as some dust in the air starts to shelter, before starting to enter, with his friends behind him, as they see a large chamber, with the podium in the center, and the five Dino Blades sticking out of it, but now covered in stone.

As his friends look around the chamber, Kent stands in front of the podium, seeing that next to each Dino Blade are small stone covered humanoid forms, each holding up a weapon and holding a shield at their sides.

Continuing to look around, Buffy says, "Safe to say we have the best find."

Back at the archaeologist site, Britney is walking around, looking left to right, before approaching a male classmate, "Excuse me, have you see my sister, or any of her friends."

"No, sorry, I hadn't."

"Thanks," Britney responds, as the classmate walks past her. Britney sighs, upon seeing Mr. Albert and Mr. Dragdan, and whispers, "I'm sorry, Buffy."

Britney walks up to Mr. Albert and Mr. Dragdan, "Excuse me, sirs, but it seems my sister and…"

Mr. Dragdan looks past her, "What's that?!"

Britney turns to see a large group of Knightrons charging onto the site, as archaeologists and students are scattering.

Britney takes a step back, "What in the world…?"

Back in the cavern, the five teenagers continue to look around, as Henry walks toward the podium.

"Are those swords?" Henry asks.

"I think they are," Kent starts to reach for a Dino Blade's handle.

Mackey hurries over to his friend, "Wait, we are not supposed to touch anything."

"Look around, Mackey," Jackie starts, as her friend looks at her. "I don't think this place is exactly what they had in mind."

"Still…" Mackey softly says.

Kent looks from his friends back to the Dino Blades, and starts to reach for one, when a sudden scream stops him, as all five look to the cavern's entrance.

"What was that?" Henry says, as he leads his friends out of the cavern.

As soon as he exits the cavern, Henry catches a Knightron's spear, before the Knightron forces him to the side.

"Henry!" Buffy calls out, before she ducks under a Knightron's spear.

The second Knightron swings its spear, before Jackie kicks it in the back, knocking the Knightron over.

Henry is struggling with the first Knightron, before Mackey kicks the Knightron away from Henry, followed by Kent spin kicks the Knightron.

The five teenagers regroup together.

"What are these things?" Jackie asks.

"Trouble," Henry looks ahead, as all five see a group of Knightrons charging toward them.

Jackie dodges under a Knightron's spear strike, spins around and sidekicks another Knightron. A third Knightron then pins its spear against Jackie, pushing her back. Grabbing the spear, Jackie leans back, freeing herself under the spear, spins around and falls onto her back, throwing the Knightron over her.

Henry catches a Knightron's spear, using the spear to flip the Knightron onto its back. Henry looks over his shoulder, and then roundhouse kicks another Knightron. Henry then goes to punch a Knightron, but it turns around, with Henry punches the shield on its back. Henry pulls back his hand, shaking it, as the Knightron turns back around. The Knightron starts to raise its spear, with Henry spinkicks the Knightron.

Mackey runs up the side of a small hill, chasing by two Knightrons, before, upon reaching the top, he spins around and flips over the two Knightrons. Mackey spins back and trips one Knightron, knocking it into the other Knightron. A third Knightron brings down its spear, with Mackey flips to the side, dodging the attack. Mackey then flips back to the side, kicking the Knightron in the chest.

Buffy is being chased by a Knightron, before she grabs a low tree branch, swings on it, lets go, spins in midair, grabs the branch again and swings back, kicking the Knightron. Letting go, Buffy flips and lands, before rolling to the side to dodge a Knightron's spear. Buffy trips the second Knightron as it approaches her, before handstand on one hand and kicking a third Knightron.

Kent ducks under a Knightron's spear strike, then hops over a second Knightron's low spear strike. He then flips to the side, as the Knightrons end up striking each other with their spears. Then his arm is grabbed by a Knightron, but Kent grabs the Knightron's arm, causing the two to spin around, before Kent kicks the Knightron in the side, forcing it to let go before forcing the Knightron to the side and sidekicks it.

Suddenly a small explosion goes off next to Kent, knocking him through the air and lands hard on the ground in front of the cave entrance. The rest of the teenagers stop with a couple Knightrons around them, before looking up the hill to see Forte, with more Knightrons next to him.

"I don't know what is harder to believe," Forte starts as the new Knightrons start to run past him. "That this new human species dare to stand up against my Knightrons, or that they actually manage to beat them."

Kent starts to return to his feet.

Henry grabs a Knightron's spear, holding it down, "And who are you?"

"I am General Forte, general of the Negadons' Queen's army. And you all… are dust!"

The cannon on Forte's chest fires, creating a large explosion in front of Kent, throwing him backward through the cavern entrance, as explosions continue to go off around the cavern.

Jackie is struggling with a Knightron, as she looks ahead, "Kent!"

Another explosion goes off, as a dust cloud blows out of the cave entrance.
