A Few Small Ripples
It is said that that all actions we take are just ripples in a lake small disturbances that eventually right themselves and return serenity to the lake, however those ripples however small do change things and of course what if instead of a single ripple there are hundreds even thousands of tiny ripples echoing across the entire lake, it is these ripples that change the lake and the world.

Uchiha Fugaku observed the chaos overtaking the village with a deep frown on his face, the red haze of the Kyuubi's monstrous and vile Chakra was lighting the sky up, he had obeyed his orders given by the Sandaime and he had the entire Konoha Military Police Force mobilised to evacuate the entire village something which he and his men had been doing non-stop for an hour now.
The Sandaime had took command of all forces within the village and was leading a counterattack against the Kyuubi in order to push it out of the village, and Fugaku had recieved orders to maintain position and continue the evacuation of the villagers to the safe zones.
"Fugaku-Sama, we have achieved approximately 98% total evacuation, there are only stragglers left in the village now." One of his men reported appearing beside him in a Shunshin, "What should we do now?" He asked.
There were two options he had now, obey orders and maintain their position and not join the counterattack or he could disregard the orders that were given to him by the ANBU member and have the Clan join the attack on the Kyuubi. It was a hard choice if he did not obey then he could open himself up to reprimand and even demotion or impisonment, but standing by like this would not improve the Uchiha Clan's standing in the village and would probably open the Clan to critism and suspicsion.
"Have the younger members maintain evacuation and protection, the rest of us join the counterattack and engage the Kyuubi with the rest of the village." He ordered to all the men surrounding him. He hoped he had made the right choice both for Clan and Village because if he had made an error in judgement then Fugaku had no doubt that he would most likely be arrested and trialed for dereliction of duty and probably executed.

Didn't get far with this one unfortunately, this is the one I enjoyed best after Naruto the Chimera but here we are, like all the others please feel free to adopt and write it yourself, summary below.
A Few Small Ripples
On the Night of the Kyuubi attack the Uchiha go and reinforce the village against the demon fox becoming heroes in the process.
During the fight with Obito, Minato realises that the way he is talking to Minato that the masked man must have known Minato personally and Minato voicess this to Obito's displeasure.
On the other hand during the final moments of Minato and Kushina's life the barrier fails and allows the Sandaime in early enough to get a few words from Minato and Kushina, Minato reveals Uchiha Madara is alive and he was the one who attacked the village and unleashed the Kyuubi, also Kushina begs the Sandaime to protect Naruto.
Minato while dying has a revelation that he knew personally the person who attacked the village but dies saying "O-o-obi." which the Sandaime doesn't understand.
Later during reconstruction, the Sandaime returns to being Hokage and stops Danzo from isolating the Uchiha and instead puts them and the military police right in the centre of the village to everyones shock.
Afterwards the Sandaime reveals to Danzo the Konoha Council and Fugaku that the person who attacked the village is Madara Uchiha to their collective shock, Fugaku swears the Uchiha had nothing to do with it and they have long disowned Madara and the Sandaime reassures him, and says that the village will grown stronger he then dismisses them all apart from Danzo who he stops.
Danzo is threatened by the Sandaime to keep the secret of Naruto being a Jinchuriki and is also not allowed to recreate Root and Minato's decree still stands.
Naruto has a relatively normal life and is still rather low on the social totem pole and is as unskilled as ever, Sasuke is less of an asshole but he feels more pressure due to the fact that there are rumours that Itachi is due to be the next Hokage.
Naruto would bond with the usual crew and eventually end up on Kakashi's team *Might change to something else. Apprenticeship to Genma?
Probably follow Canon more closely than the others.
