It's New Year's eve in the town of Beach City, and every human and gem alike was celebrating for the coming year of 2022. At the edge of the beach was the house of Steven Universe. The New Year party was in full swing with humans and gems walkabout while listening to music and talking about their New Years' resolution.

Back outside as the diamond's ship touchdown in the water from the beach house. Inside the ship was Yellow Diamond, Blue Diamond, White Diamond, and Spinel, they were all dress in their beachwear bikini for the party.

Yellow wore a one-piece grey bikini with a blue, pink, white, and had a yellow stripe on the left breast side of the outfit,

as for Blue, she wore a two-piece bikini that was pink with a blue-stripe on the panties part of the bikini and with hair tie back to a ponytail from an old hairstyle she had and, wonder how it possible for her hair to be joint together like that all the time.

White wore a grey shirt with a white star and wore black bikini panties and had a pair of sunglasses, and lastly, Spinel wore a night-blue bikini with her hair down.

As the Diamonds and Spinel were getting ready to leave the ship, Spinel told them as she wondered about their New Year's Resolution.

"So I was wondering what you Diamonds plan for this year." Spinel asks the three ex-rulers of Homeworld.

"Oh, Steven will love that idea, White," Blue said with a joyful tone as she has seen how much White Diamond change these past two years. White Diamond was a lot better version than her Oldself from 5,000 years ago, and it was all thanks to Steven for help the Diamonds to see more outside their usual mindset.

"I hope he doses to my dear Blue, and what of you?" White ask the Blue gem about her resolution.

"For me, I will be learning more on different types of gems fusion together with Granet and about dance technique, and the love and trust between the Gems that are fusion to together oh and Yellow will be joining too.

The White gem nodded at Blue for choice to fusion and gave a slight grin about Yellow join after her little gem fusion research be a horror show from what Steven told a year back when he and White were spending some time together. White saw the pouting of the gold gem, looking annoyed with her arms crossed with her head turn so that White couldn't see Yellow's blushing cheeks.

"Spinel dear what about resolution?" White asked the little pink gem.

"Oh nothing special, White. Just spending time pink pearl that all." Spinel said as her arms round in a hug motion about her and pink pearl will doing.

"Ok, I see, and what said Yellow," White called as she turned head from Spinel to Yellow. "What kind of resolution you have planned.

Yellow Diamond faced her fellow Diamond and Spinel with telling them her resolution.

"For my resolution, I will be work gem shard, keep up work as usual and maybe change my helmet too." Yellow said as she mumbles the last part of her answer.

All three gems were surprised about Yellow answer but caught them more was the last sentence she said.

"Yellow do you just say you were a new helmet?" Blue said with a "say what" look on her face as she looks at Yellow about what she meant.

"Yes," Yellow answers Blue's question in a muted tone." The thing on my head is a helmet what you all thought this was my hair for 5,000 years." she yells out at them.

The only response that she got from them was Yes, Maybe, and Definitely.

"Are you kidding me? You all thought this was my hairstyle." Yellow shouted out as she pointed to her helmet while the trio nodded their heads at her.

"sigh, Here let me show what I really look like without thing this on."

As her hands proceeded to her helmet, she lifts and removes the headgear, and glory Yellow's hair comes down from the back with spikey tips to sides and in front from left to right along with center having a heart shape cut into it.

"Well." Yellow asks as White, Blue, and Spinel give her thousand-yard stare.

"Whatever I'm leaving."

As Yellow walks past the trio, she leaves them in their daze to make her onto the warp pad as it lit into a beam light that teleported her outside the ship.

"Woah." was all Spinel could say as her mind try to come back into reality.

"Woah, indeed dear." White said.
