Summary: As Lou and Lulu Pickles are babysitting the kids at the Pickles household for the day, Jesse's hyperness accidently causes the Reptar Wagon with all the Rugrats onboard to roll uncontrollably through the streets of their neighborhood. Will the kids navigate through this adventure safely?

Early one morning the Rugrats parents had dropped their kids off at Stu and Didi's house for the day as they headed off to work. Stu had to go downtown to get more supplies for his inventions and Didi had to fill in as a substitute teacher at Yucaipa High so he called his father Lou to see if he and his wife Lulu could babysit for the day.
"Of course we'd be glad to babysit the little sprouts" replied Lou.
"Oh that's great dad" exclaimed Stu.
"We'll be right over" said Lou and hung up the phone.
Meanwhile, out in the front yard of Stu and Didi's house the Rugrats were happily playing with Tommy's Reptar Wagon while Angelica, Susie, and Zoey were circling around the house on their tricycles.
"Wow Tommy this is the coolest toy to play with" exclaimed Jesse.
"Thanks Jesse" said Tommy.
"You know after Dilly was born and before we metted Kimi, Zack, You, Savannah and Zoey, My friends and I had an adventure on it" Tommy explained.
"What happened" asked Jesse.
"Well" went Tommy. "When I came into the living room, I saw Dilly was in it and when I asked my friends what they were doing, Phil and Lil tolded me that they were planning to take Dilly back to the hospicle. We argued about it loud enough for Angelica to hear and when I tolded her to be nice and that Dilly didn't mean anything, she pushed me in the wagon with my friends aboard and kicked it hard enough to roll out of the house and down the streets and eventually into the forest. This was back when Angelica was still means" he explained.
"Wow I'm glad she's changed for the better" said Jesse.
As Tommy continued explaining he was interrupted as Lou and Lulu pulled up into the driveway of the Pickles household.
"Hey there sprout" said Lou. "Ya happy to see your old grandpa and your grandmother" he asked.
Tommy giggled and smiled happily as Lulu picked him up. Then Chuckie approached Jesse.
"Hey Jesse what were you and Tommy talking about" asked Chuckie.
"Oh Tommy was just telling me of the forest adventure you and your friends had in the Reptar Wagon" replied Jesse.
"Oh boy that adventure was really scary when we gotted losted in the forest and met up with monkeys from a circus and a big bad wolf that tried to eats us too" said Chuckie.
"Wow sounds like a really neat adventure" exclaimed Jesse.
"Yeah well we haven't been on an adventure in the Reptar Wagon like that ever since our parents finded us and hopefully it won't happen again" said Chuckie as he joined the others playing in the Reptar Wagon.
Secretly Jesse wished he could have a real awesome adventure like his friends in the Reptar Wagon. Meanwhile, Stu and Didi were getting ready to leave the house to do their tasks.
"Are you sure they won't be too much of a handful" asked Didi.
"Dont you worry Didi, we'll make sure no one get's hurt today" said Lou.
"We'll be fine" assured Lulu.
"Alright then, Didi and I are outta here" said Stu.
"We'll be back before the other parents come to get their kids" added Didi.
With that Stu and Didi got in the car and pulled out of the driveway. Meanwhile, Angelica, Susie, and Zoey parked their tricycles near Spike's dog house to take a break from riding before continuing.
"Wow you guys it's almost like ripping it up on a racetrack" said Zoey.
"Yeah, you two up for some more competition after we have a rest" asked Angelica.
"Sure thing" replied Susie and Zoey in unison.
Meanwhile, the Rugrats were all taking turns at the steering wheel as they had imaginary adventures on the Reptar Wagon.
"My turn now" said Savannah as she got in the front seat and imagined they were going through a rainforest.
"Watch out for those big kitty cats Savannah" said Chuckie.
"Don't worry Chuckie" assured Kimi. "We'll make it" she added.
"Yeah, since the driver has to do the driving we just enjoy the ride" said Phil.
"As long as the driver keeps up the good work and we don't have to, we'll be okay" added Lil.
"I'm certain we've been through worstest before Chuckie" continued Dil.
"Alright you guys, I'm convinced" said Chuckie.
Meanwhile, back inside the Pickle's residence Lou was taking it easy in the rocking chair and left the front door halfway open so he can hear the kids, while his wife Lulu was making lunch for everyone as Angelica, Susie, and Zoey walked in.
"Hi Grandma" said Angelica.
"Hi sweetie" replied Lulu.
"Can you girls tell your friends to come in for lunch please" asked Lulu.
"Sure" replied Angelica, Susie, and Zoey in unison.
Back outside, Savannah had finished her turn with the steering wheel on the Reptar Wagon when the three girls came out.
"Hey ya smart babies it's time to come in for lunch" said Angelica.
As the Rugrats headed inside Tommy made sure the brakes on the wagon were holding it before going to lunch.
"It will be my turn nextest to be at the wheel won't it Tommy" asked Jesse.
"Sure it will Jesse" replied Tommy.
"With your hyperactive attitude, I'm sure it could be one heck of an adventure" replied Zack.
After lunch was finished Lulu got busy getting the kitchen table cleaned up as Lou returned to his rocking chair and nodded off to sleep and the Rugrats headed back outside to play in the Reptar Wagon.
"Oh boy my turn now" exclaimed Jesse.
However given Jesse's hyperness he accidently knocked a lever that released the brakes of the Reptar Wagon and slowly started to roll.
"AHHHH" screamed Chuckie.
Angelica, Susie, and Zoey were in the living room when they heard Chuckie's scream and ran out to the front to see all their friends that are on the Reptar Wagon was rolling away from the house.
"Oh-no" gasped Zoey.
"Our friends are in trouble" said Susie.
"We'll need Spike, some jump ropes, and our tricycles to chase after them for this rescue mission" said Angelica as she thought quickly.
Susie and Zoey nodded in agreement as they hurried off to get the things they needed.
"Hey Spike" called Angelica.
Spike heard his name being called and came running out of the doghouse.
"Spike our friends are on a Runaway Reptar Wagon and we have to save them" said Angelica.
Spike quickly knew this was serious and would do anything to protect Tommy and his friends from danger. Soon, the Calvary set off in quick pursuit of the Reptar Wagon with the girls tricycles and Spike's fast legs. Meanwhile, back inside the Pickles household Lulu had finished clearing the kitchen table and headed to the living room where she found the door halfway open and her husband nodded off to sleep.
"Lou Pickles" said Lulu sternly.
"Huh what" said Lou, waking up from his sleep.
"Where are the kids" asked Lulu.
"They should be out in the front yard playing" replied Lou.
Lou and Lulu went to check only to find wheel track, tricycle tire tracks, and dog tracks leading away from the house.
"Don't tell me the little sprouts disappeared again" exclaimed Lou.
"C'mon Lou" said Lulu. "Were going on a rescue mission" she said.
With this Lou and Lulu quickly got in the car and sped off to find the kids before the parents return. Meanwhile, further down the street the Reptar Wagon was rolling uncontrollably.
"Jesse" shouted Zack "Try pulling the lever to stop this wagon" he said.
Jesse tried but because the Reptar Wagon was moving quickly the brake that stops the wagon broke off.
"Oops" said Jesse.
"Oh great now we won't be able to stop at all at this rate" shouted Chuckie.
"Calm down Chuckie" said Dil and Savanna in unison.
"Yeah Chuckie, no matter how worstest things get they'll turn out alright in the end you'll see" added Kimi.
"I only hope you guys are right" said Chuckie.
Tommy then turned around to see the girls and Spike in close pursuit.
"Hey guys" exclaimed Tommy "look who's following us" he said.
The other Rugrats (except Jesse as he continued to pilot the Reptar Wagon from any obstacles along the way such as parked cars, other children playing) turned around and cheered as Spike, Angelica, Susie, and Zoey were chasing after the wagon.
"Have you guys come to rescue us" shouted Chuckie.
"Yes Chuckie" shouted Angelica.
"But how" shouted Chuckie.
"With some jump rope" shouted Susie.
"We figure if you guys can grab one end of the jump rope Spike can get on the other end and try to bring this Reptar Wagon to a safe stop" shouted Zoey.
The Rugrats thought this was a good idea.
"Great idea guys" shouted Tommy.
"I hopes they can stop this wagon afore we wind up in the forest again Lillian" said Phil.
"I hopes so too Phillip, I hope so to" added Lil.
Meanwhile, Lou and Lulu were searching block after block for any sign of the kids.
"You know Lou the street they started on could eventually lead them to the park in town" suggested Lulu.
"Hmmm, good point" said Lou.
"As we head that way let's take any other street and see if maybe we can encounter the kids before they reach the park" suggested Lulu.
Lou nodded in agreement and put the pedal to the medal. Meanwhile, back to where the Rugrats and the Runaway Reptar Wagon are Angelica, Susie, Zoey and Spike continued running along dodging every obstacle that was in their path in order to save their friends.
"I think the street we're on will eventually lead us to the park in town" said Angelica.
Susie and Zoey nodded in agreement as they kept trying to get one end of the jump rope for the babies to grab. As the Rugrats sped past Yucaipa High, Tommy and Dil's mom Didi was rather too distracted teaching her students to notice them going by. Shortly after they sped past the Home Heaven hardware store where Stu was getting out of the car to get the supplies for his inventions to even notice as well.
"Uh guys" said Jesse "I thinks we're getting close to the park" he added.
"Come on girls and Spike" encourage Tommy. "You can do it" he said.
With that Angelica got a very determined look and peddled her hardest to catch up to the Reptar wagon. After a couple of minutes Angelica was right along side and handed Tommy one end of the jump rope to tie on tightly onto one of the arms of the wagon.
"I sure hope this work's Tommy acause I'm really ascared" said Chuckie.
"Don't worry Chuckie everything should be okay as soon as we stop" said Tommy.
"Yeah, I'm real optimistic about this rescue too" added Zack.
"And I'm right beside you Chuckie" said Kimi.
Then Spike ran his hardest to grab on to the other end of the jump rope and began to stop as hard as he could.
"Ahhhhhhhh" went all the Rugrats in unison as they approached the park. At last the Runaway Reptar Wagon came to a safe and complete stop right at the front door step of the park.
"Few" said Chuckie "That was way too close I'm still shaking" he added.
"Wow that was the wildest ride eber" said Phil and Lil in unison.
"I'm glad we're all still in one piece" said Zack.
"Man bro that was the fastest ride eber, even if it happened by accident" said Dil.
"Well, I guess we all had a real adventure today in the Reptar Wagon after all" said Tommy.
Just then Angelica, Susie and Zoey caught up to the others.
"Are you babies alright" asked Angelica.
"Yes we are thanks to You, Spike, Susie and Zoey" replied Tommy.
"I agree with my big brother here" added Dil.
"Me too" added Savannah.
Then all the Rugrats, Spike and the three big girls had a group hug. And right on Que Lou and Lulu were pulling into the park's parking lot when they spotted the kids.
"Great Josephette" exclaimed Lou. "there they are and they're all okay" he added.
"That's a huge relief" sighed Lulu.
The kids saw Lou and Lulu headed in their direction and ran up to hug them.
"Are you sprouts alright" asked Lou.
All the kids nodded.
"Since we're all here at the park why don't we stay awhile before getting ice cream and heading home" suggested Lou.
The kids cheered in unison and went to play on the playground.
"Uh-oh" exclaimed Lou. "I see that the brake on the Reptar Wagon is broken" he said.
"So that was what happened" replied Lulu.
"I'll have to have Stu take a look at this" said Lou.
Later everyone stopped at an ice cream parlor for a sundae before heading home.
"Boy Tommy" said Savannah. "Your grandpa and grandma sure picked the bestest place for ice cream" she said.
"Thanks" said Tommy. "Although my daddy and uncle Drew took me and my friends to this one after we splored a golf course once" he added.
"Really" asked Dil.
"Yep it was way afore you were born Dilly" said Tommy.
"Alright Sprouts" said Lou. "Time to head home before your parents get there" he added.
Lou put the pedal to the medal once he got everyone as well as the Reptar Wagon, Spike and the tricycles in the car. Soon everyone was back at Stu and Didi's place with time to spare as everyone was exhausted. Spike went back inside to his doghouse to relax. Lou and Lulu headed to the backyard to rest also, then Jesse spoke up.
"Everyone I'm sorry I let my hyperness get us into trouble earlier I guess I was very excited to try and drive the Reptar Wagon" said Jesse.
"Oh that's alright Jesse" said Tommy.
"Yeah, we all forgive you" added Zoey.
"Thanks to your driving none of us got hurt" added Zack.
"Maybe you could runoff your hyperness before trying something next time" suggested Angelica.
With that everyone had a group hug again just as Stu and Didi walked in.
"Ah, isn't this a sweet sight Stu" asked Didi.
"It sure is Didi, like there a bunch of angels" said Stu.
Stu and Didi then headed to the backyard and found Lou and Lulu taking it easy.
"Hey pop, Lulu" greeted Stu.
"Hey son how did things go today" asked Lou.
"Things went fine, I found what I needed to finish my usual fieldwork of inventing" said Stu.
"How did it go with the kids today" asked Didi.
"Let me put it this way, when things got tough we stuck together like glue and made it through" replied Lou.
Lulu nodded in agreement.
"Oh that's great" said Didi.
"Well, me and Lulu ought to be heading home now" said Lou.
"Well, thanks again pop for watching the kids today and you too Lulu" said Stu.
"Your welcome" replied Lulu.
Lou and Lulu got in their car as Didi and Stu watched them drive off for the retirement home.
"Ya know Didi, were real lucky to have my pop who's still got it and a stepmother to help when were busy at times" said Stu.
"We sure are honey" said Didi.
When Stu and Didi went back inside they found all the babies asleep in the playpen and the big girls on the sofa.
"The kids must be very tired from whatever activities they did today" said Didi.
"Lets walk out quietly and wait until their parents come to take them home Stu" said Didi.
"Good idea" said Stu.
And they both quietly stepped away and let the kids sleep peacefully.
