The Rebellious Seven

Twenty-six tributes. Thirteen girls and boys. Thirteen districts. Two groups; one rebellious and the other nonviolent. One United Nation. Or so they thought.

The 100th Huger Games has begun, the fourth quarter quell.

After the second failed rebellion, Panem has changed for the better, so they said.

District one, two, and four are still the Capitol's babies. While the other ten districts get treated more harshly than before. The districts still live in poverty, while the Capitol gets their diamonds, rubies, and gold. Let's not forget, district twelve was cleaned up, allowing it to become inhabitable once more. District thirteen has been thrown into the annual Hunger Games and their production for nukes has been surveyed to be sure the Capitol possesses them. For the worst part, Coriolanus Snow's cousin was now officially the new president.

Adults and teens alike in the districts are sick and tired of the way others are treated, and how unfair the country is. They want their freedom back, something that was lost long ago at the destruction of the United States of America. They wanted a united country. Was that too hard to ask for?

Apparently not. What happens when ungovernable tributes are picked for the annual Hunger Games?

THE FIRST TWO REBELLIONS FAILED, but the third time's the charm; remember?

THE HUNGER GAMES has a whole new list of tributes.

THE DISTRICTS have a whole new set of rebels.

PANEM has a whole new set of leaders.
