after being pulled into a dimensional anomaly, shockwave crash lands into an earth different to the one he knows. shockwave later discovers a type of human called "ghouls". shockwave is interested in learning more of their biology so he begins to experiment on them but doing so alerts commission of counter ghoul who sends two first class ghoul investigators: kureo mado and amon.

1. Chapter 1

Prologue

Black

Pure black

[Recording systems: online

Location: Tokyo, abandoned subway tunnel

Title: Shockwave's lo 4]

Suddenly the black disappears to reveal shockwave recording his progress and research. There are monitors made from human technology and a stasis pod with tubes attached to it and a metal foundation holding it in the background, hinting that this is some kind of laboratory.

"Shockwave's lo 4. It's been a week since I crash landed on this organic planet called earth. I hacked into this planet's satellite to reveal that this isn't the earth megatron attempted to conquer, giving me the suspicion that I travelled to another dimension. My suspicion was confirmed when I used the satellite to search for cybertron but to no success. I also discovered that there is another type of human hiding among those primitive lifeforms. They call them "ghouls", ghouls look like an average human but they have different organs and the taste for human flesh."

Shockwave puts on a video clip from one of his hidden cameras to ensure that anyone approaches his domain and the clip shows a human feeding on another human.

"They use their human appearance to blend in among the humans and wait for one to wander off..." Shockwave then plays another clip of a human walking into an ally and a ghouls follows. The human is completely out of sight of humans and turns to see a ghoul.

"Before going for the kill." The ghoul attacks a human.

"The ghouls possess a special ability for both hunting and battling other ghouls for food." Then something forms from the ghouls back to reveal a massive green claw. The ghoul uses the claw to kill the human before the claw disappears and ghoul then eats the human corpse. The clip ends and we see Shockwave again.

"I want to know more about their biology and to do that, I need a test subject. While that may be a challenge, I believe I have a solution to that." Shockwave presses a button to stop the recording and everything returns to black on the screen. Shockwave turns round and transforms into his tank form and drives down the subway tunnel.
