[Yes, while the source location of Alpha-Prime has been tainted since nearly the beginning - nearly 8,000 years ago, by their Time Thread - the recent wave of the 'madness' has increased deviations by a factor of 86%.]

{But isn't that a good thing? Not the madness, of course but the deviations? Don't they give you more work to do in your missions?}

[Technically, yes; but for the millions we help, it ends up making things worse, at least in the short run.]

{Could you elaborate? Some of our viewers are not well acquainted with your methods.}

[Yes, of course. When a separate Thread is split off (sometimes through us, sometimes through Prime), we go in and work our "magic." I do mean literally in some cases, but in less than you might think - our teleportation technology has vastly improved. For the vast majority, we'll set the record straight, simple house cleaning, setting up the proper forms of society, etc…]

{Does it ever get tedious? The untold millions upon millions? I heard that on Alpha-Prime they get tired from simply helping a few dozen.}

[True, but fortunately we do not possess that, ah, desensitization. It can get boring at times, and repetitive, but never truly tedious. This is, after all, our life's work - mine and the hundreds of others on the Diorthosi, not to mention the entire U.L.E.]

{Interesting. You mentioned the 'majority' earlier - what about the minority? Simply asking for the viewers.}

[The minority are those who require special attention - sometimes therapy, but more often just plain and simple R&R - a privilege they can't enjoy in their own Time Thread. So we give them what they need - we are practically limitless in our resources - and either help patch their Time Thread, give them a Lifetime booster, or in some cases, outright hire them! Works out great in instances when their existence would have been completely wiped]

{Indeed. You are aware that a few of my viewers are actually from Prime, yes? I'm sure they would be curious to see an actual example…}
