"Hey Bon-Bon, can you come down here a sec," Damon yells from the first floor of the boarding house.

"I'm coming Damon" Bonnie replies as she descends the stairs looking down at her clipboard. There was so much to do now that they are turning the Salvatore Boarding house into a bed and breakfast.

"I was just confirming that all of the bedrooms have the same amenities in each room. We open in two days, you know. Why you picked Halloween as our launch date, I will never know?" she mutters as she finally looks up at her husband.

"Seriously" she huffs as she sees her husband sitting on the floor in the middle of the living room with his knees folded underneath him.

"I know right" Damon smiles as if he has discovered treasure, "PUMPKINS!"

"Yes" she looks on in bewilderment "and why exactly do we need 100 of them?"

She presses her lips together as she finishes counting trying to decide if she should strangle some sense into Damon.

"Well, Pumpkin" begins Damon but he is cut off by his wife.

"Nope," she replies to his newly discovered nickname for her.

He pouts, "Do you love how it just rolls off my tongue" he winks at her.

A frustrated noise leaves her lips as she reaches for her forehead to rub it, "I was thinking that since we are opening on Halloween we should host a pumpkin patch for the town. The girls would love it and it would give Caroline a real reason to come over with them."

Bonnie has a shocked look on her face as she eyes her husband, "I love you."

Damon answers back with his winning smile, "I know, plus since they shut down the old Haunted House I figured we could host that as well."

"Of course you did" rolling her eyes as Damon stands and joins Bonnie in the center of the room.

"Everything is going to work out and this idea of yours will be successful. I love you too, Pumpkin" he ends his kind words with a quick kiss on the lips.

"Thank you, and no, I will not be answering to that nickname" Bonnie laughs as she kisses him back.

Damon smiles triumphantly, "Oh, you will. You always do."
