Personality: Celia is a beautiful, kind, caring and strong-willed girl though sometimes acts cold and gets into an angry rage quite easily especially when Sebastian taunts her. As the twin sister of the Queen's Watch Dog, Celia cares a lot about her twin brother and wants to always be there for him even though he doesn't treat her the loving way he used to when they were small. Celia shows admiration to their butler, Sebastian Michaelis and enjoys eating the desserts that he usually makes for her and Ciel, but doesn't like when the butler flirts with her. Furthermore, Celia cares about others especially her family and uses her detective skills when helping Ciel with the missions sent by Queen Victoria. Unlike Ciel, Celia was born healthy without any defects thus her bubbly active personality.

History: Celia was born to Vincent and Rachel Phantomhive on December 14, 1875, a few minutes after her older twin brother Ciel. When they were young, she, Ciel, Elizabeth and their aunt Angelina played together at Phantomhive Manor under Rachel or Vincent's supervision. On the siblings' tenth birthday, the Phantomhive twins that later attacked and violated them terribly. When Celia was placed on a table as a sacrifice, she started to hear Ciel talking to himself inside a cage and thought her twin brother must've lost his mind because of their captors. As she closed her eyes tightly to prevent to see the axe that would end her life, Celia then found the torturers lying dead on the floor and notice her brother's left eye was all the sudden purple as she slowly approached him. The next thing that happened a tall handsome butler appeared before them and returns to them back to London to begin the next page of their lives together...
