[Nat is in her bedroom reading.]

Nat: "Wow! All these places look amazing!"

[Nat continues to flip through the pages, she stops when she gets to the forest.]

Nat: "This one's my favorite!"

[As Nat continues to read her eyes beam]

Nat: "The forest is so beautiful, all of the trees, the flowers and especially the waterfall! I can just imagine being there."

[Nat sighs. She then gets an idea.]

Nat: "Maybe I can!"

[Nat gets out paper, crayons and scissors. She draws the trees, flowers and waterfall then cuts out her drawings and places them all over her room. When she looks she sees her room now resembles the forest.]

Nat: "What a beautiful forest!"

[She climbs on top of her bed and looks at her tree drawings.]

Nat: "Those trees are so tall! I bet I can swing to each one!"

[Nat holds onto the air, pretending to hold onto a vine. She jumps down from her bed and runs over to the drawings, pretending to swing to each one.]

Nat: "That was fun!"

[Nat looks at her flower drawings.]

Nat: "Those flowers look lovely!"

[Nat goes over to her flower drawings and pretends to smell them.]

Nat: "They smell lovely too!"

[Nat looks at her waterfall drawing.]

Nat: "I could go for a swim!"

[Nat jumps, pretending to dive in the water. She walks in a circle, pretending to swim. She crouches then jumps up, pretending to pop out of the water.]

Nat: "That was refreshing!"

[Nat looks around. As she continues to look her face drops as she remembers the forest she is experiencing is just drawings.]

Nat: "It's just not the same."

[Nat's thoughts are interrupted when there is a knock on her door. She jumps.]

Nat: "J-Just a minute!"

[Nat grabs all of her drawings and shoves them under her bed. She composes herself and opens the door. Ed, Edd n Eddy are outside.]

Ed: "Movie Nat!"

Eddy: "Want to join?"

Nat: "Y-Yeah, give me a second."

[Nat closes the door. She goes to her book as she picks it up and frowns.]

Nat: "Maybe a movie with my friends will help me forget."

[Nat places the book on her bed. She opens the door.]

Nat: "Ok I'm ready now."

[Edd smiles and reaches out his hand, Nat smiles and takes it as the four Eds walk to Ed's house.]

[The Eds walk into Ed's room and they all sit on sleeping bags as Ed plays the movie. While Ed, Edd n Eddy watch the movie Nat becomes distracted with her book still on her mind.]

[The three Eds get up and stretch as the movie ends.]

Ed: "Good movie!"

Edd: "I quite enjoyed the film. Did you enjoy it as well Nat?"

[Nat doesn't respond, still deep in thought.]

Eddy: "Hello? Earth to Nat?"

[Nat shakes her head]

Nat: "H-Huh? What?"

Edd: "I asked if you enjoyed the film."

Nat: "O-Oh um...it was ok."

Eddy: "You weren't watching it were you?"

Nat: "N-No I guess not."

Eddy: "Did you hate it?"

Nat: "No it's not that, I guess I was just...distracted."

Edd: "May I ask why?"

[Nat takes a deep breath]

Nat: "Can I ask you guys something?"

Ed: "Ok!"

Edd: "Of course."

Eddy: "Go ahead."

Nat: "Have you ever wanted to go beyond the cul-de-sac?"

[The three Eds are slightly taken aback by Nat's question.]

Eddy: "We already did that when we were looking for my bro."

Nat: "I know but we were on a mission and only went to a few places. I'm talking about going on a real adventure and exploring many places to see what the world has to offer."

[Nat gets up]

Nat: "Like going on a hot air balloon and flying up in the sky looking down and gazing at all the places that go by, or traveling by water and going wherever the water takes you, or even going to a beautiful forest and observing the beauty of nature."

[The Eds listen to Nat with fascination.]

Ed: "But Ed is happy where he is now."

Eddy: "Ed's right Nat, after that journey we took to find my bro, I've had enough travel."

Edd: "Exploring is not on my mind at the moment."

[Nat frowns]

Nat: "Ok I understand."

[Ed grabs another movie]

Ed: "Another movie!"

Eddy: "Everyone in?"

[Nat looks down]

Nat: "You guys go ahead, I'm feeling a little tired."

[Nat walks out. Edd looks at the entrance with sadness, he then gets up.]

Edd: "I should go see if she needs comfort."

Eddy: "Whatever you say."

[Edd walks out. He sees Nat walking to her house, he catches up to her.]

Edd: "Nat."

[Nat turns and faces Edd. He takes her hand.]

Edd: "I came to offer you my comfort, if you care to share your feelings I will listen my Sweet Butterfly."

[Nat smiles at Edd, but frowns once more.]

Nat: "Thanks Apple Dumpling, I'm sorry I walked out like that."

Edd: "Did I upset you?"

Nat: "No you didn't upset me, I guess I was just a little disappointed that you guys didn't share my feelings."

Edd: "That is understandable."

Nat: "I don't mean to make a big deal out of it, it's just before I moved here I spent most of my life behind walls and books were my only gateway to knowledge and freedom, after moving here I got to experience being outside again and see more than I did before but I still feel like there is more outside to see."

Edd: "That is also understandable."

Nat: "I was a little surprised by your answer since you mentioned wanting to be an explorer in the past."

Edd: "You are correct, I have mentioned wanting to be an explorer, however that is something I wish to do in the future for I am content with the way things are now."

Nat: "What do you mean?"

Edd: "What I mean is I have everything I need. A loving family, compassionate friends."

[Edd holds Nat's cheek]

Edd: "And a wonderful girlfriend."

[Nat smiles]

Nat: "Well, I can't argue with that."

Edd: "My point exactly."

Nat: "I am feeling tired though, I'd like to go inside now if that's ok."

Edd: "I understand, I hope I was able to comfort you."

Nat: "You did, thank you."

[Edd and Nat share a hug. Edd goes back to Ed's house as Nat goes inside.]

[Edd walks back to Ed's room]

Eddy: "So how is she?"

Edd: "She is feeling slightly discouraged that we did not share her feelings."

Eddy: "Eh she'll get over it."

Edd: "Eddy!"

Eddy: "What?"

Edd: "We shouldn't leave her in despair."

Eddy: "Well what can we do about it?"

[The three Eds think for a minute. Ed then beams.]

Ed: "Let's draw pictures of her."

Edd: "That's good but I don't think it will be enough."

Eddy: "We could give her cash."

Edd: "You can't always solve your problems with money Eddy."

[The Eds think some more]

Edd: "Well she did mention a forest when she shared her feelings."

Eddy: "So?"

[Edd then gets an idea]

Edd: "I know exactly what we can do for her!"

Ed and Eddy: "What?"

Edd: "Come to my place in the morning and all will be revealed."

[Edd leaves while Ed and Eddy just sit there confused.]

[Nat walks in her room. She walks to her bed and sees her book, she picks it up and sees the forest. As she lays down in bed she continues to look at the forest.]

Nat: "I guess Double D has a point, he has everything he needs and he feels satisfied, and I have everything I need so I should feel satisfied."

[Nat makes a frown]

Nat: "But why do I feel like something's missing?"

[Nat continues to read until she falls asleep, book in her hands.]

[Nat is sleeping until she hears a noise which wakes her up, when she opens her eyes she sees a shadow looming over her, as she stares in shock the figure puts a rag over her nose which causes her to pass out.]

[It's morning and Ed and Eddy arrive in Edd's room.]

Edd: "Good, you two have arrived."

Eddy: "Tell us what you came up with already."

Edd: "It took all night but I managed to come up with this."

[Edd hands Ed and Eddy a blueprint.]

Ed: "Present for Nat!"

Eddy: "You think it will work Double D?"

Edd: "I'm positive it will."

[The three Eds get to work. After countless sweat and tears they manage to finish.]

Ed: "Pretty!"

Edd: "Excellent work!"

Eddy: "Finally it's done!"

[As the three Eds observe their work, Edd realizes something.]

Edd: "Why hasn't Nat come out all morning?"

Eddy: "She probably overslept."

Edd: "We should find her."

[The three Eds go to Nat's room, Edd knocks on her door, she doesn't answer.]

Edd: "Nat it's us, are you alright?"

[There is still no answer]

Ed: "Nat's in trouble!"

[Ed uses his head and rams the door down.]

Edd: "Ed look what you did to the door! You can't just-"

[The three Eds look and see Nat is not there.]

Ed: "Where's Nat?"

Eddy: "Maybe she went for a walk?"

Edd: "No Eddy it isn't like her to not inform us on her actions!"

[Edd looks at her bed, which is a mess.]

Edd: "It isn't like her to leave her bed disoriented either!"

[Edd sees her book on the floor, he picks it up.]

Edd: "And it certainly isn't her to leave her books on the floor! Something has happened to her!"

[Eddy looks at the window and sees something, he picks up a piece of plaid fabric, as he does so he thinks for a minute then his eyes bulge.]

Ed: "What's wrong with Eddy?"

[Eddy stays silent]

Edd: "Eddy are you alright?"

[Eddy turns around]

Eddy: "Guys...I think my bro captured Nat."
