It was a sunny day on a Sunday afternoon at a huge grassy plains near the mountains and the forest. It is the 19th century during the time. The skies are blue, clouds were slowing moving to the west, birds were flying and singing, it was a beautiful day for a wedding celebration. At the grassy plains, everyone, even family members of the two couple is setting up chairs, flowers, the aisle and some decorations for the wedding of the two beautiful couple as the wedding priest stands in front of the aisle, waiting till everything is set for the celebration. The violin players were waiting till the groom arrives. Everyone also is setting up the dinner table, the dance floor and they also watched over a beautiful, 8 layered wedding cake with red roses icing and pink icing roses on top. The bouquet decorated on the sides of the seats were white along with the ribbons and hanging decorations as well.

While everyone was waiting for the wedding to begin, a young, black haired man Christopher had finished gotten dressed in the black wedding tuxedo with a small red bowtie and black loafers that fitten his feet just perfectly as he was just straightening his hair to look handsome for his beautiful wife-to-be. After he was done, his father walked into the groom's dressing room as his son turned to him.

"Christopher." The father said.

"Yes, father?" Christopher asked his dad.

"You finished getting ready, haven't you?" Dad asked him, making sure his son is ready to get married to his fiancée.

"Yes, I am." Christopher responded with a smile. His father did the same back.

"Good." He said. "Now, let's get to the aisle until your wife-to-be arrives. I am very proud of my son to have a wife of his own."

"Yeah..." Christopher chuckled. "Jane is the most beautiful woman I ever known, and I want to be with her for the rest of my life and-""

"Quite indeed, my son." His father cut him off. "And me and your mother are glad to accept her as our daughter-in-law. We are so proud of you, my boy." And he patted his son by the shoulder as Christopher chuckled. The father and son began their way to the wedding aisle to wait for the bride, known now as Jane to arrive to begin the wedding ceremony.

Meanwhile, a beautiful, brown curly haired woman Jane was in the bride's dressing room, finishing up straightening her hair as well that has a little amount sprinkled with glitter, and she had her hair on a pony tail. Jane wore a beautiful long wedding dress with white roses on her gown skirt, white heals with a silver jeweled heart. The dress has short sleeves, and Jane also wore a long bridal veil with a flower crown piece, silver jeweled necklace, earrings and had a makeup. The makeup was red lips, pink eyeshadows, brown eyebrows and black mascara. Jane also have blue eyes.

After Jane got her hair straightened out, she looked at herself in the mirror. She frowned and a worries sigh escaped her nose. She looked down, then at her family photo when she was a young toddler. Jane picked up the photo from the drawer desk and looked at it as she knew her parents were approved to have her lover Christopher as their son-in-law. But Jane grew worried as she sighed once again, because she was afraid what everyone at the wedding will know the truth about her and her family.

...She and her parents... Were vampires. Jane and her parents were humans in disguise when they are around other humans, but they never revealed their true forms when they are around others. They were vampires when they are alone. But at least, they were nice vampires. They would never drink any human blood, have fear of sunlight and kill anyone. Especially someone new in the family.

And Jane kept her true self a secret after she and Christopher met.

As she putted the photo down on the desk and saw another photo of her and Christopher kissing, Jane picked the photo up and fear began to devour inside her body. Jane feared that Christopher, his parents, and even everyone at the wedding will know her true character. Jane sighed quietly through her nose as she knew she loved Christopher so much. She didn't tell him about her true self as a vampire. She didn't tell his parents, and neither everyone. No one sees her or her parents as vampires.

...And Jane... Never told anyone since she met Christopher. She feared her lover might leave her if she told him about her true self. Jane told her lover vampire stories before they got engaged, and Christopher hated vampire so much, he had nightmares every night that he'd get bitten by a vampire of he sees one.

Jane looked at the photo of Christopher and said to him softly "Oh, Christopher... If only I had told you my true self, you wouldn't be afraid of-" Then the violin music outside started playing had made Jane cut off her sentence and letted out a small gasp.

It was time for the wedding to begin.

Jane looked at the photo once again, nervous to go down to the aisle and get married without everyone, even Christopher to know her and her parents' true self as vampires. So Jane made her decision to do what she needed to do, to walk down the aisle, and get married to the love of her life and succeed without telling him or everyone her true self.

Jane took a deep breath, placed the photo back in the desk and grabbed her bouquet with red roses tucked into the white holder. Jane took a second to look at herself in the mirror before going down to the wedding aisle. She frowned as worry continues to eat her inside her body. Jane's fear of Christopher and everyone knowing she's a vampire began to grow stronger than she ever felt. Jane then sighed as she began to slowly walk out of the dressing room and getting ready to succeed in getting married without revealing who she was.

In the meantime before the wedding ceremony begins, everyone, even Christopher and Jane's parents was sitting down on the chairs, waiting for the bride to show up and walk down the aisle. The violin people were continuing playing the waiting music. Christopher proudly stood on the left next to the wedding priest as they both looked at each other with a smile proudly.

The priest chuckled at the young man as he did the same. Christopher then turned to his parents, who were smiling at him, and his mom was softly crying joyfully as tears flow in her eyes, feeling so happy for her son getting married to his beautiful girl. Christopher smiled at his tearful mom as she tries to calm her crying down, and his father smiled and proudly murmured softly to his son "We are proud, my boy."

Christopher nodded at his words, and he turned to Jane's parents as they smiled at their to-be son-in-law. The young man smiled at them back and nodded to them. Jane's parents did the same to Christopher, then to themselves. They feared what Jane feared as well, worrying they and their daughter would reveal everyone, even their son-in-law that Jane and her parents were vampires. Jane's parents were proudly allowing Jane accepting Christopher to be his lover, but their son-in-law hates vampires, and they became more worried that Christopher would learn the truth of Jane and them.

Jane's mother began to grow more worried than her husband, her legs quivered up and down as she murmured to him in a question "Dearie?"

"Hmm?" Jane's father hummed.

She began saying to him, not realizing she was saying it aloud "I... We feared that everyone, even Christopher would know the truth about us being-"

"Shh!" Jane's father quickly whispered shortly to his wife in order for her to not say anything to everyone else as they would hear them. "Don't say anything we feared about in front of everyone. We don't want to reveal to everyone, even Christopher that us and our daughter that we are vampires. You know how much Christopher had hated them. He gets night terrors every night and-"

"I know..." Jane's mother interrupted him. "But... Will he ever know... The truth?"

Her husband sighed deeply with his eyes closed, not knowing how to answer his wife's question.

He answered "...I do not know, nor knowing what truth Christopher will face."

Jane's mother sighed sadly. Her husband looked at her with a frown, then tenderly placed his hand on top of her's as she looked at him with a frown. Their fear still remains in their soul.

Then everyone got up from their seats. Jane's parents stood up along with Christopher's parents as well. Christopher stood with his hands together as the priest held his book close to his chest with a smile. Everyone looked behind at the aisle way as the violin players stopped playing the music and looked behind as well.

Jane appeared, holding her bouquet to her chest and she tried to smile as best as she could as she looked at her lover. Her heart pounded rapidly as she could hear it from her chest, fear of him knowing the truth grew, but Jane is proceeding to try her best to have the best day of her life.

The violin players began playing "Here comes the Bride" as Jane begins to walk down the aisle. She looked at Christopher's parents with a smile as they did the same to her, nodding. Jane then looked at her parents with a smile as they tried to smile. They feared what Christopher will know their true self. Jane then looked at Christopher as he smiled at his beautiful bride. Jane did the same as best as she could not to frown at him. The bride then stopped to face Christopher, smiling. The violin players stopped the music as Jane's parents frowned, their fear grew and grew, but they, including Jane who tried not to frown in front of her lover and everyone else will have to try to have a best time as possible.

The wedding priest opened his book and began the wedding speech.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to celebrate this day, the wedding between Christopher and Jane, who are successfully fulfilled their life with love, care, respect-"

Just as the priest kept going with his speech, Jane's heartbeat rapids hard, breathes heavily quietly so everyone doesn't hear her. Her fear of her lover will face the truth of her true self as a vampire devours inside her soul as she thought to herself, trying to pay attention to the speech. She breathed as quiet as she should, and she looked at her parents as they began to worry for their daughter.

Jane gasped as she got back to the attention of the priest's speech, her breathing began to slow down calmly.

The priest turned to Christopher as he asked the groom "Christopher, do you take Jane to be your wedded wife? To love and to cherish, for richer and poorer, in sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?"

Christopher answered with his proud smile "I do.."

The priest then turns to Jane as she gasped lightly, her heart pounded in her chest. He asked the bride "And Jane, do you take Christopher to be your wedded husband? To love and to cherish, for richer and poorer, in sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?"

Jane thinked before she answered. She looked at Christopher as he gave her the concerned smile, not knowing what is going on with her as she hesitated to answer the priest's question during the ceremony.

"Umm..." Jane said, thinking... Her fear began growing and growing inside her body. Everyone including the priest, Christopher and the parents were growing concerned at Jane's hesitation.

"Jane? Do you?" The priest asked concernly.

"I... I..." The bride tried to answer with her fear growing. Christopher then grew worried over his beautiful bride.

"Jane? Is everything alright?" The groom asked.

Jane breathed heavily, not knowing what to answer, but tries her best to have a best day without her fear in the way.

"I-I'm fine." Jane answered. "I'm just..."

"Jane," The priest said to the girl. The bride looked at him as he asked again with a sad frown "Do you take Christopher to be your husband?"

Jane's heartbeat grew fast, but then she took a deep breath and finally to answer "...I-"

But something stopped her answer.

All skies turned grey, and Jane felt something coursing through her veins and body. Jane breathed hard as her frown grew. Chest heaving, heart beating fast, Jane backed away as she looked at her left quivering hand, feeling sick to her stomach that something is coursing in her body.

Everyone grew concerned, but Jane's parents gasped in horror, fearing her true form is about to be revealed.

"Oh no!" Jane's mother exclaimed in a whisper and her hand over her mouth while her husband wrapped his arms around her in terror, witnessing what is happening to his daughter.

"Jane!" Christopher asked worryingly. "Are you okay?! What's happening?! What's wrong?!"

Jane then realized her true form is about to be revealed to her lover and everyone. She looked at Christopher in horror while something in her body and devouring in her. Christopher looks really worried about what he witnessed.

"Christopher!" The horrified bride gasped our. Jane grew scared, then she felt something grew in her gums and teeth. Her two tooths formed into fangs. Everyone gasped shortly, seeing this. The priest gasped in terror.

Jane gasped as she turned to Christopher. Her eyes began to change from blue to red. Jane gasped once again, witnessed what she transformed into.

She was now a vampire!

Everyone gasped in horror, witnessing what Jane really is. Jane's parents gasped in horror, fearing what Christopher will react to his vampire bride. Christopher's parents gasped in shock, too.

"Oh, dear!" Christopher's mother whispered in shock with her hand near her mouth.

Christopher and the priest gasped in horror, couldn't believe what they saw. Christopher backed away, couldn't believe what he saw. Christopher couldn't believe what Jane really was all along as she didn't tell him before they met.

"J-J-Jane?" The young man stuttered in fear, realizing what Jane really is. "You're... A vampire?!"

Jane sighed as she bit her lip with her fangs, causing her red blood to spill on the right side of her mouth, flowing to her chin. Jane waited for Christopher's reaction to what he knew now about Jane's true form.

Christopher breathed heavily in horror. He hated vampires greatly that he had nightmares when he was a child. And he couldn't believe that Jane was a vampire all along, and she didn't tell him.

"I-I..." Christopher whispered, trembling in fear. "...I don't believe this!"

He looked at Jane's parents as he might know her parents are vampires, too. He then turned to Jane with their worried expression on their faces. Christopher did not know if he will take Jane as his wife or not if she's a vampire, the species he HATED the most. His heartbeat fastened.

"Christopher?" Jane asked.

Christopher shook his head, not knowing what to say. He knew he decided he wanted to get away from the vampire.

"No! No! This can't be happening! I can't have this to happen to me! I-I-I can't!" He said before running away. Everyone gasped at Christopher, escaping from the wedding aisle, panting.

"Christopher!" Jane called out to get him back before he could completely escape.

"Son!" Christopher's father also called out. Christopher didn't hear them as he continued to escape the ceremony.

Everyone murmured concerningly. The priest didn't have any words to say after what Jane really was, a vampire as he looked at her and her parents. Jane didn't know what to say by the priest's reaction. Jane looked at her parents as they hugged each other in fear, fearing everyone, even Christopher's parents would decide to kill them and Jane. The parents looked at everyone.

"Jane," The priest said to the bride. She looked up at him with a worried frown. "... Is this true you and your parents are vampires?"

Jane sighed through her nose as she answered to the question "...Yes."

Everyone then started screaming in fear. Christopher's parents were shocked. Everyone were afraid that Jane and her parents were going to kill them all. But they wouldn't do that since they're nice vampires.

"The bride and her parents are vampires!" One woman yelled in fear.

"They are going to kill us all!" One man yelled out.

Jane tried to tell everyone the truth. "N-No! We would never-!"

"I HAVE AN IDEA!!! KILL THEM ALL!!! EVERYONE GRAB YOUR TORCHES AND PITCHFORKS!!! EXTERMINATE ALL VAMPIRES!!!" Another man shouted like a battle cry. Everyone's fear turned to anger as they all shouted out, deciding to murder Jane and her parents. Jane's parents gasped in fear.

"Do something!" Jane's mother whispered with a beg to her husband.

Christopher's parents looked at each other, not wanting to murder Jane and her parents.

Jane gasped at what everyone is deciding to do. She wasn't going to have it after everyone learned the truth.

"No! Everyone STOP!" She cried out just as before everyone could go out to grab their weapons. They all stopped at their tracks.

Jane began to explain "Listen! We all know me and my parents are vampires. We are also humans in disguise when we are around the kinds like you. But we are nice vampires. We would never drink any human blood and murder people. We aren't afraid of sunlight, too. We are very sorry we didn't tell you all. Even Christopher and his parents."

Jane looked at Christopher's parents with a smile. They did back. Jane then turned to her parents with a smile as well. They did the same. Jane then looked at everyone as they thinked.

"...Maybe they don't want to kill us." One woman who yelled in fear earlier said with a smile. They all returned to their seats.

Jane then decided what she will do to make this right. "I-I-I should go find Christopher." She said as she picked up her dress, carefully holding her bouquet. Jane began to venture to find where Christopher run off to.

Christopher continued to run, panting. Until he arrived in the forest, he stopped running he his chest heaved and his heart beating. He looked around, thinking about what happened at the wedding. He could never believe Jane is a vampire. Though he hates vampires, he does not know if he would ever see his beautiful lover again after he learned Jane's true self.

Just as Christopher calms down from running and his breathing slowed down, Jane stopped running as well, finally found her lover standing in the middle of the forest. She decided to go to him and apologize for what he learned.

As Christopher breathed calmly, he heard a voice behind him.

"Christopher?"

Christopher gasped frighteningly as he turned around. It was Jane that was behind him. He didn't know what to say to her or anything, he just couldn't believe what Jane really is.

"J-J-Jane!?" The young man stuttered. "W-What are you doing here!?"

"Look, I-I-I'm sorry I didn't tell you me and my family were vampires." Jane tried to apologize in order for Christopher to understand and get back together with him. "I know how much you hated vampires. But if I tell you the truth, maybe we can get back together and-"

"NO!" Christopher rejected angrily, backing away and refusing to return with Jane. "You stay back! You know I hate vampires! After what I learned what you are, I-"

"Look, listen to me!" Jane insisted. Christopher looked at her, breathing and decided to hear out his lover's explanation.

Jane sighed, washed her blood away from her chin with her hand and began to explain "...I know you hate vampires... I didn't tell you me and my family were that kind... I didn't tell you... After we met... We were humans in disguise whenever we are around your kind. You may think we drink blood... But me and my parents are nice vampires. We would never drink human blood or kill anyone... We have no fear of sunlight, either. I'm sorry I didn't tell you about myself and my family..."

Christopher thinked for a moment before saying anything else. He sadly frowned, feeling bad for abandoning her at the wedding.

Jane looked at her lover and asked "... Christopher... You will forgive me?... And continue the wedding?"

Christopher started to understand until his fear of vampires had washed away. The young man smiled and answered "Yes..."

The two lovers walked closer together and that, they placed their lips against each other, sharing a kiss.

At the wedding, Christopher and Jane shared a kiss after the priest pronounced them husband and wife. Everyone and the parents of the couple applaused and cheered.

Christopher and Jane moved away from their kiss and looked at each other with their everlasting smile.

Jane said to him "I love you so much, Christopher."

Christopher replied "I love you too, Jane."

The couple then looked at the cheering audience. Christopher thinked to himself, he wasn't afraid of vampires anymore after Jane told him her whole story about her family and herself being vampires. Christopher will continue to live his life with his vampire lover as he looked up at the light blue sky.

Jane thinked to herself, she had her chance to be with Christopher after she revealed her true self to him. She didn't have to fear of revealing her true self again. She will continue to love her husband all her life, vampire or human. After all, everyone weren't afraid of vampires anymore.

Jane smiled, proud of herself to have a bets day of her life. She looked up at the sky as the sun continues to shine. Luckily, Jane isn't afraid of the light.

It was the best wedding Christopher and Jane both had ever had in their lives...

Their romantic lives will forever go on...

The End
