Kibble Scribble: Had this horrible idea while writing the next chapter of LAO( updating in the next 2 weeks or so i wager) and i just had to write it. So yes, we have a fic where Bell if going to Fall, thart much is guarentee'd. not sure how many of his freidns will fall with him, but we'll see.
Now, i will update this one in no order, unlike how i update the rest of my fics by working on the last updated one so i havw no idea when i'll write more of it, but until then, i hope you like it!
Bell opened his eyes to find a grey cloudy sky above him, the sound of wind and a distant yet approaching storm filling the air. Slowly sitting up he quickly checked over his body, finding nothing but the shallow scrapes and a couple cuts from fighting Hyakinthos, and then got up and began looking around to ascertain where he was.
A question that became even stranger to ask as he looked around and saw the environment around him.
He was in a small clearing of burnt grass, but the grass around that was not burnt black was a bright purple in color. The tree's that surrounded the clearing were a mix off deep green pine tree's and normal trees with leaves, but there a couple that were different, with bark as black as coal with leaves that were bright purple, orange and yellow, with fruits shaped roughly like a heart symbol, brilliantly pink.
"where am I?" Bell asked aloud hoping that someone would hear him and answer, even to just give him something to work with.
Instead what answered was not a person, but a noise, the sound of clashing metal and shouting.
Bell quickly looked around for a weapon, finding his backup knife made from minotaur horn, named ushiwakamaru my Welf, in its sheathe and drew it. After a few more moments of looking around he sighed, unable to find the Hestia knife anywhere on the ground or on his person.
More shouting and the clashes of blades tore his thoughts back to his current situation and away from his missing knife. One of the voices sounding somewhat familiar, so he took off out of the clearing and into the woods, homing in on the noise the best he could.
A moment later he broke through the trees to what appeared to be the outer edge of the forest to find Hyakinthos, his brown hair drenched with sweat and dirt as hew stood with his Flamberge held in front of one of five men who were all dressed uniformly in white robes and grey armor, each of hem holding silver colored longswords and large kite shields emblazoned with a sigil of a sun overtop of a city of some kind.
"Enough off this!" Hyakinthos cried out in anger and annoyance, pointing his blade at the one before him who appeared to have been engaging him. "I am Hyakinthos Clio, Captain of the proud of powerful Apollo Familia, and I demand you explain yourselves! Why are you attacking me?"
"Because we of the Order of The Chief god shall not allow any Disgusting Mamano or Incubi to endanger the lives of innocence!" The one before him declared. " You are here at the edge of Mamano territory where we detected a surge of magic, and you ask us why? You are not fooling anyone, incubi, neither of you are!"
Hyakinthos Turned to look around and quickly caught sight of Bell. "Rookie, what is going on here? What have you done?"
"I don't know, I just woke up a clearing a bit way and came when I heard noise," Bell said as he shook his head alongside his words as he looked past him at the five men.
"A Likely story," one of the men scoffed loudly. " You are Incubi and dangers to humanity!"
"what in the gods names is an incubi?" Hyakinthos demanded to know in annoyance.
Surprisingly this seemed to give the five men before them pause, as if the question was a surprise. "sir," the one man who had been engaging Hyakinthos suddenly said as he dropped his combat pose. "fighting this man has made it clear to me that he is not an incubus, additionally his weapon feel enchanted, I believe, we may have acted a bit too brashly and made a mistake.
The oldest looking of the men took a step forward. " You are human then?"
" I am," Hyakinthos replied.
"We will see," The man said as he then turned to Bell, his expression turning cold. " boy, why is your hair white? What is your name?"
"Um, my name is Bell Cranel," Bell said as he took a few steps forward. "and, my hair has always been white."
"Impossible," the man said suddenly, causing his comrades to ready their blades and loo at Bell. "White hair is mark of a few noble houses, or those who are corrupted. And you are clearly not of any noble house, so that only leaves that your allegiance is to the Mamano!"
"What? No, im human, I don't even know what a Mamano is," Bell said as he looked to Hyakinthos. "You know im human, tell them this is just a misunderstanding."
Hyakinthos looked at Bell for a moment before suddenly smirking. "He lies, he is no man, but a monster who insulted my lord and attempted to claim my life before going after my lords!"
"What, I didn't do anything like that i-" Bell tried to argue, only top be interrupted by the oldest of the men.
"Silent you heretic! It is clear as the dawn that you are aligned with the vile Mamano, if not by your hair then by the worrying color of your eyes!"
"But my eyes have always been-"
"Silent, I will hear none of your lies monster fucker!" The man said as his sword suddenly began glowing a vibrant golden color. " we shall slay you here to protect the rest of humanity from your influence!"
Bell, upon hearing the mans violent proclamation, took a step back and raised his weapon to protect himself, but felt a shiver wash across his body as he heard the sound of beating wings, just before a new voice made itself known.
"My, as usual you Order Brutes care about nothing but violence, so sad, it really is just so sad."
All eyes turned to the new voice. A woman, tall and beautiful with snow white hair and blood red eyes, with large leathery white wings coming out of her back. She was wearing a uniform that seemed designed by military officers and prostitutes together, a Bustier that barely contained her chest, a small and tight short skirt that showed off ample creamy thighs, knee height heeled boots and arm length gloves, all of them in the deepest of black with purple accenting. Her hair was cut short and clean, and in one hand she lazily held a short spear with a vibrantly glowing purple gem inset in the sharp wide head. She appeared to be slowly floating to the ground in a siting position while not sitting upon anything, and her expression was one that was strangely neutral, yet curious.
"The Ninth-Born!" one of the Order men declared as all of them took steps back in fear.
"I knew it, he's with the Mamano, he must be the Ninth-Born's Husband!" Another order soldier declared.
A declaration that made the woman they called the ninth-born, to chuckle out loud. "My, that is quiet the assumption you are making. I have no dear husband as of it," She said as she neared the ground and took a standing form just before her feet touched the ground soundlessly. " More importantly, This is not your land, Order Lapdogs. You have no business here."
"Our business is the business of humanity, and wherever humans need to be freed from your corruption we will be there!"
"Idiot!" one of the order men yelled at his comrade who had spoke, causing him to flinch, and then looked horrified.
"Well, it appears my sisters words of an impending attack to the nearby village ring true," The ninth-Born said in a sing song tone before flipping her spear and pointing it at the order soldiers. "I am in a good mood though, so I will let you walk away. Go tell your leader your plans are as clear as glass to me, and that if they insist on attacking the innocents of the nearby village, I will be there to defend them."
The order soldiers seemed worried until the oldest one took a step and waved his hand. "Fall back, we are leaving," He said before looking at Hyakinthos. "Hthikos, you should come with us where it will be safe, and where we can discuss the situation at length.
" Very well, but my name is Hyakinthos," he Said in clear annoyance as he moved to follow, sparing one last cautionary and hateful glance back at Bell.
" . . . So, young man, may I ask your name?" The ninth born said after a few moments of silence as she walked up to Bell, but not so close that he would be uncomfortable.
"uh, oh, My apologies,"Bell said as he bowed to the woman. "My name is Bell Cranel.
"From?"
"From?"
"Ah, I am asking where you hail from as that is a common part of any introduction in these lands," The ninth-born explained simply.
"Oh, sorry. Uh, I'm from Orario I guess, I'm part of the Hestia Familia," Bell answered, recognizing the woman's words as he was probably further from Orario than he expected.
"Hmmm, names I do not recognize. But that is for later. I am Viviane, Ninth- born Lilim daughter of my mother, The demon lord Lilith, and Commander of the Ninth Battalion of my peoples armies. I hail from the capitol of the demon real, far to the north of these lands we currently stand upon."
"uh, it's a pleasure gto meet you," Bell said before a single point of what Viviane had said came to mind and unnerved him. " um, what did you mean by, Demon lord?"
"You do not know?" Viviane asked curiously, resulting in Bell shaking his head. "What do you consider a demon then?"
"Um, they are monsters from stories, beings the gods cast out of Gekai," Bell answered.
"Ah, then it is a cultural difference," Viviane exclaimed with a smile. "In these lands Demons are one of the many races commonly referred to as Mamano, and my mothers title of Demon lord is just that, a title marking her as the leader of our combined races."
"oh, uh, what is a Mamano then?" Bell asked.
In that instant Viviane's expression went strange. "hmm, Tell me Bell. Does the City of Lescatie, the continent of Zinpangu, the Mist Continent, or The order of the chief god sound familiar to you?"
"Uh, those oither people mentioned that order, but nothing else sounds familiar."
"And you had never heard of the order before they mentioned it?"
"No."
" I see. None of those sound familiar to you, yet are all locations or groups that are commonly known in these lands. Inversely, I have never heard of this, Gekai place you mentioned."
"uh, were on Gekai though, aren't we?" Bell asked in surprise. " Gekai means the lower world, while the Gods reside in Tenkai before they come down to Gekai, right?"
" . . . .I see. I believe I know what has occurred here Bell. There are no gods on the world itself, as all Gods reside in their own dimensions and planes. How many Gods are there to your knowledge?"
" uh, hundreds? There's a lot, I know that."
"Could you name a few of them?"
"uh, Zeus, Hera, Loki, Freya, Takemichazuchi, Hestia, Ishtar, Hephaestus, Apollo, uh-"
" I think I get it. There are many were you come from, yes?"
"Yes, there are hundreds at least."
" I see. Bell, in this world, there are not even close to that many. Less than two dozen," Viviane stated.
"What? But that is impossible!"
"No, it is not, but please allow me to explain," Vivian said as she took a breath. "I came this way because I sensed a strange surge of unknown magic, you have some of that magic on, and within you. I cannot say how, but I believe that it is likely you have been brought to this world of ours by some form of magic, making you an otherworlder, someone from another world entirely."
"What, another, world?" Bell asked in shock. " How? Can I go back?"
"That I do not know. I am well versed in magic, but I admit that magic able to do such a thing is not in my area of expertise," Viviane said before her head suddenly snapped to the side, looking off into the direction the order soldiers and Hyakinthos left from. "We should leave, this area is not safe if the Order decides to come back with more forces."
"What, but, where?" Bell asked in confusion. He couldn't see or hear anything that sounded dangerous.
"My Battalions encampment is nearby due to operations we are running in the region, you will be moderately safer there than here if you are willing to come with me. And I will personally guarantee your freedoms and chastity as well."
"My, chastity?" Bell asked in nervous embarrassment. " Why would-
" It will take time to explain to you, time we do not have right now," Viviane said as she held out a hand to Bell. "Do you accept my invitation and promises for this time?"
Bell looked at the woman's outstretched hand for a bare second as he considered his options. On one hand she was very clearly not human or of a race Bell recognized and she did admittedly unnerve him somehow, as if his entire being was cautioning him against dealing with her. But on the other, she was offering him assistance where the others humans he has encountered had only given him harsh words. "i-I do," he then said as he took Viviane's hand.
"Good," she said as she suddenly moved her hand down to grab Bells wrist. "Hold on, we're flying."
"what-" Was all that Bell managed to say before Viviane shot up into the air with a massive beat of her large wings, bringing them both high into the air far faster than Bell thought possible. His hand wrapped around Viviane's wrist to guarantee he would not fall, and as they went further up into the air Bell could see what looked like a full dozen People on horses riding toward where they were with weapons at the ready. " Is that?"
"Yes. The orders Eunuch Cavalry, a difficult foe for many of my kind to deal with for, reasons."
"Eunuchs?" Bell asked, unsure what the word meant,"
"They are men who have had their balls cut off when they were young," Viviane explained as her gaze was locked onto a distant location. "We will only be in the air for a few moments more, once we are at my cap, I will need to deal with some business, and then I will be able to speak with you at length but, do you know how you came to our lands?"
"Me and, err, Hyakinthos and I were fighting in a wargame between our Familia's and as we bled a bit on the floor it suddenly began to glow. Before we knew it there was a flash, then I woke up in the clearing," Bell said all he could recall, before remembering one major piece of information. "ah, my friends could be somewhere!"
"You know others who came to our world as well?"
"Um, no, they were nearby, so I don't know if they were caught up in it or not."
"Then when we land I shall deal with it," Viviane said before smirking. "there, you can see my camp now."
Bell moved his gaze furthest ahead to see an expansive camp of tents surrounding a small pond by a river. A small grove of tree's were nearby, and even from the air he could tell the camp was large, with more tents than he could quickly count. What was truly strange was that he could tell even from the distance that the space between the tents was much greater than he expected, and the tents themselves also appeared very large, with the smallest being even larger than the basement under the church in Orario, and maybe even larger than his grandpa's home he was raised in. "Why is-" Bell began to look up and ask until he caught a glance up Viviane's skirt and averted his gaze downward in shame. "Why is there so much room between the tents?"
"Many Mamano are much larger than humans. Think of how much space my wings take up for instance," Viviane said as her wings beat again as she seemed to be slowing and descending. "It is so there is enough room for anyone to move to where they need to without getting in others ways. It is also why tents are larger than ones used solely by humans. You will see shortly, prepare yourself for landing."
Bell did not even have a chance to ask what Viviane was meaning before she suddenly simply stopped beating her wings and began falling toward the camp far below. Bell could not even scream as the wind passed by him while the ground approached ever quicker, before suddenly with a single beat of her wings, Vivian nearly stopped them barely a handful of meters above the ground before then dropping the last little way, letting Bell drop the last half meter beside her.
"Commander, you return successfully? Is that a prisoner you have captured?"
"No, he is to be considered a guest, and is to furthermore not be touched in any way by anyone unless I saw otherwise, is that to be understood?"
"Yes Ma'am!"
It was at this moment that Bell managed to get up off the ground and look around, the shock from almost hitting the ground finally wearing off. The first thing he noticed was the woman who was standing a short distance away speaking to Viviane and glancing at him. Parts of her looked human, but she had lizard like feet and hands, Scales going up her legs and the sides of her body, and horns coming off her head. She also appeared to have great big leathery green wings the same color as her scales and a thick powerful looking tail that, all together, gave Bell the impression of a dragon or similar creature of myth.
"Good, now, our guest here has some friends of his that may be in the area, I'd like you to take him to the scouts, get him to give their features and have the scouts look around the area for anyone that math the appearances," Viviane said as she moved to turn away then suddenly turned back. " they are not to be assaulted or claimed in any way either, just retrieved and brought to the camp, is that clear?"
"Yes ma'am,"
"Good. Once you have sent the scouts on their way, bring our guest to my tent," Vivian said before looking at Bell and smiling. "We'll talk soon."
"Ah, right," Was all Bell could say as Viviane walked off, calling out to people nearby for reports and the like, leaving Bell standing beside the towering draconic woman.
"So, what is name boy?"
"Bell Cranel," Bell said as he turned to the woman to find her leaned down toward him, seemingly sniffing him. "Uh, what are you-"
"Sorry, force of Habit. When the boss mentioned you were a guest I figured she must have already claimed you, but it seems not. You smell perfectly human."
"Uh, I am human," Bell said before realizing it could be a good time to ask some questions. " um, would it be rude to ask what you are as well as your name?"
"Heh, im surprised it wasn't obvious to you, have you never seen a dragon before?"
"I have, but it was a young dragon and it was a few stories tall, breathed fire and had no wings."
"No wings? That's no dragon, that's a wurm then, though, a couple stories sounds off, no dragon has been that size in hundreds of years!"
"Um, I'm from far away."
" Clearly!" The dragoness said with a laugh as she began walking away, then turned to see Bell not moving. " Well, you coming?"
"oh, right, sorry miss, uh,"
"Names Dranielle, I act as the Commanders Second here in the Ninth Battalion," she said as she noticed Bell glancing side to side at the various people they passed. "Never seen so many Mamano before have you?"
"uh, I don't know what that is," Bell admitted as he continued to look around noticing that every woman he saw looked to not be human. A couple here and there looked like they were maybe dwarves, cat people or werewolves, but so many he had no idea what they were. Some had animal features, others looked like they were monsters from nightmares, and he even saw some that he swore looked like fairies from old stories.
"Really? Wow you are uninformed," Dranielle Said with a shake of her head. "Come on, were almost the area the scouts claim."
"And they will be able to-" Bell tried to ask, only to have his words die in his throat as he and Dranielle turned around a tent and proceeded to witness a scene that caused Bell mind to freeze up.
A human man who looked easily a decade Bells senior was shirtless and nude standing behind a wolf eared, and pawed, Girl who was bent over at the waist with her hands on a woodcutting block and her butt in the air level with the mains waist. She appeared completely naked, her breasts shaking through the air below her as the man thrust his waist against her hips, causing a wet noise to echo out from the pair who both had expressions of pure ecstasy on their faces.
"Excuse me for a moment," Dranielle said to Bell as she stormed toward the pair who were blissfully unaware of her approach until it was far to late. "What the Hell do you think you are doing in the middle of the camp? Are you two off shift right now?"
Dranielle's sudden loud demand caught both off-guard, making them flinch and both look up to her, their expressions of bliss turning to shock and fear. "ah, y-yes Ma'am, neither us have our shifts until the evening," the man spoke up as he stood tall and saluted Dranielle, his waist still firmly pressed against the woman's hips.
"We, we were just having a Quickie, that's all, we-" The wolf girls tried to say as she moved her hips against the man, seeming to anger Dranielle more than she already was.
"You know the rules!" Dranielle declared as she walked right up to them and pushed the man backwards, causing him to fall to the ground and revealing his rock hard and moist member, before she then used a foot and pushed the wolf girl onto her side. "I don't care what you do off of shift, but any sexual act is to be done in the privacy of your tent while the Battalion is out in the field, that has always been the rule, and likely always will be!" Dranielle exclaimed before sighting to herself. "Both of you are on Latrine duty for two shifts, get yourselves cleaned up and get to it, now."
"Y-yes , ma'am!" Both the man and wolf girl yelled seemingly in fear as they began moving and grabbing discarded clothing and putting it on. The wolf girlsw clothing was little more than a swimsuit, while the man took much longer, having to put pants shirt and shoes on before grabbing a short sword and running off, both of them bickering to each other as they went off.
"Um, that wasn't normal, right?" Bell asked in embarrassment, having received a number of glances and looks at both of their naked bodies.
"It can be, even if it shouldn't be," Dranielle said with a visible scowl. "The rules the boss put down exist for a reason after all. If they want to fuck they need to do it in their tents, not out in the open. We're not worshipers of the fallen god, like really."
"uh, I uhm, uhm" Bell tried to say something, but found himself simply unable to. To hear someone speak so bluntly and in the open about what he had seen was, strange. Sure some people would make crude jokes in Orario, but he had never heard anyone speak of such things so plainly or bluntly. When he looked around though, he could see many of those in the camp joking or commenting about the event they had just witnessed, a few remarking that they simply should have not been caught if they wanted to do it outside. It was, unnerving and embarrassing.
"Ha, you look a little stuffy, not used to such a thing huh?" Dranielle said with a chuckle as she patted Bells back, almost making him fall over from the strength and weight behind her hand.
"Um, no. I've never seen such a thing before and, uh, people have made jokes but never so, uh, direct," Bell admitted awkwardly as he looked away from where the two people were doing the deed as he got up.
"Heh, must come from an awfully constrained place. Eh, I'll drop it, lets go, the scouts areas are close and we'll need to give them the description of your friends so that they can go looking for them."
"Um, do you think they will find them?" Bell asked as he followed Dranielle down more avenues between tents.
"If they are in the area thy should be able to find them. Our flyers have good eyesight and speed after all."
"Oh that's-" Bell began to say before her words clicked in his head. "Wait, Flyers?"
"Yes, take a look,"Dranielle said as they came around one last corner and she gestured forward.
There, just ahead of them, was a semi circular area of tents. They were no different than any tent around them ,but around the tents the people were drastically different. Some looked like mythological harpies, women with the lower legs of birds and great feathery wings in the place of their arms, while others looked similar to Dranielle, but with no arms and leathery wings replacing them. Some looked more beast-like, but those with feathers or scaled had a great variety in their colors and patterns, and all of them seemed to be women wearing skimpy clothing.
Something he was starting to notice as a pattern.
"Granith, where are you?" Dranielle called as she stepped forward but stopped just shy of the semi circular area, as if a fence was there to bar passage.
"Give me a minute!" Came a voice from somewhere that sounded powerful, but also preoccupied with something, rigorous.
"The commander has a mission for you and yours," Dranielle said impatiently as she began tapping a clawed foot against the ground.
"Shove your tail up your cunt and wait a moment!" The voice bellowed in frustration and annoyance just before the furthest tents flaps burst open revealing the voices owner, causing Bell to stare in shock. The woman was easily as tall as Dranielle or Viviane if not taller. Her lower body appeared to be that of large bipedal cat of some kind, while her upper body was that of a great birds. Her massive brown and white feathery wings came out of her upper back, while arms that had almost avian like claws came away from her shoulders. Her lower torso was covered by a simple wrapped cloth Pareo, while her upper body was covered by what appeared to be a simple hanging wrap of cloth that made Amazon clothing look boring in comparison with the detail in its patterning. She stalked over, each step making a muffled thump on the grass that told of her weight as she went until she stopped barely a meter in front of Dranielle, proving that she was indeed taller than the dragoness. "What is it and, who is this?" She asked roughly as she glanced at Bell with Predatory eyes that somehow also seemed uninterested.
"This Bell Cranel, a Guest of the Commander who is not to be touched. He has allies that may be nearby and the Commander would like you to send some scouts out to find and find and retrieve them," Dranielle explained simply, seeming to be utterly unaffected by the rude words and tone that Granith had uttered to her.
"How many?" Granith asked simply as she looked at Bell.
"F-four," Bell said, finding that his will wilted a bit under the large bird/beast woman's gaze. It was so predatory and powerful, as if he was nothing to her. It was concerning and terrifying in equal measure.
Granith nodded and then turned around, bringing her avian like hands up to her mouth and letting out a shrill whistle that sounded not too different from a Hawk's shriek. "I need Eight Voluenteer's, front and center!"
Within seconds all the people Bell could see began scrambling and before he could even count how many were nearby, Eight various winged women stood in front of Granith with their wings held behind their backs at what seemed to be similar to a formal position.
"Nice and prompt unlike last time, good," Granith said as she took a step to the side so Dranielle and Bell could be seen. "The commander has a guest who has allies that may be lost in the area. Your jobs will be to scout the surrounding area for up to two hours for them, and if you find them, to retrieve them and bring them here," She said before looking back at Bell. " What do your friends look like boy?"
"My friend Welf is a man a bit older and taller than me with red hair and a large sword. My friend Liliruca is shorter than me with chestnut hair and a heavy looking cloak over her body. Mikoto is a woman with dark hair and an eastern look to her with a katana, and my last friend is an Elf Named Ryuu who has green hair and blue eyes who uses a wooden sword," Bell quickly answered, finding it odd that when he mentioned Welf a couple of the winged women before him seemed to visibly lick their lips.
Granith seemed to notice this as she sighed and took a step forward. "There you go, that is what they look like. As they are allies of the Commander's guest who is not to be touched in any way, the ones you are looking for are to be retrieved and brought straight here to the commander., they are not be claimed, turned, toyed with or pleased, understood ladies?"
The arranged women all let out confirmations, some of which sounded annoyed or saddened.
"Right, now I know none of you are on shift right now, so those of you that find our guests allies will earn a bonus reward of your choice within reason, so get out there and get flying!" Granith declared with a grin.
As soon as she gave the order every one of the women before her either leapt straight into the air with massive flaps of their wings, or stepped back to give others the ability to do so and then did the same. They were all high above the camp and out of sight in seconds.
"There, is there anything else you need?" Granith said abruptly as she looked at Drnaielle with an impatient glint in her eyes.
"No, that is all, thank you Granith," Dranielle said with a nod.
Granith simply shook her head and turned around, speaking loudly as she walked away. "Good, then I'll be in my tent where my husband is waiting since you made me blue-ball him!"
"Goodness, I wish the boss didn't allow husbands in the camp," Dranielle said with a shake of her head before turning around. " Come, now that Granith's scouts are heading out to look for your people, we should get you to the commanders tent.
"R-right," Bell said as he turned to follow Dranielle, noticing that a number of the winged women were eyeing him as they left. "Um, what was she?"
"Granith?" Dranielle asked, receiving a nod from bell. "She's a Griffon, and most of the scouts are Harpy's or Wyverns if you were wonderign that as well."
"Oh, I've only heard stories of Griffons before. . . "
"let me guess, the stories you know have griffons having the lower body of a lion and the upper of an eagle, and are large like a beast with a beak sharp enough to puncture armour and strip flesh from bones, yeah?" Dranielle asked with a smirk.
Y-yes."
"I see. Well, the commander will set you straight I reckon," Dranielle said a she pointed ahead of them. "That is the commanders tent."
All the tents in the camp were made of a dark brown fabric, but as Bell followed Draniell's gesture he saw one tent that stuck out from all the others. It was easily three times larger than any other and its material was a dark purple in color with what looked to be gold trimming around its edges. What was strange was that as Bell looked at it he had a strange feeling of foreboding, and his body felt, odd, like it was telling him to avoid something. "That is her tent?"
"Yes. With the way you have been looking around in curiosity and little else, I assume you have never heard of Mamano before today, no?"
"N-no, I haven't, everyone looks a little, strange to me honestly."
"Myself included?"
"Y-yes, sorry."
"Not something to apologize for," Dranielle said with a smirk. "Now then, lets get you to the commander and see how long it takes."
"How long, what takes?" Bell asked nervously as he suddenly felt like dozens of eyes were upon him, just like he sometimes felt in Orario, but so many times worse.
"Why, how long until you fall of course!" Dranielle said with a grin that was exceedingly predatory, as if she was trying to taste Bell with her eyes.
It was at that instant that Bell realized there was a small chance he was in trouble.
