EXT. PAVEMENT - DAY
REX T. REX and TERRY PTERODACTYL cheer on BOBBY THE BLUE
THING as he careens past them on rollerblades.
REX
Go Bobby!
TERRY
You got it!
Bobby crashes into a rack of basketballs, sending them
rolling everywhere.
TERRY
Good job, Bobby!
BOBBY
I made it a whole twelve seconds!
REX
Keep at it and you'll be ready for
some big tournament!
A rolling basketball bumps Terry.
TERRY
Oh wait.
WIDE SHOT: The three are in the middle of a basketball court
that is surrounded by jungle.
TERRY
We were supposed to be practicing
for the big game against the
Raptors!
REX
Oh yeah.
Bobby stands up as best he can.
BOBBY
But I spent so much time developing
my rollerblading skills!
REX
I don't think rollerblades are
allowed in basketball.
TERRY
What are we gonna do?! The game
starts any minute now!
REX
I have an idea!
Rex darts to one side of the court, where a cargo-truck-sized
wooden crate is sitting.
REX
We can bribe them into forfeiting
with this.
He rips a plank off to reveal a row of Corn Dunks cereal
boxes inside.
BOBBY
Corn Dunks!
TERRY
The best cereal ever!
REX
They won't be able to resist the
deliciousness of Corn Dunks, and
we'll have plenty left over.
RAYMOND RAPTOR, wearing the top half of a business suit,
approaches the court riding a moped.
TERRY
Look, here come the Raptors!
Raymond parks the moped on the court and hops off.
RAYMOND
Uh, yeah, it's me, Raymond. Just
one raptor. I keep telling you guys
that. So where's my money?
REX
Why are you always talking about
money, Raymond?
RAYMOND
Because I gave a ton of it to you.
To invest in basketball
advertising. Because you said
everyone would pay big money to see
basketball games. Remember?
BOBBY
What's basketball?
RAYMOND
Look, if you didn't even spend the
money, just give it back.
REX
Oh we spent it.
RAYMOND
On what?
Rex holds up a box of Corn Dunks.
BOBBY
A massive crate of it, right over
there!
TERRY
You should pour yourself a tasty
bowl right now!
Raymond angrily leaps onto Rex, screaming in his face.
RAYMOND
You don't even work in sports
promotion, do you?! I knew it!
REX
Shit!
Rex flails about as Raymond swipes at him. They knock over
Bobby as Terry takes off into the air.
Terry swoops down to grab a basketball in his hind feet and
flies at Raymond, smacking him in the head with it and
allowing Rex to throw him off onto the pavement.
As Raymond attempts to stand up, Bobby starts kicking at him
with his rollerblades, smashing him in the face until the
wheels break off.
Raymond screeches and attempts to claw at Bobby. Rex clamps
his jaws onto Raymond's tail and lifts him up as Terry helps
Bobby to his feet.
TERRY
Let's get the hell out of here!
BOBBY
The moped!
Terry assists Bobby to the moped as Rex carries Raymond to
the crate and, with a wide swing, hurls him into it, smashing
the planks and burying him in the avalanche of Corn Dunks
boxes that floods out.
Bobby starts the moped and drives off with Terry flying
overhead, Rex following right behind them.
REX
Screw you, Raymond!
Raymond pops his bloody head up from the mountain of cereal
boxes. He holds up one of the boxes, claws it open, and looks
at the camera.
RAYMOND
(gurgling)
