A/N: What's up everyone! Another story for you all! This one came up after seeing a fan comic of Luz showing her mother pictures of her friends. One of the quotes being that none of them were reptiles. Which made me go back to the first episode where she had a report about snakes and their her only friends were reptilian and imaginary. Now, it comes full circle because life works that way sometimes lol.
This first chapter was hard to do. I already had this up as a previous story but I scrapped it to start over and try again. I always seem to have trouble with intro chapters. This one was the hardest to do out of all of the stories I've done so far.
Some stuff to note:
1. Takes place after The Owl House Episode 6 of Season 2. "Hunting Palisman."
2. Is at the end of the 2012 and 2003 series.
4. References to Luz Meeting Zak in my "Witches and Cryptids" story and meeting Danny in my "Boiling Witch Trials" story.
5. Karai and the Turtles are officially on good terms in the 2003 show and have another lair. (My "Rebuilding Trust" story)

1987 Dimension

Underground
The Shredder and Krang are seen in the Technodrome, working on their next scheme to take over the world.
"Those blasted turtles! They keep ruining everything! Over and over and over again! I can't even go to other dimensions without seeing turtles!" Shredder yelled, pacing around the room. "There HAS to be somewhere turtles don't exist." Shredder said.
"I know of a place where turtles don't exist." Krang says.
Shredder turns towards him. "You do? Where?" Shredder asks excitedly.
"In space. Or maybe Uranus!" Krang cackles.
Shredder knows that he was being specific to all turtles to annoy him. "Very funny. I mean mutant turtles!"
"There is absolutely no place that we've seen where they don't exist. That's all that Utrom was screaming about. And even if there was one, there's just too many dimensions to explore. It would require too much power for the Technodrome." Krang told him.
"Don't remind of that madman. One of my few mistakes. I would have never teamed up with that idiot had I known he was going to destroy us all!" Shredder said referring to his Utrom 2003 counterpart. "Not to mention that his 'improvements' to the Technodrome looked stupid."
"You mean one of your many mistakes." Krang said before croaking.
"Don't act all innocent. You planted a bomb in the Prime Dimension! Had the turtles not found it, you could have destroyed us all!"
"It was an honest accident." Krang said.
"Sure it was." Shredder said sarcastically. "But I'm glad you brought up that Utrom Shredder."
"What do you have in mind Shredder? *croak*" Krang asked.
"Although his redesign of the Technodrome was tasteless, I did like some of the technology. Perhaps we can use some of that technology and bring it here. With superior technology in hands as capable as mine, maybe we can find a place the turtles don't exist." Shredder says.
"But first. It's time to get the gang back together again." He says before heading to a computer to find Bebop and Rocksteady.
"And you're certain they're going to want to come back?" Krang asked.
"Of course I'm certain! All I have to do is promise them something and they'll come crawling back. I am the Shredder! No one says "no" to me." Shredder said confidently.
Boiling Isles
It was a couple of hours before school started, but Luz was up a little early. She was excited to make her own palisman, but she just couldn't think of what she wanted to do. There was an inner conflict that she just couldn't resolve. She knows that a lot of heroes go through this type of mental conflict and crossroads, but it didn't make it any easier for her to find an answer that she thought would be the best one. After about 30 minutes of thinking that led to nothing, she got up and out of bed, having the need to talk to someone else to take her mind off of the palisman.
She left and put on her Hexside uniform. She was tempted to check on Amity, but she changed her mind. Amity would talk to her again when she was ready to. She wasn't going to rush it. Especially when Luz herself was going through some thinking as well.
So she decided to go to Willow's or Gus' instead.
"But guys come on! Don't you want to destroy the turtles?" Shredder asks in an almost pleading manner.
Bebop and Rocksteady look at each other before Rocksteady gives them an answer.
Rocksteady folds his arms and shakes his head. "Uh uh. We're tired of getting beat up by those turtles."
"Yeah." Bebop agrees.
"Well, they didn't say no." Krang said on Shredder's communicator, taking what the Shredder said literally again to annoy him.
"Quiet!" Shredder said to Krang.
"Besides, I like my new job as a personal injury lawyer." Rocksteady says.
"Yeah. If we work for the Shredder again, I'll never be able to dance on that Technodrome."
"Yes, but I can give you something better." Shredder says.
"Tell us." Rocksteady said.
"And it better not be money, because we already have some." Bebop said. Rocksteady nodded in agreement.
"Superpowers." Shredder told them.
"Superpowers? Gee, that sounds fun." Bebop said.
"Yeah, maybe I'll be able to shoot lasers from my eyes, like Superman."
"Well then there's no time to waste. Come on." Shredder said gesturing them to follow him.
"We get superpowers!" Bebop says as he snorts.
"This'll be so much fun!" Rocksteady said.
"Quiet down you two! You never know who's listening!" Shredder said.
And it turns out, Irma, on a lunch break was.
The Technodrome
With Bebop and Rocksteady back as employees for The Foot, Shredder attempts to come up with what to do next.
Bebop and Rocksteady, curious when they'll be getting superpowers, tap on Shredder.
He turns. "What? You're interrupting my thinking to come up with a plan."
"Sorry, Shredder. But Bebop and I was just wondering when we'll get our superpowers." Rocksteady said with Bebop nodding his head to agree.
"You'll get them soon. Just be patient." Shredder said.
"Shredder! I wish to see you!" Krang says over an intercom before croaking again.
Shredder walks into a room where Krang is.
"What is it Krang?"
"You told them we could give them superpowers, even though that was an obvious lie."
"It's not a lie! You can come up with something to give them superpowers."
Krang points at him with one of his small arms. "That stuff takes time to invent! I'm not a printing machine. Besides, maybe if you told me you were actually going to tell them something like that I'd actually make one for you. But since you want to keep me in the dark about things like we're not working together. *croak* I'm not doing it." Krang folds his arms.
"Ha! You think I'll just grovel at your feet because you won't help me? I can do this myself." Shredder said confidently, fists on his hips.
"You mean like the other times you tried to do things yourself?" Krang said.
"Touché."
Suddenly, the turtles appear!
"Turtles!" Shredder said.
"Have we ever been anything else?" Raphael said.
"We're putting an end to whatever you're planning Shredder! Here and now!" Leonardo said, pointing his sword at Shredder.
"Aw come on! I didn't even do anything! I was going to change I promise!" Shredder says, putting on a pleading voice.
"Well in that case, let's go home and get some pizza." Michelangelo said. He meant for it to be sarcastic, but he really was hungry.
"I've got a better idea, how about we send old bucket head back to the slammer on the count of stomach abuse? We skipped breakfast because of you." Raphael said.
"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." Donatello said.
"Before I annihilate you, I have one question: How did you find us anyway?" Shredder asked.
"Easy dude. Bebop and Rocksteady. Irma said she heard them talking about superpowers on their way underground." Michelangelo said.
"Of course, like the good turtles we are we had to see what all the fuss was about." Raphael said.
Bebop and Rocksteady enter the room. "Shredder? Are our superpowers ready yet?" Bebop asked.
"No. But the turtles are here to stop you from getting your superpowers. Get them!" Shredder said as an army of Foot robots came in behind Bebop and Rocksteady. He goes back into the initial room he was in to send coordinates to escape.
"Shredder making us the villains of the story?" Raphael said.
"That's a pretty low blow. Even for you Shredder." Donatello said.
"A punishable offense with the consequences of one serious butt kicking bros!" Michelangelo said.
"Let's go guys! Turtles fight with honor!" Leonardo said, leading them into battle.
They make quick work of the foot robots, leaving Bebop and Rocksteady by themselves.
"Uh oh." Rocksteady said.
"We're in trouble." Bebop said.
"What made it obvious the fact that it's 4 against 2?" Raphael said.
Bebop and Rocksteady ran to the Shredder.
"Shredder, do somethin'!" Bebop said.
"I was before you fools came in here! Now they're going to follow you!" Shredder said.
"Sorry." Bebop said.
Shredder sighs and says out loud, "Why can't I have any type of help around here?"
"I'm right *croak* here you know!" Krang said.
"Well then quit standing around and help me!" Shredder said.
"It's over Shredder! Your foot ninjas and your plans are toast!" Leonardo said pointing his sword at their longtime adversary.
"You two! Send us out of here!" Shredder says before he and Krang battle the turtles with the help of more Foot robots.
"Okay boss." Bebop says before snorting.
"Uh, how do I work this thing?" Bebop asks, scratching his head.
"Hmm, maybe its the red button?" Rocksteady asks.
"But there's a bunch of red buttons. Besides, you watch movies right? Never press the red button." Bebop said.
"Taste homing missile turtles!" Krang said before launching six missiles from his body.
"Remember when I said we didn't eat breakfast? I've lost my appetite now!" Raphael said before dodging the missiles.
They ran around the room, but they couldn't escape the missiles.
"Homing missiles lock on to a heat signature! Krang already had ours so we can't get away!" Donatello said still moving.
Leonardo jumps over a robot's head in an acrobatic fashion before it gets destroyed by a missile. He slices another robot's blaster before moving again, allowing another missile to destroy another robot. Leonardo notices this "I have an idea!" Leonardo said. Near the door he was in, Leonardo makes his move and runs behind Krang, hiding behind him.
"What are you doing?" Krang asked before turning and seeing the missile. "Uh oh." The missile explodes on to Krangs body, damaging it badly.
"What's taking so long?" Shredder asked before turning towards the two.
"Quick! Press something or Shredder won't give us our powers!" Bebop said.
"You're a genius Leonardo!" Donatello said.
"Turtle see, turtle do!" Michelangelo said before he and his brothers all did the same thing, using Foot robots as shields, destroying them.
"Now I know why they call them homing missiles. They definitely had to hit home." Raphael said looking at the remains of a destroyed Foot robot.
Rocksteady presses a button, but it didn't open a portal. Instead, it changed their destination from the 2003 TMNT Dimension to the 2012 TMNT Dimension.
"See boss? We did it!" Rocksteady said giving a thumbs up.
Shredder runs at the two. "No you didn't you idiots! There's no portal. And it's set to the wrong dimension. Just get away from the computer." He said, walking towards them.
"Uh oh, Shredder's mad! Don't worry boss, we'll fix it." Rocksteady said.
"No, you've already done enough." Shredder said at the computer now, changing the coordinates back to the correct destination: the 2003 TMNT Dimension. Energy from the Technodrome is being used to create a portal.
"He's trying to open a portal! Stop him!" Leonardo said. The four ran to confront the Shredder before Bebop and Rocksteady stood in to block their path.
"You're not getting past us." Bebop said before snorting.
Leonardo and the others looked at each other before barreling through the two, causing them to bump into the Shredder, who was knocked into the controls. Coordinates were changed to the 2012 Dimension.
"You imbeciles! Look what you've-" Shredder said to Bebop and Rocksteady before Leonardo knocked him down.
"The Technodrome is still powering up. Donatello, try and shut it down! Raphael, you take care of Bebop and Rocksteady. Michelangelo and I will take care of the Shredder." Leonardo said.
Shredder stands back up.
"Fine! If you want something done right you have to do it yourself. Prepare to meet your doom turtles!" Shredder said.
"The boss is mad. We better do somethin' to fix it." Bebop said before getting to the computer to try and change it back.
"Fix it? I think I speak for all of us when I say stay away from that computer." Raphael said attacking the two now.
Donatello tried to stop the portal but it was too late. It was already open, and into the 2012 dimension. "Guys, I don't think I can stop it!" Raphael walks up to Donatello after making quick work of Shredder's henchmen.
"Allow me." Raphael said before stabbing his sai into the terminal, causing it to short out. Donatello gave him a look of curiosity.
"Science isn't all about facts you know." Raphael said shrugging, using Donatello's own quote to his 2003 counterpart.
"Curse you turtles!" Shredder said shaking his fist. "Bebop! Rocksteady! We're leaving!" Shredder picks up Krang from out of his body and they attempt to escape.
"Comin' boss!" Rocksteady says.
"I don't think so Shredder!" Leonardo says as the turtles block the Shredder's path.
The originally shut down portal suddenly becomes active again. Something that the turtles and Shredder notice.
"Ha! It still works!" Shredder said. Until more energy starts to come out of the portal, consuming everything. "Uh oh." Shredder said before Krang got consumed by the portal along with Bebop and Rocksteady. "Run guys!" Leonardo said. "You don't have to tell me twice!" Michelangelo said. Shredder tried to outrun it but was consumed by it as well.
"Next time, I'll leave the science stuff to you!" Raphael said to Donatello as they ran out of the Technodrome just as the last part of it was about to be consumed.
"Guys! Where's the Shredder?" April asked, a camera in hand.
"Gone April." Leonardo said.
"So, you guys did it?" April asked.
"I don't know. We don't even know where he went." Leonardo said.
"But I have a good way to find out. Come on, let's head back to the lair." Donatello said.
2003 TMNT Dimension
"All right Purple Dragons! We got the EPF goods! It ain't gonna be long before Bishop realizes this stuff is gone so let's go!" Hun said. Even as a turtle he would still be actively involved in the activities of his criminal organization.
Unbeknownst to him, the turtles were watching and were taking out Purple Dragon members on watch one by one. Before they got to Hun himself.
"Ya know Hun, I woulda thought after that little mutagen incident ya woulda changed your ways. But I guess that requires too much thinkin' for somebody like you." Raph said before they all jumped down to face him.
"Hun! Like the new look bro! New haircut? Tell me your secret man." Mikey joked.
"You!" Hun said, scowling at them.
"I suggest you surrender Hun. Knowing Bishop, he's already on his way to get back what you stole." Leo said.
"No way freaks! With the Shredder gone, this city is wide open. And the Purple Dragons will be taking the mantle as kings of New York!" Hun said.
"If we're freaks, then what does that make you?" Mikey asked.
"The guy that's gonna send you four to your graves." Hun said.
He charged at the turtles, with all four scattering to move out of the way.
Leonardo attempts to perform an air kick to his face, but Hun blocks the attack and retaliates with a swat. To which Leo does a backflip to dodge it and retreat.
Hun throws a hook at Mikey who dodges it by jumping back. He follows it up with another hook. Donny and Raph attempt to attack Hun in the back but it does nothing. Hun turns and attempts to attack them as well.
Leo kicks him in his stomach area but it does nothing. Hun responds with a two-fisted smash that only hits the ground.
"Hun, do you even know what it is you're even stealing?" Leo asked.
"Not yet. All I know is that if Bishop has it, then it has to be something valuable. And whatever isn't can get sold to the highest bidder." Hun said.
"You idiot! This is the same guy that started an outbreak in New York! And ya really gonna just snag stuff without even knowin' what it is first?" Raph said, jumping over one of Hun's attacks.
The four of them attack him at once, but he throws them all off. Mikey hits a wall.
"Okay. This isn't working guys." Mikey says in pain as he gets up.
"Mikey's right. Fighting him head on isn't going to work, we have to-" Leo was about to formulate a plan before something appeared. Everyone else saw what Leo was looking at as well. The Technodrome!
"The Technodrome? What the shell is that doin' here?" Raph asked.
Bishop and his men came in on a helicopter and vehicles afterwards.
"Where are we?" Shredder asked disoriented.
"It seems we're in the dimension of that Utrom Shredder again." Krang said.
Shredder looks at another monitor to see the turtles, Hun and the EPF.
"And right into enemy territory. I hate those turtles so much." Shredder sulks.
"Whatever it's doing here, we'll find out after we deal with Hun." Leo said.
"Stealing from me is a mistake you'll regret." Bishop said to Hun before nodding to the turtles.
Suddenly, the Technodrome gets teleported out again. Using the commotion, it gave Hun the time he needed to escape, but without the stuff he stole. He decided it would be better to cut his losses and fight another day.
Bishop raised his eyebrows at the turtles, who shrugged or scratched their head, having no answer for what just happened.
2012 TMNT Dimension
The turtles were in their lair. Raph and Mikey were playing the arcade machines, Leo was watching Space Heroes reruns, and Donnie was surfing the internet, albeit in a bored fashion. With all of their enemies gone, there wasn't much else to do for the past month. The last time they had action was against the Shredder from the 80s dimension, teaming up with their 80s turtle counterparts. Other than that, there was no crime. Don't be confused, they welcomed the peace, but if they were being honest with themselves, they were bored to death. They needed something to do. Sure, they're heroes and they've saved the entire planet, the dimension, and even the multiverse, but most people other than Mr. Murakami, April, and Casey didn't see them that way. Which meant that they couldn't just walk out in the open like their 80s counterparts.
"Dudes, I am soooo bored." Mikey said, laying down.
"Honestly, Mikey's kinda right." Raph said. "And if I'm agreeing with Mikey then it's gotta be true." Raph said.
"How about we go for a run across the city?" Leo asked. "We could all use the exercise." Leo said.
The turtles left the lair to run across the rooftops.
"Dudes, it feels so good to be running on the rooftops again." Mikey said.
"Honestly guys, I just want some action." Raph said.
Suddenly, an all but familiar large vehicle appears in New York in front of the turtles.
"Isn't that the Technodrome?" Raph asked.
"Yeah, but what's it doing here? I thought our Bebop and Rocksteady destroyed it." Donnie said.
"Maybe they ordered another one?" Mikey said, with Raph giving him a look.
"Well you wanted some action Raph. Let's check it out." Leo said as they descended from the roof to surround and sneak on to the Technodrome.
As they prepared to infiltrate it, it disappeared, causing Michelangelo to lose his balance and fall.
"What happened?" Mikey asked.
"It vanished." Leo said.
"Shredder forgot how to work the thing or something?" Raph asked.
"Odd. It wasn't here for that long before it just vanished." Donatello said.
"Do you have anything to figure out why it was here?" Leo said.
"Probably not. We've had no reason to travel through dimensions before. I may be able to invent something to allow us to travel there. But it would take a lot of time and testing. The former of which we probably don't have." Donatello said. "But, my guess is that if the Shredder and Krang from the other dimension were there, then I'm sure the other turtles will be trying to follow them."
"Meaning they'll show up here next. Let's head back to the lair." Leonardo said.
"I'll call April and Casey to tell them to keep an eye out for the other versions of us in the streets." Donatello said before they made their way back to the lair, awaiting the arrival of their counterparts.
The Boiling Isles
Inside the Technodrome, Shredder was wondering where exactly they were.
"The Boiling Isles?" Shredder questioned as he used the Technodrome to see where they were.
"I don't even think we're even on Earth anymore. And the Technodrome doesn't have enough power for another jump. Luckily we have emergency power." Shredder says as the Technodrome started to move to a more secluded place. "Those turtles. I can't even come up with a plan." Shredder sulks. "Why can't anything for me go right? I hate those turtles so much."
"You better get us out of this! Do you realize how much I had to beg and plead to get another Technodrome after the previous one we had got destroyed?" Krang said. "Luckily the new Kraang leader was willing to give me a chance. On the count of allowing a solar panel to be installed. But I just don't get it. If we're taking over planets or destroying them, there won't be any need for sunlight when Dimension X comes in."
"Dimension X this, Dimension X that. That's all you can talk about." Shredder said.
"If Dimension X were here we could have ruled our world already."
"But they aren't, are they?" Shredder asked.
"While we're here, how about I do a little check." Shredder says before he searches for entries regarding Ninja Turtles. 0 entries were found.
"Hmm." Shredder checks for Shredder entries. No entries found for a Shredder either.
"What about a Krang?" Krang asked.
Shredder checks. Same result.
"What?" Krang said.
"Hmm, interesting. No entries for all three? Maybe things aren't as bad as I thought." Shredder said.
"You two, come with me. We're going to search this place. See if it's worth conquering. We're also going to need a power source. The solar panels could work, but it'll take too long." Shredder said to Bebop and Rocksteady.
"What about our superpowers?" Bebop asked.
"You won't get any superpowers if you don't do what I ask first!" Shredder said.
"Right away, boss." Rocksteady asked.
"But what about *croak* my body?" Krang asked.
"Ah, ah, ah!" Shredder wags his finger. "Before I fix your body, I want you to build anything we need here. Which means, you're going to have to stay here until we come back. Besides, I don't even fully trust those two to explore right." Shredder said before leaving to accompany Bebop and Rocksteady.
"Shredder!" Krang called out.
Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady go about to exploring the Boiling Isles.
