This takes his story and I wanted to make my own version, I got permission so without further ado let's go...
In the world of Pokemon, there is corruption and crime. Life isn't fair or equal and it is especially, not fair for people who were a part of a villainous team like Team Rocket.
Team Rocket is a team based in the Kanto region but branched in the Johto region as well.
A person from Viridian city who was down on his luck got involved in Team rocket and he was quite good at missions and he made a living for himself no longer living in squalor but has a young boy was saved by Team Rocket leader Giovanni as he took him under his wing and he was the student of Giovanni. He was taught the art of the Pokemon battles and he quickly with hard work had risen through the ranks of Team Rocket and at the age of 12, he was a Team Rocket Grunt Commander.
He commanders lower-level grunts and rookies and he was so pretty strong as well.
He even met the four executives - Archer, Petrel, Ariana, and Proton. He did some missions for them and he created a team that made him successful, instead of stealing Pokemon he captures them in a Poke ball and he got even more powerful. Unfortunately, he was loyal to Giovanni but he wasn't like one of the Executives as he became the 5 executives of Team Rocket.
He never lost a battle under team Rocket and all was well until he was betrayed and now he was now in jail but some time had passed and he lost his position of team Rocket and he had all his Pokemon taken away from him by the International police and by Giovanni and by the executives. He lost his money and power and when he was in Kanto he lost any and all respect in his home town so he is now in a new region - The region of Galar and he works with a research team that is based in Hammerlock city. They work for a pharmaceutical company that makes herbs and medicine.
The purpose was also to make him see the errors of his ways. He also did as he couldn't have any Pokemon on him or they would get taken away from him by the International police.
However, thanks to his job he gets to study Pokemon and get fresh ingredients from the wild area and he also studies Galar history and Pokemon from time to time and was defeated in the culture here as it was different in the Kanto.
So Arthur is my name and I went and found a Farfetch'd a galarian form of the Pokemon and he was young and hurt. He saw that it need treatment and he healed it. Unfortunately, the Pokemon stuck to him like glue and so he caught it. Unfourtanely when he caught his first pokemon in Galar he was seen by some international police members and they wanted to arrest him for validating his probation.
It didn't go well and a fight broke out. Unfourtanlty because he only had one pokemon, Arthur needs help or he would be in jail. But thankfully his boss helps him out and the international police had a stimulation win the master cup and be under surveillance for a year to determine his nature and to see if he really has changed.
He goes out to the wild area and he now has to build a team a new team that will defeat Leon... And win the master cup and the world Coronation series!
Arthur right now is looking at a Cufant in the wild area and he sees' s it needs help as the young Pokemon is being attacked by beedril...
"quick Farfetch'd use night slash !" Arthur said as the bedrill all got hit with a leek of dark type energy slash at them knocking them all down.
"Are you okay?" Arthur asked as he bent down towards the Cufant to heal him as it has a sprained ankle.
After it was healed he took him to the pokemon center and he then decided to catch it.
