A/N: This might turn out to be horrible but I will try not to make it horrible. I don't know too much about FNAF so some parts might be inaccurate. Please PM me if you have questions, things you want put in the book, or if something was in-accurate.

William Afton looked up at the sign on the front of his building. "Finally. People told me I would never be able to open my own business, but I proved them wrong. I have my own business, but will I be able to keep it running for more than a year?" William told himself as he read the sign.

"William! I have the animatronics finished. Would you like to come see them?" A voice from behind him said. William turned around and saw Jeff. "Ah. Yes I would like to see them." He responded. "Come along then. I'll take you there." Jeff said as he walked over to his car. He got in and started the engine. William got in and Jeff drove out of the parking lot and drove down to his house.

When they got to Jeff's house, they got out and walked over to the garage. Jeff opened the door and as William walked in, he could tell every detail he wanted on the animatronics, had been done. "So, do you want me to put these in the back of my truck and bring it to your restaurant today?" Jeff asked as he followed William back to the car. "Yes please. I expect them to be in the restaurant by 6:30 PM tonight.

(4 years later)

"So, I guess I have to work at the pizzeria if I want to investigate the missing children." Michael Afton said as he walked into the security room for his first-night-shift. He sat down on the office chair and looked at the computer. As he watched the cameras the phone rang. He set the laptop down and answered it. "Hello, hello? Uh, I wanted to record a message for you to help you get settled in on your first night. Um, I actually worked in that office before you. I'm finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact. So, I know it can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about. Uh, you'll do fine. So, let's just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay?"

"Uh, let's see, first there's an introductory greeting from the company that I'm supposed to read. Uh, it's kind of a legal thing, you know. Um, "Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. A magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for damage to property or person. Upon discovering that damage or death has occurred, a missing person report will be filed within 90 days, or as soon property and premises have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached, and the carpets have been replaced."

"Blah blah blah, now that might sound bad, I know, but there's really nothing to worry about. Uh, the animatronic characters here do get a bit quirky at night, but do I blame them? No."

"If I were forced to sing those same stupid songs for twenty years and I never got a bath? I'd probably be a bit irritable at night too."

"So, remember, these characters hold a special place in the hearts of children and we need to show them a little respect, right? Okay.

So, just be aware, the characters do tend to wander a bit. Uh, they're left in some kind of free roaming mode at night.

Uh... Something about their servos locking up if they get turned off for too long. Uh, they used to be allowed to walk around during the day too. But then there was The Bite of '87. Yeah. I-It's amazing that the human body can live without the frontal lobe, you know?

Uh, now concerning your safety, the only real risk to you as a night watchman here, if any, is the fact that these characters, uh, if they happen to see you after hours probably won't recognize you as a person. They'll pr- they'll most likely see you as a metal endoskeleton without its costume on. Now since that's against the rules here at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, they'll probably try to...forcefully stuff you inside a Freddy Fazbear suit. Um, now, that wouldn't be so bad if the suits themselves weren't filled with crossbeams, wires, and animatronic devices, especially around the facial area. So, you could imagine how having your head forcefully pressed inside one of those could cause a bit of discomfort...and death. Uh, the only parts of you that would likely see the light of day again would be your eyeballs and teeth when they pop out the front of the mask, heh.

Y-Yeah, they don't tell you these things when you sign up. But hey, first day should be a breeze. I'll chat with you tomorrow. Uh, check those cameras, and remember to close the doors only if absolutely necessary. Gotta conserve power. Alright, good night."

Mike looked back at the laptop and his eyes went wide with surprise. Bonnie wasn't on the stage anymore! Where could he be? Mike looked at every camera and then found Bonnie.

Bonnie was in the storage closet. That's really close to where I am. He thought as he pressed the button on the bottom right underneath the door button. The light flashed through the right hallway.

Nothing was there. Mike started to breathe harder. Fear already kicked in. He tried to tell himself it was all just his imagination, but there was too much proof that it couldn't be his imagination. He looked at the clock and as that it was only 1:00 am. He sighed a long and heavy sigh. Before he could understand more of the situation, Bonnie appears in the doorway! Mike reached over and pressed the door button. "Phew." He said after the door closed. He looked back at the laptop. He clicked on Cam 6 but only saw blackness.

There was a message flashing on the top center of the read, "Audio only". "Huh. That's weird. You'd think they'd get that fixed." he said to himself as he clicked on the stage camera. "What? Why aren't they on the stage?" He shouted to himself. He then clicked onto the hallway camera near the left door. Bonnie was gone. He opened the door to conserve power. He looked back at the clock and noticed that it was almost 2 am.

As he leaned back in the office chair, Chica appeared in the right door. He quickly pressed the door button and sighed with relief, but of course, Bonnie appeared in the left door. Mike closed that door and noticed that he had about 60% of power left. He opened the doors after a couple of minutes. He looked back at the clock and could see that it was only 2:50 am. "Why do they let the animatronics roam free in the building at night?" He wondered aloud to himself. I still have to investigate the deaths. But First I have to survive my first night-shift. He thought as he looked back at the laptop and saw that it was already 3! How? Wasn't it 2 just a couple minutes ago? he wondered how the clock had changed.

The animatronics seemed to have given up on the hunt. He laid back in the chair and fell asleep. When he woke up he could see light was starting to fill the building! It was 6 am! He had survived his first night! He looked at the laptop and noticed he was scheduled for four more nights. "Oh no!" He groaned. As he walked out of the restaurant he thought the halls were screaming like a child who was in pain...
