Chapter 1 The arrival
Rhaenys Targaryen flew over Dragonstone on the back of her Dragon Meraxes and felt the wind streaming over her. Suddenly a bright flash of light lit up the night sky and Meraxes started to fall down to the sea. Rhaenys tok the situation under control and Meraxes was once again on the way up towards the stars. But it was then Rhaenys saw that the stars were wrong and they were in the wrong places. She landed with Meraxes and ran inside the castle on dragonstone. On the way to wake up her siblings she almost ran into her sister Visenya. It wasn't just the strange light that had happened it was also a large earthquake. That had awakened most of the inhabitants of the island. Visenya was on her way to take her dragon to find Rhaenys. Because both of them and Aegon needed to speak in the meeting room. When they entered the room with the painted table Aegon sat there and Rhaenys explained to her siblings what she saw when she flew.
Rhaenys- Something strange happened when I was flying on Meraxes. It was a strong light and Meraxes started to fall down, and all the stars were in the wrong places.
Visenya- It is strange that the stars have moved so much and I can feel that the magic suddenly is weaker.
Aegon- This is strange indeed Visenya can you try to see Driftmark or Clawsiles?
Visenya- I can see both Driftmark and Clawsiles but I can't see anything else. I can't connect to any clascandel outside our three islands.
Aegon- We should move our conquest of Westeros forward until we understand what happened.
The oracle
Many miles away the Oracle of Delphi woke up from her dreams with a scream. She had gotten visions from the gods before but they were often hard to understand. But what she saw in her dreams was something else. She saw the greatest city that ever was getting destroyed by fire. She saw many great flying beasts in the sky and all got destroyed by the flames. She ran to the altar of Apollo and started to pray for answers.
