Hello everyone! This is my first ever FanFic so forgive me if my writing is trash I am only making this because at the time I am writing this no one has done it yet (Season 3 stories) I love Cobra Kai and this story is what I imagine/want Season 3 to be about. If this gains traction i'll continue but I'm only gonna do 2 or 3 chapters. If it gets popular after that then I'll make more.

This story will follow Tory, Daniel, and Sam as the main characters. That does not mean that other characters won't be included. The story will mostly follow these three characters. This story will take place two months after the ending of season 2. I hope you enjoy it.
2 months later
Tory. It's Monday. Tory wakes up to her alarm going off. It's 6 am, the school doesn't start till 8, she gets up, brushes her teeth, puts on her makeup, and her outfit for the day. She quietly leaves the house trying not to disturb her brother or mother. She gets on her bike and makes her way to a local flower shop. She parks her bike outside of the store. She walks in and buys a couple of sunflowers and some roses. She exits the store and puts the flowers in her backpack but with the top of flowers sticking out of the bag so they don't get crushed. She then takes off to the hospital Miguel is at. She walks in with the flowers in her hands and rides in the elevator to the second floor. As she comes out she's greeted by the nurse who takes care of Miguel.
"Hey Tory. Just like clockwork." she laughed
"Yup. Gotta check in on my man," she responded with a smile
The nurse laughed as she handed Tory the sign-in sheet. She comes in every morning at 7 am to check on Miguel and sometimes replace his flowers that she brings him. While looking at the sign-in sheet she notices a name, Samantha LaRusso. Her smile faded and her grip on the clipboard tightened.
"Everything ok Tory?" the nurse asked
Tory took a deep breath and put on a fake smile. "Yep."
After signing her name and the time she entered she gives the sheet back. She pushed the thought of Sam to the back of her mind and continued on to Miguel's room. She walks in to see Miguel laying in bed with his eyes closed and is met with a solemn silence that was constantly interrupted by the heart monitor beeping. She walks over to the side of his bed where a vase of flowers sat. She replaced her old flowers she got with the new ones. As she does this she starts to talk to Miguel.
"Hey, babe. I hope you're doing alright, just wanted to check in on you and talk to you about what's been going on lately."
No response. She finished changing the flowers and pulled up a chair next to his bed and held his hand. She then continues.
"So Cobra Kai has a tournament coming up in a few weeks. I know we'll win but it would be great if you could just wake up and go with me," she said as her voice started to break.
She broke down crying, her head buried in his arm and sobbing uncontrollably. After crying for a few minutes she calmed down and wiped the tears from her eyes and went into his bathroom to fix her makeup when she came out and checked the time and saw that it was 7:40. She was going to be late if she didn't leave now. So she grabbed her backpack and kissed Miguel on the cheek before she left. She signed out and as she went to get on her bike she saw the sun rising. She then made her way to school. When she got there she parked her bike and went to her first period. She went about her day at school. Normally she sits with Aisha and Hawk and the rest of the Cobras for lunch. She doesn't say much. Mostly because she's pretty much babysitting them. The Cobras were able to stay at school, so long as they didn't start any trouble. The school was watching their every move and if one Cobra was out of line they would all be expelled. Being the current strongest fighter in Cobra Kai she's gained a lot of respect and all the Cobras are scared of her. She has to make sure everyone follows the rules. She had to take most of the heat from the school fight and she got a month of suspension. She would've been expelled if not for Kreese's persuasiveness. The real person who everyone is mad at is Robby because he was the one who put Miguel in the hospital but no one has seen or heard from him or his dad since. Ever since Miguel was put in the hospital Tory has trained harder than ever. She believes if she were stronger then she would've beaten Sam with ease and she could've helped Miguel but ever since she's started this intense training she's been cold and heartless to everyone, the only time she's been open or anything other than cold and heartless is when she's with Miguel. While she's sitting at the lunch table Hawk gets bumped into by a random kid. Hawk gets up to confront him.
"HEY! Watch where you're going, nerd."
The kid gets in Hawks' face. Hawk wants payback he cocks his fist back and is about to strike and then out of nowhere they both hear Tory yell
"HAWK! SIT DOWN NOW!" The lunch room goes silent and everyone looks to Tory.
"But this kid needs to pay," he told her
"Sit. Down," she told him in a very stern and cold tone.
He grunted with dissatisfaction and sat down at the table and glared daggers at the kid. He walked away laughing. The lunch room started to go back to normal then Aisha spoke up.
"Everyone pushes us around because they know we can't do anything."
"We can't keep living like this." Hawk chimed in
"There's no other option," Tory responded
"We can find away," said Aisha
"We can't," said Tory in a stern tone
"Miguel could," Hawk muttered
"Well he's not here is he!" Tory snapped
"If I was in charge…." Hawk grunted
"But you're not, are you!" Barked Tory
They ate their food in silence for the rest of the lunch. The rest of the day went normal. After school ended the Cobras had practice. She gets there last because she's the only one who doesn't drive. Not that she can't but she wants to put in extra work. The other Cobras don't mind because it gives them time to enjoy themselves before Tory turns into a drill sergeant. Sensei Kreese sees her determination so he lets her lead warm-up and sometimes the whole practice if they aren't learning new moves. She arrived at the dojo and slipped into her gi. She told everyone to fall in and they began. The practice took about an hour. It was now 5 pm. Aisha pulled Tory aside before they went into their locker room.
"Hey are you ok?" she said in a concerned tone
"Yea I'm fine. Why do you ask?" Tory asked
"Well...you haven't hung out with anyone since the fight. You barely talk to us. I'm worried about you."
"Well you don't have to worry about me, I'm fine. Sorry, I have somewhere I have to be," she said as she went into the locker room.
Aisha was worried about her so after they changed she followed her. Tory got on her bike and rode to the hospital. On her way there she thought back to lunch, Hawks voice played in her head, Miguel could. "You don't think I know that" she said in her head. Her eyes started to tear up "Miguel I need you." she wanted to cry but she held it in as much as she could but just barely enough to ride her bike. She got to the hospital and parked her bike. She went inside and headed to Miguel's room. She got in the elevator and once the door opened to the second floor she saw the last person she wanted to see, Sam. Both her hands form into fists.
"What are you doing here?" Tory asked coldly
"I was just checking on Miguel," she responds
"Whatever." she scoffs
Tory then heads over to sign in while Sam heads into the elevator and leaves. She then heads to Miguel's room. Once she enters she opens the blinds and stares out of the window as she begins to talk to him.
"So school was boring as usual. Although it's getting harder to keep the Cobras inline. If you were here they would have no trouble listening to you. Hawks becoming a problem, ever since I took over he's been wanting to do whatever he wants. I may need to put him in his place. Also, Aisha is worried about me saying that I've been isolating myself ever since the fight. She may be right but she needs to worry about herself." again she was met with silence although it was expected it still hurt knowing that he wasn't able to talk to her.
She pulls a chair next to his bed and stares at him and thinks back to the school fight and her fight with Sam and how she was kicked down the stairs. Then looking up at Miguel's fight and seeing him show mercy. She grips Miguel's hand tight as she remembers how Robby kicked him over the railing. Tears begin to form in her eyes as she remembers how helpless she felt and how terrified she was when he was in surgery.
"Tory…" a soft voice said
She turned and saw Aisha standing in the doorway with a concerned look on her face. She made her way to Tory and hugged her. Tory then began to wail while in her embrace. After what felt like hours of crying Tory calmed down and Aisha let go of her.
"Why are you here?" Tory asked as she was wiping the tears from her eyes and sniffling.
"I was worried about you and I wanted to make sure you were ok." she responded as she pulled up a chair next to her.
They both got to talking and after an hour they decided to go get something to eat. They arrived at a local burger place and they got a booth and started to eat their dinner. As they were eating they overheard something from the booth behind them.
"Hey, so did you hear about Miyagi-Do reopening?" a male voice said
"Wait seriously?" another male voice replied
"But I thought Mr. LaRusso closed it down two months ago." said a female voice
"He did, turns out his daughter is running it." said a male voice
Tory gritted her teeth and crushed her burger from the anger she was feeling. The people in the other booth left shortly after but Tory was in a fit of rage. Aisha tried to calm her down but had no luck. She got on her bike and rode to Miyagi-Do. When she got there she practically jumped off her bike but before she could get to the door it opened and Sam came out. Sam was caught off guard and so was Tory, she was expecting to confront her not the other way around.
"What are you doing here?" Sam asked
"I could ask you the same thing," replied Tory
"Well, my family owns this place," Sam said
"I heard you're reopening Miyagi-Do. Is it true?"
"Yea I am and we're all going to participate in the Tournament."
Tory formed fists and asked, "Why?"
"Because Miyagi-Do teaches people that they can stand up to bullies."
"So why enter the tournament?" Tory asked
"To show everyone that there's more than just Cobra Kai."
Tory scoffs "There's always something other than Cobra Kai but Cobra Kai is the best and you can't beat the best."
"We'll see. I look forward to kicking your ass at the tournament." Said Sam as she turned around to head back inside. But just as she heads in she hears Tory say
"Why wait."
Tory gets in her fighting position and Sam Obliges her by getting into her stance
"With pleasure." Sam responses
But just before the fighting starts a car pulls up behind them and they both stop and look at the car and Daniel LaRusso gets out of the driver's side and the passenger side door opens and out comes Johnny Lawrence.
