A How to Train Your Dragon 3 rewrite fic, dealing with some of the more troubling narratives the author thinks they could have gone down instead in the third movie. After a troublesome dream of draconic overcrowding, murderous warlords, and an exodus from Berk, Hiccup and Toothless find themselves and their peoples faced with just that—only it goes a little differently.

Having hidden that their living arrangement wasn't quite platonic for several years, Hiccup, Astrid and Dagur are pretty confident they can hide it from Heather while she stays with them for a few weeks.
