Hello everyone. NiteOwl18 here, and I have a brand new story! It's a Total Drama X The Incredibles! Months ago, somebody introduced the idea of doing a story between Total Drama and The Incredibles. I talked to AustralianBeast17 and he provided the plot of the story. This isn't this story; I had no idea how to start off the story. I was stuck after the first chapters. I rather put it aside and focus on Muskoka High: Plus Ultra and my other current stories. Then during the week when I didn't go to work because of the weather, a fan gave me the idea of doing a story of Total Drama X The Incredibles featuring Cody and Elastigirl. I wasn't on board, but the idea got stuck in my head. So this week I was practicing my drawing skills and came up with a power that fits well with Cody and his costume. So here is the first chapter of my brand new story, The Storm Sorcerer!

Chapter 1: Storm Sorcerer

For those of you who know me, my name is Cody Anderson. I also go by another name, but I'm getting ahead myself. Let's go back to the beginning.

Cody Anderson is thrown to the ground by a punch to the nose and the assailant shouting "Beat it, dorkus!"

That guy on the ground who got his ass kicked is me. Big surprise, am I right? And the guy that gave me that lovely gift to my nose is this jackass.

Duncan Myers stands above Cody with a smirk. His gang laugh loudly as well as the crowd. The delinquent then turns to his gang with a quick nod. Before Cody could know it, Scott Fowler and Lightning Jackson grab him by the shoulders. The two friends carry Cody to a nearby dumpster to throw him in.

"Ta-ta, Anderson!" Lightning mockingly waved and Scott chuckled evilly as he kicked the dumpster in addition. The two bullies were gone.

The lid was left open to let Cody out. Cody saw two of his closest friends, Noah Pati and Owen Walters, holding the lid. Cody got out, and the two friends closed the lid.

"How many times are we going to have to save your ass, Cody?" Noah spoke in a cynical tone.

"Until Duncan and his goons can come up with a better way to shove me into," Cody remarked. He knocks off the few spaghetti from his chestnut hair. Owen helped get rid of the trash off Cody's shirt, and ate a few.

"You know they're not going to stop unless you stay away from Gwen," Noah said, crossing his arms. Cody ignores his friend as he dust off the moldy bread from his right arm. "Seriously, she doesn't like you."

"Gwen is...a tough girl to get through her head. I'm sure she needs some convincing," Cody muttered. Noah rolled his eyes at his friend's stubbornness. Owen, despite eating some of the trash, shakes his head as well. Both of them knew of Cody's unrealistic crush over Gwen Fahlenbock. Cody tried everything to get Gwen to notice him, but it failed. Everytime. Gwen would rather date Duncan Myers, one of his mail tormentors, than someone who had no chance with any girl and a reputation that makes him the bane of all girls. His friends constantly knocked some senses into Cody in giving up chasing Gwen. As always, Cody ignored their plea and kept his pursuit and ended up getting his ass kicked by Duncan and his goons.

"If you want Gwen's attention, try punching Duncan," Owen suggested as he ate a half eaten apple.

"You crazy, Owen. After this," Cody gestured his bloody nose. "And swimming in the school's trash, I rather stay away from those jerks."

"Considering it'll take a second for at least one member to kick your ass," Noah added. "I doubt you'll scare them if you were another Izzy."

The mention of his crazed orange haired girl made Owen laugh. "Izzy. That girl can really spook the jeebers outta ya! I really love her!"

"Only you can handle the craziness that is your girlfriend," Noah remarked dryly. He didn't see Cody frowning a bit.

"How about Emma? She can deal being with you and your clever jabs," Owen teases.

"Touche," Noah smirked a little. A faint bell sound was heard. "Damn, we're late!" Noah curses and walks away.

Owen follows him, same with Cody. The large fellow turned to his chestnut friend with a large grin, "Don't worry, Cody. If Duncan and his cronies give you trouble, try doing what Izzy would do. Scream loudly to make them scared."

"Thanks Owen. I'll keep that in mind," Cody smiled, and when Owen turned his head back, he frowned.

I wish I could do something to scare them, maybe spook them as crazy as Izzy suggested. I can, but I won't. My friends don't know this.

Cody leans up to the grey skies. His teal eyes slowly turn milky white as he focuses on the puffy grey clouds. The skies went down to an all-white natural color. Cody smiles a little, forgetting the bruise on his nose.

I have powers. The ability to control the weather. Sounds amazing, I know. I had them when I was five. I made it rain around the preschool building. Whenever I want to see a rainbow, I make it happen. I threw a tantrum, I made thunderstorms. As for my parents, you think they'll react in seeing their only child that can conjure storms. They don't know why I'm the only one who has powers; they think it's some additional gene in my DNA, like mutants gain their powers in X-Men.

The school day ended. The students of Muskoka High went out of the building to enjoy their Friday nights. Cody, Noah and Owen exit. The chestnut haired-boy sported a bandage on his bruised nose, yet he couldn't wait to enjoy the weekend as he had plans with his friends.

"Same time for our videogames night?" Cody asked his two friends.

"Sorry, Cody. We made plans. We're going out with our girlfriends," Noah revealed, bringing Cody to almost frown.

"I'm taking Izzy out to that dinner restaurant I wanted to try out. It's make-your-own pasta night," Owen said, chuckling at the ideas he could make pasta out of.

"Emma and I are going to hit the books for our SATs. I won't make it to video game night with her breathing down my neck," Noah said.

"She's got you whipped," Cody attempted to joke at his cynical friend's relationship with the overachiever asian.

"Ha, ha. Despite being a strict tutor, she did promise a nice reward if I'm a good student," Noah remarked with a smirk. Owen whistled in amusement and Cody nodded his head in approval. "Sorry we can't make it to video night, Cody."

"It's cool. You two got your ladies to spend your undivided attention," Cody said, giving them a tiny smile. On the inside, he was a little bumped.

"You get some rest for your little nose, Cody. Maybe build up some muscle or try a new tactic to scare Duncan and his pals," Noah snickered. Cody huffed into a laugh. The chestnut boy gave the two friends fist bumps, and both Noah and Owen left in the cynical indie's jeep.

Cody sighed in despair. His plans to spend the day together with his friends flushed down the toilet. He didn't want to show them his feelings of his friends having girlfriends; he was happy with them. Seeing the two talking about their relationships reminded Cody how he'll never find anyone who will love him. The chestnut boy walked to the other side of the school. There, he caught a glimpse of his old flame with the delinquent. Cody glared a little, and softened when the two kissed. The couple entered Lightning's 2019 Blue Camaro and drove off. Cody resumed walking with a now depressed look in his face.

Cody drove back home in his 2018 light brown Lincoln Mercury. He parked his car in the driveway. He stepped out of the car with a deep sigh. His car was the only vehicle in the house.

"Guess they're not home," Cody muttered. He scratched his bandage covered nose. The nurse said to leave it on throughout the whole day.

The backpack is thrown across his room. Cody jumped into his bed. His head buried miserably in his pillow. He touched his nose again; it didn't make him flinch. He removed the bandage and threw it in the waste trash. His teal eyes reflect on a framed photo, right as he glances at it with more sadness. It was a picture of a seven year old Cody on a vacation in South America with his parents, Stan and Andrea Anderson.

My parents died nine years ago in a car crash. They were on the way to the airport to do some very important business outside of town when the crash happened. I was left in the care of my dad's brother and his wife, Peter and Mary. Before they died, I recall the times I was scared of my own abilities. They told me to hide them because people wouldn't understand. They called it a gift. When my parents died, my aunt and uncle were the only people that swore to keep my powers a secret. Uncle Peter and Aunt Mary loved me the same way mom and dad did.

Cody lifted the picture up to lean in on what he called it his parent's last moments with their only son. His teal eyes begin to fill up with tears.

If they were alive today, what would they say to me?

The picture frame is placed back in his small drawer. His body rolled over till his back touched the mattress. He twisted his head to see the grey skies from his second bedroom window. His wet teal eyes switch to its milky substance. Small thunder was heard. The five first drops of rain hit his window, and a massive rainstorm erupted.

"Shit!" Cody curses, quickly getting back up. He closes his eyes to resume control of his powers. After a few seconds, he heard the rain stopped. A slight sigh escaped his mouth. "Thank god. Last thing I want is to get a mouthful from Uncle Peter. I hope the rain didn't ruin Aunt Mary's azula flowers," He muttered.

Outcast. A romantic loser. A freak with powers. Now I know how Carrie White felt toward the end of the story. My powers reflect on how my emotion felt. I spent about ten years hiding my powers, and learning the few basics. Like making a snowball with my hand.

Cody moved his hands close together. Snow shoots out of his palms to make a snowball. Cody let out a tiny smile as he threw the snowball in the air and caught it. Gripping on it, he then turns the snowball into solid ice.

Or turning a snowball into ice.

He played around with the solid covered ice ball a few times. Cody then waves his other hand to shape the ice ball into something he pictured in his mind. An ice sculpture of a small bird. He moved his hand back to turn it into a car. Then it was a life size model of Gwen. The chestnut boy gestures the sculpture like how a kid holds a toy with a thoughtful longing look.

"I wonder if I told Gwen what I can do, will she finally accept me?" Cody asked himself regarding how his gothic crush will react if Cody just showed her his powers. "Maybe she'll stop liking Duncan and go with me," He kept that thought into his mind until he merely frowned bitterly. "Then they'll fear me so much they want me gone. I bet Gwen will like that," The ice sculpture turned into water from the small rage.

Cody then looked at his wet palms with regret. He cleaned his hands with the sheets from his mattress. He was overcome with how things turned out today at school. Noah and Owen are right. Gwen will never love him back; she sees the tech geek as a nuisance. If he told her his powers, she'll resent him as a freak of nature, in a scary way. He took a deep breath and stood up from his bed. His aunt and uncle weren't coming home till seven. He got some time to kill. He walked to the bookcase where it was filled with comic books, graphic novels, regular books, and manga. Cody picked volume four of Black Clover manga. He went back into his bed and read his favorite manga. Cody was a fan of heroes and fantasy. With what he was born with was considered magic to his words, Cody escaped the abuse he faced in high school to his favorite books. He's a fan of King Arthur and The Knights of The Round Table, the Percy Jackson book series and Black Clover. Magic was his ticket to escape the real world. Cody ponders the adventure and magic genre in the manga he is currently reading. He felt he had a connection to the main protagonist, Asta. A boy who has dreams of being recognized as the most powerful wizard across the land acquires anti-magic and is a member of a notorious wizard gang. People would laugh at his dreams because he was different, but he never gives up. Now he's considered to be a force to be reckoned with.

Cody looked at the devil sword Asta was wielding to defend against the invaders. Holding the book with one hand, he formed a tiny ice sculpture of the extract replica of the sword between his index finger and thumb. It's like one of those tiny swords that came with a toy you bought.

No matter how things are, magic is my fortress of solitude. Sounds kinda nerdy, I know. Imagine if you have powers that you can do nobody can't, will that be considered magic? Magic's like a gift. My powers are a gift. Any jerk can say "That's not magic; it's a scientific fact!" I can make rain showers go away to make sunshine. I can lower air currents to not create tornados. When I felt the touch of hail is going to hit, I stopped it. I call it magic. My magic protects the town from being hit by a natural disaster. Nobody doesn't find it coincidence. It's just what they call it a gift.

Cody kept his eyes at the tiny ice sculpture; the shape of the blade made it thicker. He then quickly threw the blade at a wall. The sound of a small glass hit on impact. Closing the manga, he closes his eyes as if his mind have been made up.

And maybe it's time I put my gift to the test!

Truth to his word, Cody set up a plan. Everyday after school, Cody goes to the forest to train his powers.

The forest was a perfect hideaway to train my powers. Rather than staying at my house and causing a three-second flash rain, I found it a perfect distance away from town.

Cody looked up at the skies. With his hands slowly lifting, the white clouds swirl around. Grey clouds turn thunderstorms. Cody focuses on the weather pattern around the forest. He caused it to make light showers. He processes further by making the rain pour harder.

Step by step. I can make light showers on my first try. Then make it rain harder. I got wet a lot of times. Good thing I packed an extra set of clothes.

Cody glared at the test dummies he conjured up out of snow. The test dummies represented Duncan and his goons. His fist tightens as memories of his encounter with his tormentors and the jerk dating his crush to mock him. He moved his hands around as a small whirlpool formed from the palm of his right hand and threw at the Lightning snow dummy. Cody moves around and throws more of his quirk whirlpool blast at the snowpersons.

Another thing about testing your abilities is you can always take your frustration out of your enemies, even if you made them out into snowperson. Too bad I can make them alive.

Cody smirk victorious, then glared at the Duncan snow dummy. The whirlpool is activated in his right hand, ready to launch. Seeing the jerk-like snow dummy reminded Cody how much that guy really likes kicking his ass for seeing his women. A whirlpool isn't enough for a jackass like Duncan Myers. The whirlpool is crushed under his palm; with a yell, he fired a quick lighting bolt that destroyed the snow dummy. Rather than being satisfied, Cody made a hiss through his teeth.

Talk about overkill. Note to self: Gotta make lightning more not totally deathly.

In his Literature class, Cody was taking notes, which is what the teacher thought. On the other page where he is currently writing are sketches of his new suit. So far he made a couple of costume designs and added footnotes and scratched out two original costumes.

If you want people to think what you can do is magic, you gotta dress up the part.

Cody sketched the long jacket with interest. He then made small glasses over the eyes. The tech geek hides behind a smile of his complete hero suit.

On a clear late February night, a bank truck was being pursued by several cops. It was led by a gang of robbers who had just stolen over 100 millions dollars, only the robbery ended up triggering its security system. The gang stole a bank truck to get away.

"Take care of them!" The driver spoke. The back of the truck was kicked open, and the robber open fired on the cops with a shotgun. One police car got its windshield blasted and hood riddled with two large bullet holes. It caused the cruiser to collide against two more police cruisers. The driver of the bank truck made a left turn as the shooter blew a front tire at the police car. The car ended up crashing into a fashion store.

"All clear!" The shooter announces with a smirk. The gang cheered as they got away with no more cops on their trail.

"Excellent! Last thing we want is some pigs following us!" The driver smiled. He pressed the gas pedal to drive further. He calmed down now that the chase was over. Then tiny raindrops hit the windshield. "Huh?" The driver muttered. More raindrops hit the glass. Scattered showers erupted in the middle of the road. "Great. Just when we escape from the cops, it's raining," He huffed in annoyance. Turning on the windshield wipers, the driver kept the truck moving north. It wasn't even a minute later when the rain showers poured harder. The wipers weren't doing any good to see where he was heading. The driver leaned his head at the harsh rain. A flash of lightning revealed a figure that immediately spooked him to make the truck halt. Just like that, the rain stopped.

"What's going on? Why did you stop?" One of the robbers demanded the driver who didn't answer. Seeing him looking at the road, he followed his gaze to see a figure standing. "Who the hell is that?"

"I don't know. Go check it out," The driver ordered. He had a strange feeling about a figure who appeared out of nowhere.

The robber got out of the truck with a pistol hidden in his back and walked to the stranger. "Hey, buddy. What are you doing standing in the middle of the road?" He pretended to be casual. The stranger didn't reply. The robber frowned. "Why don't make yourself useful and step out of our way?" Again, not talking, except he moved his hands around. The man made an angry grunt through his teeths and took out his gun. He was at least ten inches away from the crazy stranger. "I'm not asking you twice!" He shouted, his trigger finger getting ready to fire.

Before he could fire a bullet, his gun and hand was turned into ice. The robber's eyes widen in bewilderment. He then got hit by a strong air current in the chest. The rest of the robbers were alerted to see one of their members got taken down. They got out of the truck with their weapons to take out the stranger. Right as they can be fired, their weapons were knocked out of their hands by lightning bolts from the skies.

"Ahh?! The fuck?!"

"My hands!"

"I think he's doing this!"

The mysterious stranger then fired air and ice blast from out of his palms at the entire gang. All of them were taken out, with some of them covered in ice. The driver gasps in fear. He immediately started the engine of the truck. He pressed the gas pedal, but he wasn't driving backwards. The mysterious stranger had his hands spread apart to summon a tornado around the bank truck to lift it. The driver unhook his seatbelt and hit his back against the door. He made his way at the back to open the backdoors and jump out of the truck. The stranger saw the last robber on the ground; he moved the tornado to bring down the truck gently. The driver stood there, completely terrified by what he had witnessed. He was even more terrified when the stranger walked to him. It was a boy who was about sixteen years old. He wears a dark green full shirt with two light horizontal yellow rectangles across his chest, matching dark green pants, gloves, yellow ankle shoes . He wears a large grey jacket around the suit and green glasses.

"What the hell are you?!" The driver shouted. "My gang!"

"You should be more worried about yourself than your buddies. I let you live, so you can tell word about me," The stranger spoke as he narrowed his eyes at the criminal. The driver knew when to not open his mouth if he wanted to risk being hit by an air current, turn into ice, or send a tornado after him.

"Who are you?" The driver nervously asked. The stranger then stepped back from him as he moved both arms wide. Clouds were beginning to form around where he's at. Wind blew at his direction.

"Call me Storm Sorcerer!" The stranger declared. A loud lighting hit the known hero, temporary blinding the criminal. When he opened his eyes, he saw the stranger was gone. Overwhelmed by what he had witnessed, the criminal collapses from mental exhaustion.

So how is it? The idea of the costume is based on the Weather Wizard's costume. But I'm not making Cody into a villain. And I need to tell you guys two rules; this story is an alternative reality where Elastigirl doesn't meet her husband; she's going to have a different role in this story. Second, this story is going to be short. It's going to have six chapters. I'm not making it into a full story. I'm not wasting my time to work on a story to have more chapters. I rather stick with my current stories, and if I had time, do another one-shot lemon story. Another thing I wanted to tell is I'm going back to work on Monday. I got a call from my old boss and they want me back with my original hours and I can work from Monday through Friday. Wish me luck everyone. By the way, Tuesday will be my Birthday. I'm going to be twenty-six years old. If you want to discuss my upcoming stories or talk about my current stories, send me a message. Till then, have a nice day and keep your distance. NiteOwl18 out!
