PAW Patrol: Wolf and Panther: Hybrid Chaos
Deckard Lennox AKA Nightmare is out on a mission with his new partner, Shade Storm AKA Nightshade. Deckard is wearing slim fit black jeans on his bottom part of his body, black socks with his special customized combat sneakers on his hind paws, black leather fingerless gloves on his front paws, a black tank top, a black scarf, and a new black jacket on his body. The new jacket is made up of Synthetic / Faux leather and it has inside Polyester lining. It has a knitted standup collar, a strap fastening front closure with a full zip closure inside of it and detachable sleeves with knitted cuffs. The stitching is neatly done by quality thread and it is meant to give it a wow charm. At the back, it gets a strap detail having a perfect go with its front.
After Deckard got the jacket Shade had teased Deckard saying that he looked like the Winter Soldier from the MCU with that jacket on. Deckard just blew a raspberry in response. Besides, Shade looks no different from Deckard.
Shade Storm on the same type of clothes. The slim fit jeans, the socks and the customized combat sneakers on his hind legs, the leather fingerless gloves on his front paws, the tank top, and scarf. Shade even had the same type of jacket that Deckard had on. However the colors of Shade's clothes were a dark gray instead of black due to the fact that Shade was a black panther.
Deckard took Shade to the commander and after a brief test Shade was added to Deckard's Black OPs Special Forces unit Global Reaction Force 492 known as Cemetery Wind. After the creation of the first G.R.F task force other Global Reaction Forces were created. It was then that Deckard's unit became Global Reaction Force 492 and officially named Cemetery Wind.
Deckard and Shade were in a small cargo plane flying to the Tropical rainforest in the Nilgiri mountains in India. Deckard and Shade received word that there was a secret laboratory conducting unknown experiments on unknown test subjects. Deckard and Shade took this assignment very seriously, with them being experimented on in the past, and seeing people treat other living creatures like lab rats made them violently angry. After Deckard and Shade got done beating the information out of the informant Deckard and Shade were packed up and heading towards a laboratory somewhere in India. Deckard was sitting across from Shade, and the black panther knew that something was bothering the young canine.
"I hate it when animals like us get treated like this" said Deckard.
"I know, but there's so little that we could do about it" said Shade.
"Shadow?" Asked Deckard.
Shade's ears perked up as his best friend, his adopted brother called him by his real name.
"What's wrong?" Asked Shade, knowing something was bothering Deckard, because Deckard never called him by his full name. Everyone called Shadow by his nickname Shade.
I have a very bad feeling that we're going to walk in the lab ready for anything, but what we'll find is something neither of us can be ready for" said Deckard. "I just have that dark feeling that you and I are not going to walk out the same way we walked in."
"Well, whatever happens to us we'll get through this together" said Shade.
Deckard smiled at Shade. No matter how many times Deckard feels bad, Shade is always there to cheer him up.
Deckard and Shade arrived in the Nilgiri mountains in India and prepared to drop into the mountains. With both Deckard and Shade having that demonic side they didn't need parachutes, however they still needed to be careful on how they jumped.
Deckard and Shade got their gear ready and prepared to jump into hell.
"See you on the ground brother" said Deckard, as he jumped from the plane, disappearing into the trees.
"Right behind you brother" said Shade, as he jumped from the plane and into the trees following his partner into unknown territory.
The trees started to shake, leaves started to fall, and branches started to snap off as two animals fell from the trees. One landed on his back, the other landed on his stomach. Both started to laugh as they got up. These two were Deckard Lennox and Shade Storm.
"Welcome to India" said Deckard.
"Great, we're now in India" said Shade. "Now let's just find this genetic laboratory and get the hell out of India."
BOOOOOOOM!!!
Deckard and Shade were blasted off of their feet, and were sent flying into the trees. Once they regained their senses both Deckard and Shade saw large amounts of smoke pouring into the sky. Deckard and Shade looked at each other.
"Something tells me that's not going to be the hardest part of our mission" said Deckard, as he took off towards the smoke with Shade close behind him.
Deckard and Shade got to the building and took a look at their surroundings. The building was four stories high with being the size of two full football stadiums. Everything around the building was gone, wiped out by the explosion.
Deckard and Shade both were standing on their hind legs and they both had a shotgun in their front paws. Shade was carrying a Benelli M4 Super 90 semi-automatic shotgun and Deckard was carrying a Mossberg 590 Mariner with a pistol grip/stock combination. Deckard also had shotgun shells strapped to the end of his shotgun.
Deckard and Shade entered the building through the destroyed front door. When the two Cemetery Wind operatives entered they saw a destroyed lobby with dried blood, broken glass, claw marks, and furniture in pieces.
"Damn, it's like a tornado was unleashed inside of here" said Shadow.
"What the hell happened here?" Asked Deckard.
"Decks, you need to see this" said Shadow.
Deckard turns to face his partner.
"What?" Asked Deckard.
Shadow opened up a secret door and the sight that the two saw was horrifying. There was dried blood everywhere, some spots were fresher than others. There was laboratory equipment scattered everywhere. Deckard and Shadow even found some remains from some humans and animals.
"What the hell happened here!?" Asked Deckard, only ever seen this much blood and body parts once before and that was when he became the Demonic Nightmare Wolf.
"I don't know" said Shadow.
Deckard and Shadow continued to stalk around the destroyed laboratory, however Deckard wasn't looking where he was walking.
"Hey Sha-" said Deckard, but was cut off when he stepped in a puddle of blood causing him to slip down a flight of stairs.
"Shit, that hurt" said Deckard, as he slammed his back against the wall at the bottom of the stairs.
Shadow ran to his partner, but stopped dead cold when he realised what was right above Deckard.
"Decks, don't move" said Shadow.
"Shade, what's wrong?" Asked Deckard.
Shadow slowly looked up, Deckard being confused followed Shadow's gaze and started to look up himself. When Deckard fully looked up he saw a creature hunched over a steel beam.
The creature looked like a tiger, but it had some features belonging to a lion. The liger's eyes were completely red. It had dark gray fur with black stripes and a black mane. The creature was also humongous, like the size of a grizzly bear.
Deckard and Shadow grabbed their shotguns and opened fire. They struck the creature numerous times, but the beast felt no pain and continued to charge at the two canines. Deckard grabbed Shadow and teleported them out of the liger's path. Deckard grabbed two combat knives and two throwing knives. First Deckard threw his two throwing knives into the liger's eyes, as the liger howled in pain, Deckard took his two combat knives and stabbed them deep into the liger's jugular.
Deckard and Shadow stood there as the liger fell down dead with blood pouring out of the wound.
"You think that he was responsible for this?" Asked Shadow.
"I don't know" said Deckard, as he took out his phone and started to take photos of all the stuff they saw, including the now dead liger.
Once Deckard and Shadow finished taking the photos that they needed, they moved on to another part of the laboratory. The part that they were now in a corridor with holding cells. Deckard took right while Shadow took left. They checked the cells one by one, some had dead hybrid creatures like the liger, and some were empty.
On Deckard's 19th cell, he found something chained up and alive. Deckard motion for his partner. Shadow came over with a questioning look as Deckard pointed to the door's small window. Shadow looked through the window and his eyes went wide. Deckard and Shadow shared a look before nodding to each other.
Deckard pushed the door open surprisingly since it was already unlocked. Deckard and Shadow stood there as the creature just sat there, not paying attention to his new company. The creature was a hybrid between a gazelle and a leopard. Deckard looked at the door and read the tag to his partner.
"Experiment 19SC47, AKA Smokey Clawven" said Deckard.
The hybrid ears perked up as he heard the name. The hybrid has the general appearance of a gazelle with the jaw, claws, and eyes of a leopard. He had five small leopard spots under each of his eyes. His body is slim and athletic with a leopard's tail, and a few spots across his body and tail.
Deckard took his claws and sliced the chains around his hands and feet, and then took the muzzle of his face.
The creature did not move from the spot, but he spoke.
"My name is Smokey Clawven and I'm a hybrid between a gazelle and a leopard. This is a laboratory that specializes in illegal genetic mutations such as turning a normal animal into an anthropomorphic animal. That's stage one, if they survive stage one, they move on to stage two which is taking the DNA from two different animals and combining them to make something new."
"How many of you were brought here?" Asked Deckard.
The hybrid known as Smokey looked at the wolf.
"They brought in 400 animals, 200 were carnivores and the other 200 were herbivores. Only 100 carnivores and 100 herbivores survived stage one, and out of the 200 animals left there were only 25 successful hybrid creations, me being number 19. After I became aware of my surroundings the scientists chained me up in this cell, but they would come back and take me to do some tests on me" said Smokey.
"What type of tests?" Asked Shadow.
"They did so many tests that I lost track of what they were teaching me. One day I asked them what all the tests were for, and their only response was you'll find out soon enough. The very next day, a week after the 25 hybrid was created, an announcement came over their speakers saying the operation was underway and everyone must go to the roof for evacuation. After that an alarm started to go off and a bunch of people were screaming. It turns out that some of the carnivore/carnivore hybrids broke out of their cells and went on a massive killing spree. They even killed the carnivore/herbivore hybrids as well as the herbivore/herbivore hybrids" said Smokey.
"Well that explains a lot of the bloody mess everywhere" said Shadow.
"We met the liger hybrid, but why didn't they kill you?" Asked Deckard.
"My cell was locked then all of a sudden it became unlocked and 5 minutes later shots were heard and you two came in" said Smokey.
"How is that possible, unless we're being watched and this was a trap for us!" Said Deckard.
All of a sudden a drone fired two darts from a small hole in the front. One of the darts hit Deckard while the other one hit Shadow. Both Deckard and Shadow collapse as the drone disappears leaving Smokey unharmed.
A short time later, Deckard and Shadow began to wake up with Smokey eyeing them cautiously. At first Deckard and Shadow didn't seem to think anything was wrong until they looked at each other.
When Deckard looked at Shadow, Shadow now had dark gray and silver spots all over him. Shadow also appeared more slender than usual. When Shadow looked at Deckard, nothing changed except that Deckard now had silver komodo dragon scales all over his body. Deckard had a spot of silver komodo dragon scales on all four of his paws, Deckard had a thick line of silver scales going down the outside part of all four legs. Deckard had a large spot of silver scales on his shoulders, neck, and back. Deckard also had silver scales all around his tail towards the tip. Deckard could also feel the venom of a komodo dragon now coursing within his blood.
"My God, what the hell did they do to us?" Asked Shadow.
"The dart that was injected into the black panther was filled with the DNA of a cheetah, and the dart that was injected into the wolf was filled with komodo dragon DNA" said Smokey.
"Look, we'll figure this out later, but right now we need to find any documents that could still be intact" said Deckard.
Deckard looked at Smokey before holding out a paw for him to take.
"Ready to get out of here?" Asked Deckard.
Smokey looked at the now wolf-komodo dragon hybrid before grabbing his paw.
"Lead the way" said Smokey.
Deckard Lennox, Shadow Storm, and Smokey Clawven, three hybrid animals began to leave, but stopped dead cold when an unknown paramilitary showed up and began shooting at the three hybrids.
"Change of plans, we fight our way out" said Deckard, before breaking a dark red and black crystal around his neck. The energy surge through Deckard's body turning him into his demonic nightmare form, with everything the same except the silver scales turning into black scales.
Shadow broke his silver and black crystal allowing him to turn into his demonic black panther form. The dark gray and silver spots began to glow a little when Shadow turned into the demonic black panther.
Smokey back up when Deckard and Shadow changed forms. However, Smokey's body began to change with his body growing bigger and more muscular with his tail growing bigger and longer. More spots also began to appear on his body, making him look more like a leopard, than a gazelle.
The three hybrids look at each other before smiling and charging at the paramilitary soldiers. The soldiers tried to fire at the three hybrids, but with Deckard's teleportation, Shadow's speed, and Smokey's strength, every single soldier was killed within a matter of moments. All three's mouths and claws, as well as the front of their bodies were soaked in blood. All of the paramilitary soldier's bodies were ripped open, and multiple body parts were torn off.
Deckard, Shadow, and Smokey turned back into their original forms and cleaned themselves off in a nearby pond. After Deckard, Shadow, and Smokey were all clean they moved towards the pickup spot where a black hawk helicopter was waiting to take them to the airport. When the soldiers saw the way Deckard and Shadow looked, and when they saw a third one with them they decided it was best not to ask, given how angry Deckard and Shadow were.
The three hybrids were soon on the cargo plane headed back to the United States and to home.
"I have one question, who sent those paramilitary soldiers to the laboratory?" Asked Shadow.
"More importantly, who was watching us and who was controlling that drone?" Asked Deckard.
"Something tells me that we'll find out soon enough" said Smokey.
The three hybrids looked at each other before falling asleep, as the plane headed towards the United States.
Meanwhile in an unknown location a scientist was carrying a computer with a stack of folders with a bunch of papers sticking out of them. The scientist entered a dark room where a wolf-dog hybrid was waiting.
"Mr. Roadcliff, here's all the data we've collected on the fight between Mr. Lennox, Mr. Storm, and Mr. Clawven and the paramilitary soldiers" said the scientist.
"Thank you" said Mr. Roadcliff.
"Can I ask you one thing, why is a Cemetery Wind operative wanting to kill one of his own?" Asked the scientist.
Mr. Roadcliff stepped into the light to reveal himself as Scout Roadcliff, Deckard's long time partner and second in command.
"My brother failed to see the true power of our abilities, so I intend to show it to him myself by any means necessary" said Scout.
"Interesting" said the scientist, as he left to take care of some other work he had to get done.
Scout turned to the big window overlooking a big city.
"Soon you'll see the true power of the darkness within us, brother" said Scout, before leaving to head back to the Cemetery Wind base to play his military life while his army prepares for their ultimate attack and destroy the Global Reaction Force for good.
