Ruby and Exultant: (FOREST IN PATCH)

Ruby was busy doodling weapons with her good friend Exultant, the monitor of the Forerunner installation she lived near. "I have an idea! What if we add an..." Ruby said looking up, "What was that?" She noticed something landing somewhat near, being only about 103 meters away.

"It looked like an alien vessel," Exultant replied, "Oh! I hope they aren't meddlers!"

"If they are aliens maybe they are lost," Ruby noted, "What if they are hurt?!" Then, she started trying to run to the area.

"Calm down," the monitor said, "We don't know what they are. Wait here, I will check it out." He watched as Ruby made a pouty face, and left to see who their "visitors" were. He watched as four tall human soldiers come out of the vessel, and greeted them, "Hello there! My name is 0193 Exultant Distinguisher! My friends just call me Exultant though."

Blue Team: (UNKNOWN)

'Halsey sent us to this planet to investigate because the people here are meant to have magic. Just when we step out of our Pelican, we are being greeted by a monitor, who claims it has friends, great,' Kelly thought.

"I thought monitors usually call humans reclaimers," Chief said, "Why would you be different?"

"Oh, my friends say it sounds funny if I said that," Exultant said.

"Who exactly are your friends?" Fred asked, looking around to see no one else.

"They are humans just like you!" the monitor said happily.

"For a monitor, you seem awfully nice," Linda said suspiciously, "You said humans live here, are they special in any way?"

"What do you mean by that?" the monitor said.

"Do they have magic?" Kelly replied, not sure how she felt about saying that."

"Oh, mostly no, but they do have other abilities!" the monitor hummed.

"Like what?" the Chief asked.

"They have semblances!" Exultant seemed very happy, to say the least, "Semblances are special abilities that are unique to an individual, or family line. Some semblances may seem the same, but unless they are part of the same family line, they have a little difference."

"Yeah," a voice came behind them, it was a teenage girl who had an interesting outfit.

"I thought I told you to stay behind," Exultant told the girl, "My memory banks support that, too."

"Well, you never told me to listen," she said.

"It doesn't work like that!" the monitor replied.

"Well, this is interesting," Fred said, watching as the monitor and girl were arguing. He noticed something sneaking up at the girl, but she managed to notice it when it leaped at her. Her response was to jump six feet into the air and shoot it with a box that she had on her back. This ripped a chunk out of the creature. More of the creatures came and the girl responded by turning the box into a scythe. "What the..." Fred said looking at the girl go into immense speeds, killing everything there and leaving rose petals.

"That is Ruby's semblance!" Exultant said, "She can turn herself into petals and move at extreme speeds."

"That is interesting," Cortana said to Chief, who only nodded.

"Is everyone here just a... um... fighter?" Linda asked.

"Oh my! Of course not!" the monitor replied, "Civilians don't do much fighting, and the same goes for young children!"

They just watched as the girl takedown a lot of those creatures. When she was done she walked up to them and looked at the SPARTANs. Then, she went all fan-girl on them. She asked a lot of questions about the weapons and armor, and she guessed the exact proportions of the items.

"How do you know all that?" Fred asked, looking at the girl in confusion.

"Oh. She is a little bit of a weapon lover," Exultant replied, " Maybe Ruby you should be a little calmer and help them out. "

"Sorry!" Ruby replied, pulling out something that was made of hard light, which was presumably a phone, "Since you aren't from here I would recommend talking to a government official. Preferably someone who sits on one of the kingdoms' council. I would recommend Headmaster Ozpin of Beacon Academy because he probably won't do anything dumb. It seems that the vehicles you have can fly. You could try and drive to Vale, this Kingdom's capital. I can give you a map." She pulled something out of a pouch and removed a map and handed it to them. "Good luck!" she said.

Linda grabbed the map, but they already had all the proof they needed. They went back into their Pelican and docked into a ship they had orbiting the planet. They contacted Doctor Halsey about their discovery, and the scientist said she'll be there as quickly as she could. The SPARTANs didn't know what they were getting into.

Halsey: (A FEW WEEKS LATER, REMNANT)

Halsey finally arrived from slipspace, and she immediately got to work. After they proved that the planet's inhabitants weren't dangerous, at least not as dangerous as the soldiers and machinery that they have, under her request, she was permitted to meet this Headmaster Ozpin they were supplied information about. To say the headmaster was surprised was an understatement. Halsey could tell from his perspective that he didn't exactly know how to react to the UNSC and the Covenant, and everything else they told him. Ozpin still stayed professional though as he looked at the SPARTANs and Halsey.

"I understand your... predicament, but what made you choose to talk to me about this?" Headmaster Ozpin asked, "I mean, I am not the highest member of the Vale council..."

"We got a recommendation from one of your citizens," Halsey explained, "She described the other as possibly making dumb judgments, any idea why?"

"Depends on who she is and where she came from, but I do agree with her judgment," Ozpin replied, "There may have been an overreaction if you spoke with anyone else." The headmaster sat for a while thinking and whispered to himself, "I wonder..." Then, he asked them, "Who is the other person who knows about your assistance, they most certainly know how to keep a secret or they died. Rumors spread very quickly here after all."

"A teenage girl, she has black hair with red tips, and a form of grey eyes," Master Chief stated, "Her first name seemed to be Ruby."

Halsey heard Ozpin breathe a sigh of relief when John said that, and she knew that he was hiding something important. "Why is it so important that you know who gave us the information to speak to you?" she asked.

"People don't talk about this, but some criminal organizations have been trying to destroy Vale for a while," the headmaster said, staring at them, "Recent evidence shows that they are making their move to attach my academy, and well if they could frame me for hiding information about extraterrestrial being, that could cause a huge panic. So, I was worried that the person you talked to could be one of them."

"If that is the case. Why would you be relieved to hear a seemingly random teenage girl who told us about you is fine?" Halsey asked, "She could be one of them." Just then, they heard an alarm go off, and Ozpin look at his scroll.

"Apologises, but I have something very important to attend," Headmaster Ozpin said, "I have a meeting with the council, and I need to explain everything to them. You may look around my school and the city, but please do not cause any trouble. We wouldn't want anyone to see you as a threat since it may cause conflict."

"Agreed," Doctor Halsey said, "Thank you for your time."
