Disclaimer: I don't own Scooby-Doo.

A full moon was looming high up over Coolsville, shining in the starry sky. It was a quiet, beautiful evening - which was out of the ordinary for a certain group of meddling kids and their Great Dane. Usually when the five of them hung out together, the nights were creepy and frightening.

Fortunately for Scooby-Doo and Shaggy, there was no scary mystery they had to solve that evening. The cowardly canine and his messy-haired friend were happily munching on a box of Scooby Snacks. While the lanky teenager was sat in an armchair with his best buddy by his side, their friends were on a nearby couch. Fred was sat in the middle with Daphne on his left, Velma at his right - and a large photo album in his lap. He held it up for the others to see.

"To think, gang, all the mysteries we've been on together over the years - are on record in this book."

"Like, do ya have to go through those scary memories, Freddie?" Shaggy complained. "I don't wanna be reminded of all those ghosts and monsters! Those were some spooky encounters, man!"

"Reah!" Scooby agreed. "Spooky rencounters!"

"C'mon, guys!" Daphne encouraged. "You remember they were only people in masks and costumes, right?"

"Most of them were..." Velma pointed out. "One of them in particular was not..."

Scooby shuddered. He knew exactly what sort of creature from the gang's past Daphne was referring to. He had hoped to bury the memories of it for good, never to be bright up again.

"Well, I thought it would be fun to look back on all those odd beings we met over the years! C'mon, gang! Let's go on a trip down memory lane!"

Fred flipped open the book. He turned to the first page before holding up the album, allowing his friends to see the first photograph it contained.

"Look! It's the Black Knight! That was our first ever mystery together!"

"Yeah! And I still have knight mares about that guy to this day!" Shaggy chuckled. "Geddit? Knight mares?!"

"Reah!" Scooby laughed. "Right mares! Ree hee hee hee hee!"

Fred, Velma and Daphne exchanged unimpressed looks over the terrible pun Shaggy had made - which Scooby had completely ruined. The leader of Mystery Incorporated turned the pages, going through picture after picture of the horrifying enemies the gang had trailed and foiled the plans of.

"Look! It's the Creeper!"

"And there's the Ghost Clown!"

"Zoinks! Like, there's the Tar Monster, man!"

"Jenkies! I'd almost forgotten about Redbeard!"

The four teenagers gaped and gasped as they fawned over the photographs of all the ghosts and monsters they had dealt with. Scooby, however, was not interested in looking at the pictures. The Great Dane was trembling in fear as he hid under the rug. Even though he had been assured they had only been criminals in Halloween costumes, that didn't make them any less scary. He tried to calm his nerves by reaching out from his hiding place - to steal Shaggy's share of Scooby Snacks to eat them himself.

"Boy, we sure met some strange creatures over the years..." Fred said, preparing to turn to the last page.

"Right!" Velma put out a hand to stop him. "But there's one creature we met that tops all the rest!"

"Jeepers!" Daphne cringed. "I think I know which one we're referring to..."

"Like, it can only be the most vulgar, nasty, hideous, disgusting thing we've ever come across!" Shaggy glared. "It was the worst, man!"

"Reah!" Scooby struck his furry head out of his hiding place to nod in his agreement. "The rorst!"

The four teenagers and their Great Dane glanced at one another. Of all the horrible and scary beings they had met over the years, none of them had been as bad as the one they were about to see the picture of. How they wished they could take back the day they had come across this thing. They had yet to come across anything more vile and grotesque.

With much reluctance, Fred turned to the last page in the album. He held up the book for his friends to see the picture. The gang all winced and groaned in their intense dislike of what the photograph showed. Their tones were filled with immortal hatred as the five of them chorused the name of the most hated creature which Mystery Incorporated had ever encountered.

"Scrappy-Doo!"

The end.
