Mcgee and Abby had gone to a movie, It was late when the move ended, and it was a bit chilly.
Mcgee noticed Abby was shivering a bit.
'You look a bit chilly, do you want my jacket?' He asked.
'No, no I'm fine. I'm just a bit chilly, that's all.' Abby replied.
As they were walking still, it got colder.
'Okay! I guess I am a little chilly, and this jacket I bought isn't warm enough.' Abby said, embarrassed.
'Okay. Well, you can have my jacket.' Mcgee said.
'But how will you stay warm?'
'I'll manage.'
When they got to Abby's place, she gave Mcgee's jacket back.
'Thanks Mcgee, that was really sweet of you!' Abby said, grateful.
'You're, wel, welcome!' Mcgee replied, trying to hide his shivering.
'Oh dear, I insist you come in and warm up a bit before you go home!'
'You sure? Because I'm not that cold!'
Abby didn't believe him.
He stayed the night, and was grateful for Abby's hospitiality.
