Third P.O.V
Sawada Tsunayoshi. A mage who has been wandering the world for over 500 years had come across many things leaving the world. It wasn't unusual and he got used to it quickly. He no longer felt bad for the creatures, maybe a tiny bit of pity, but never enough to go out of his way to help a random undead.
"It was probably defeated in a dungeon," The mage murmured to himself, it was leaving the world fast, so the mage hurried and started a spell, and before he knew it the undead had been revived in a sense
It was still dead but it looked more human now
Tsuna's P.O.V
In Tsuna's Portable Cottage
The undead looked human but still dead at the same time as it lay there on the bed silently. As I looked it closely I noticed that it was quite handsome, his skin was pale but it went well with his black messy hair, he also looked quite strong.
'Probably a powerful hunter when alive,' my thoughts were cut off when he started to wake up, "Where?" He said in a rough voice, "You're in my cottage," I said as politely as possible
He looked at me, 'Even his eyes are beautiful,' He started talking to me, "I see, how am I..." it trailed off as it started looking at its hands, "Alive?" I finished for him, he looked at me again and nodded, "That would be because of my magic," I looked it in the eyes and smiled, "Do you remember anything?" He nodded yet again as I handed him some water, which he accepted and gestured for him to continue
"I remember going into a dungeon with my party members," he said, I raised an eyebrow, "You don't remember being an undead?" He seemed quite surprised at that, "An undead?" He started, "That's not possible,"
I sighed and started explaining, "Look, the short version is that when normal humans die, they leave the world, but when hunters die," He raised an eyebrow, "They don't leave the world quite yet they become monsters as most people call them," he looked quite shocked, "So you're saying I'm technically dead right now?"
I nodded my head at that, 'I'm glad I stuck to the short version,' I thought in relief thinking how confused he'd be with the long version
"Now then," bringing it out whatever stupor he was in, "My name is Tsunayoshi, it's nice to meet you," I said hoping he would get the hint, "Ah, yes, my name is Bermuda," he said just as politely, "Thank you for saving me Tsunayoshi,"
I smiled at him, "It was merely out of curiosity Bermuda," he smiled at that, "If you say so Tsunayoshi,"
'He's weird,' I mused to myself, "Well, how about you get something to eat,"
"Am I able to eat?" Bermuda asked curiously, "I have no clue," I said bluntly, "Let's find out together," Bermuda nodded as he slowly got up
He started to stumble a bit and then I was at his side immediately, "Are you alright?" I asked
He looked down at me, 'He's pretty tall,' I thought, "Thank you Tsunayoshi," he said softly
"You are most likely not used to walking because of-" Before I could finish someone was banging at my door
"Why don't you sit down?" I told Bermuda as more of a command than a question, "I'll see who's here,"
He nodded and sat down, with my help, in a nearby chair. I went to the door quickly afterward, 'I forgot that it's weird for cottages to appear out of nowhere now,' I thought while sighing
I open the door slowly, "Can I help you?" I ask as I look up to see a man with black, short hair, 'he looks angry,'
"Who are you, herbivore?" He asked angrily, 'What is up with this kid?'
"I'm a traveler and found this empty cottage with my companion," I said smoothly, "Is there a problem?"
He seemed to believe it because he turned away and left, I closed the door after that and started walking back towards Bermuda, "Humans are so weird," I said in an exasperated tone
"Did something happen?" Bermuda asked, I looked at him and shook my head, "It's not important," I started helping him up, "Let's see if you can eat first,"
Bermuda nodded and started attempting to walk, "How come it's so difficult for me to walk?" He asked after sitting down
"Well, Undead's don't have muscles and you do," I said, "Your body just needs to learn how to use them again," I now had my apron on and started grabbing ingredients
"I see," he said slowly, "That makes sense," I could feel him looking at me, "Will I have to start going through physical rehabilitation," I turned to him to grab something off the table, a spatula
"Yup! Pretty much!" I smiled and turned away to continue cooking and soon enough I was done
He picked up his spoon with much difficulty and then failed, "Want help?" I asked, he nodded quickly, clearly embarrassed
I move my bowl and spoon next to his as I sat next to him, I grabbed his spoon and started feeding him, only because I had to, "How does it taste?" I asked after he ate a few spoonfuls
He looked at me surprised, "It's good," I laughed at this, "Why are you so shocked, I am a mage you know," I said
"I know, I just..." His cheeks were a little red, "I'm kidding," I said lightly
We continued after that and soon both bowls were in the sink and we were outside
Third P.O.V
"Won't someone see us, Tsunayoshi?" Bermuda asked and Tsuna looked at him, "Nope, also, you can call me Tsuna," he responded
"I prefer saying Tsunayoshi," Bermuda said firmly, "Alright, whatever suits you," Tsuna said, "Now let's start your rehabilitation," he said
After a few hours, Bermuda could finally walk a short distance, "Is there a spell you could use?" He asked tiredly
"I'm not sure, I could try," Tsuna said in response, "Because at this rate, we won't be able to travel," Bermuda looked at Tsuna, "Travel? Are we going somewhere?"
"Of course we are, I am a traveling mage," Tsuna responded in a matter-of-fact tone, "I see, where will we be going?"
"Shopping!" Tsuna exclaimed causing Bermuda to be confused
