Headcanon 1:
The first time Piper stole something, it was from the Electronics Mega Mart in Queens. She came across one of the workers and asked him if she could have a look at one of their computers only to be laughed at and called stupid. Upset and angry, she unknowingly used charmspeak to get the man fired. When she told the rest of the Seven, Percy's eyes widened and started laughing. Turns out the man she got fired was Gabe Ugliano, his stepfather.
"Hey Piper, when did you first start charmspeaking, even if it was unknowingly used?" Percy looked over at Piper. This got the attention of the other Seven. They were sitting in the Galley.
"Well, it's certainly an amusing story." The other five demigods sat next to the two.
"Do tell." Leo exclaimed in excitement.
"Well, It started when I walked into an electronics store in Queens. I asked one of the employees if I could see one of their computers. Unfortunantly, that was not when I used charmspeak. The employee just laughed at me. I was angry and ran into the manager of the store. I may have mentioned that the employee should be fired. Next thing I know, the manager marches straight up to the guy and fires him. It was hilarious."
Percy looked thoughtful for a moment before asking, "Did you catch the name of the store?"
"Electronics Mega Mart. Why?"
Percy bursts out laughing, "That explains what he was so angry about…"
"Who?"
"You got my first stepfather fired."
