It was a peaceful Sunday morning and Fugaku had taken the morning off to spend time with his wife. Even though it was Father's Day, he wasn't expecting anything special as both his sons had long moved out of their family home, leaving the couple in an empty nest. He was fine with it. The patriarch wasn't one who enjoyed being fawned over for simply doing his job. Seeing how both his sons had grown into fine young men and shinobi was more than enough of a present for him.

In fact, his youngest son must be spending Father's Day with his own little family. Sarada was the little jewel of the Uchiha clan, their greatest pride and joy, and Fugaku couldn't be prouder of his talented little granddaughter. Though his job as a father was mostly done, Sasuke's was just beginning.

Mikoto hummed as she served him a cup of hot tea before turning back to the dirty dishes from their breakfast. The clan head didn't have many plans for the day. Perhaps he would catch up on some of his paperwork and visit some clansmen who had requested his presence before spending some quality time with his wife. He was mentally going through his schedule when they heard a knock at the door.

He waved off Mikoto who was already wiping her hands on her apron and stood to greet their visitors, whoever they may be. When he answered the door, he was surprised to find Sasuke with Sakura and Sarada.

"Happy Papa Day, Grandpapa!" His granddaughter cheerfully shouted, hugging her Ojichan around his legs. Sasuke and Sakura chuckled at Fugaku who stood in shock as the little girl bounced up and down in excitement. "We come to visit you!"

"Sorry that we came unannounced." Sasuke smiled as he led his wife inside the house. "We wanted to come by to visit you today." Mikoto greets her son and daughter-in-law and soon her and Sakura are chatting together.

"Lookit!" Sarada exclaims, holding up a piece of paper for Fugaku to see. It was a crayon drawing with the little Uchiha smiling next to her paternal grandfather and a giant Uchiwa symbol behind them. It said, 'Happy Papa Day, Sarada loves you x1000!" in her handwriting. It was messy and colorful and the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen.

"Oh, is this for me?" He bends down slowly to be eyelevel with his granddaughter, inspecting the drawing she presented him.

"Uh-huh!" She nods, eyes bright with joy. "Do ya like it?"

"Of course, I do! It's a masterpiece!" He exclaims, picking up the girl in one arm. "Come! We must hang it up so I can admire it every day."

Sasuke watches Sarada cheer as his father takes her into his office, probably to put her art up on display. He couldn't help but chuckle to himself, he'd never seen his father act this way before Sarada. As a child growing up, Fugaku was always very serious and closed off, quick to criticize and slow to praise. But once the Uchiha princess was born, it was like his hard shell had broken and he became a gentle, doting grandfather. He gave Sarada everything she could ever ask for, constantly giving her affection and attention.

If Sasuke were a lesser man, he would admit that he's a little jealous of Sarada for getting to grow up with the sweet, loving Fugaku, while he got the stern, no-nonsense one.

But he wasn't.

And besides, watching his father sit with Sarada on his lap with a pure look of love and pride in his eyes made up for any injustices he might or might not have against him.

"Here you go Papa!" Sarada hands her father his gift. It was another handmade gift that she had done for him.

Sasuke felt very lucky as his girls showered him with affection this morning, praising him for being such a good and loving father. After waking up to a toddler jumping on the bed and having breakfast made by his beautiful wife, Sarada couldn't wait to give him the amazing gift she had specially made for her Papa.

"Thank you Sarada, it's beautiful." He scooped Sarada in his arms, attacking her with kisses as she squealed and giggled. "I will cherish it forever."

Sakura had begun cleaning up the mess they made from opening his presents and noticed a stray drawing laying on the floor.

"Hey, Sarada. I think you forgot to give this to Papa." She says, holding up a crayon drawing the little girl made.

"No!" The toddler launched herself out of Sasuke's arms and grabbed the picture from her mother, holding it against her chest. "This is for Grandpapa! Not Papa!"

"I can't even see it?" Sasuke asks gently, curious to see what she was hiding so protectively.

"No Papa! It's Grandpapa's!" Her little eyebrows scrunched together in defiance. "No peeking!"

"Alright, alright." Sakura chuckled, "Relax Sarada, Papa's not going to peek. Why don't you give me the picture to keep safe while you get ready to go to Ojichan's house so we can give him his present?"

Sarada agrees, carefully handing Sakura her drawing and racing off to her bedroom. Once alone, Sasuke turns to his wife.

"What's on the drawing that I can't see, Sakura?"

"Sorry Anata, Sarada said no peeking."
