An orange cat with black stripes on its back and a round pink nose sat on the table. The cat was named "Garfield" and was pretty lazy. In fact all he did for most of the time was eat and sleep. But then a brown haired man with a blue shirt and black pants walked in. This was Jon Arbuckle, the owner of Garfield.

"Tell me what you think of this limerick I wrote Garfield." said Jon referring to the sheet of paper he was carrying. Jon read the text on the paper-

The missing six:

30 chapters we were promised.

24 we actually got.

He may have given plenty to enjoy.

But Santa Claus he is not.

-When Jon looked up he saw that the tabby cat had left. "Garfield?" said Jon questioningly.
