So this will only be a One part story, This is the only part I plan to make. So the MC "Nick" is an American Transfer student put in UA by Recommendation but not for a Powerful quirk so much as a Unique Flaw in his Genetic Code called "QDD" or Quirk Dissociation Disorder, What it does is while someone afflicted may have a "core" quirk, Certain Events Can Waver what happens upon attempting to activate said quirk, Making the user's quirk Unreliable, for example using My brother's quirk "Lycan" The user wouldn't be able to Select which form to take nor how long they'll remain in it, Another example would be Ethereal Barracks (which is Nick's quirk in this) the user wouldn't be able to choose how many objects to summon, By that I mean he can waver it but it isn't for certain. Like he may WANT to summon 300 daggers but only 142 actually summon, Every object essentially has a 50/50 chance to actually summon, Same with Vise Versa, Being he may want to dismiss 20 but only 13 dismiss. Hopefully that all makes sense but I'll make a Simplified text in the story which it'll have 4 main story points; Quirk Development, arrival at UA, The USJ incident and lastly, Graduation. Mainly because those are the most Notable from what I've seen.
"Good Morning Miss Decker" The doctor said as he sat down and picked up some papers "so Nick's quirk Developed?" He asked. "Y-Yes but I think there is something wrong" She responded looking upset. "Well what do you mean?" He asked with a Confused face. "H-He accidentally summoned some kind of Knife out of thin air and it paralyzed my husband's arm, He tried pulling it out and his fingers phased through the knife and became paralyzed as well, Nick couldn't dismiss them" She said, Panicked. "It's going to be alright ma'am, Perhaps he just needs a Little early training to learn how to dismiss them" The doctor said Optimistically before Nick walked in with his father, Still partially paralyzed. "Hey Doc, Sorry I took so long, My arms are a tad stiff" mr. Decker said with a Chuckle. "Hey little guy, How about we go see what you can do?" The doctor said, Walking Nick to the quirk testing room. "So, The knife is obvious, Try thinking of a Sword" The Doctor said. Shortly after, Nick had thought of the Fair's tarot card reading which showed seven swords for his mother's Future. Nick thought about the seven swords and shortly, Three materialized. "Ah, So that works' ' the doctor said and before moving on noticed Nick trying to speak. "What's wrong Nick?" The Doctor asked. "I thought about Seven swords" Nick spoke up as two more appeared. The Doctor seemed shocked but pretended to be unnerved. "H-How about an apple?" The doctor said, After a couple seconds, Nothing had appeared. "P-Perhaps it's only edged objects?, Imagine a Piece of Paper" the doctor said. A few moments pass before… nothing again. "Weapons?" The doctor said and after a few seconds, Three notched crossbows, Two Rapiers, Three warhammers and a Pike materialized. "A-Alright, Now imagine them Vanishing" The doctor instructed, Now feeling threatened. Shortly after, some of the objects disappeared including the knife in Mr. Decker's Arm. "Try again, Only some went" The doctor said as the rest disappeared.
A few moments had passed and Nick was told to wait outside the office as the Doctor spoke to his parents. "So?" Mrs. Decker asked. "Well… something isn't right but whether it is a Part of the quirk or something different is yet to be seen. If It doesn't get better with training then assume it is a Disorder, But hopefully it is something that can be trained" The Doctor said before the Parents nodded.
Years passed and Due to Mr. Decker being a Notorious International Hero that works around the World, Nick was recommended to the Greatest Hero Academy in the World, UA. and there he was… the gates. He started walking now ready to step into a New life before being tripped. He caught himself using two Chain Daggers that he used to pull himself to his feet. Catching quite the number of eyes. He ignored this and went inside. After the introductory test was announced he had known just then that his quirk wasn't going to work on the machines, So he started thinking on how to make up for this. When the race for points began he searched for an Improvised weapon and ended up using a set of Broken two pointer arms as arm shields to shred the Bots, Eventually coming in 4th place being only two points behind 3rd. Though that was in sheer combat points as his quirk wasn't meant to save anyone so much as Stop them. So even with rescue points in account, Nick still held 4th. Next was the Race which he didn't struggle with since he literally paralyzed every other contestant spawning Millions of Daggers in their Achilles tendon. Once he reached the end he dismissed them all and won 1st place by a LandSlide as the bots couldn't stop him. This however made him a Massive Target for the cavalry battle which he said he'd literally let anyone join him, he won this battle as well as his mass paralysis worked a second time but Monoma Attempted Copying the quirk… it didn't work since when he Tried to summon a Dagger it didn't summon. Nick was now number one by Far. But the matchups would question that with his last opponent from Victory being Hagakure but even this was easy as the entire arena was painted in Foot traps, One snap and movement was gone. Nick was welcomed into UA personally by Nezu for winning though many in the crowd were booing him, He walked with no effort and won. But only said one line which was the first time anyone had heard him speak since his quirk developed, His voice was hoarse. "If it was truly a Cake walk, Then I'd give away my secret, Never EVER say my quirk makes things a cake walk" and when he spoke, He sent shivers down everyone's spine. He walked out without another word.
Months passed since they entered UA and they were on their way to the USJ. Nick was the quietest which got him being dragged into the Bakusquad by none other than Mina, Nick was Tinkering his "Jäger gear" as he called it which used gauntlets fashioned like the Two pointers arms from the Entry Exam, The armor was Black and made of a Super durable Alloy, His headgear made his face nearly invisible in the Dark while also Making everything clear as day to him. He geared up as the bus stopped and they all went into the USJ, as they prepared to start a vortex appeared in the center and out walkes hundreds of thugs as well as two notable figures, a Tall crusty man with cyan hair an a Large monstrosity with a Beak and exposed brain. Aizawa yelled for them to get back but Nick stepped forward, Tilted his head and started laughing maniacally before paralyzing every thug down there as well as the cyan haired one while putting a spike right through the brain of the monstrosity. "Call the police and reclaim them… I didn't come to UA to fight villains during training" His voice was robotic and muffled from his headgear but Aizawa became slightly shaken from what he just witnessed. "That mist is gonna be a problem though" Nick commented as it warped to the Entrance. "Just Kidding" Nick followed up on as over a million short swords appeared and impaled the ghastly figure which could no longer move. Nick sat down and took off his helmet, Starting to tinker on it.
Quick intermission before the Graduation bit, The reason it works so much despite being "Broken" is because Nick simply thinks of 60× more than intended, So if he wants a Dagger, He thinks 60, That way his chances grow significantly.

It was the Day, The Day Nick and all of 1A graduated, as much as Nick disliked loud and Obnoxious people, The Bakusquad were still his friends… and because Nick kept Bakugou from Killing Kaminari and Kirishima more than once.
But as he expected for every major event, Villains attacked but this time… Shigiraki was the user of AFO… but that didn't matter as Nick became Enraged and Paralyzed Him quickly, Being one millimeter away from paralyzing his Heart and Lungs. Shigi was tooken away to Tartarus and Nick ensured he was never going to escape by putting a Spike in his Brain stem, Permanently paralyzing him from the neck down.
