Hello everyone, I am FullMetalPsycho, this is my first fanfiction. I am writing this as an exercise and for fun. I hope you enjoy it. If you have any ideas for me to improve my writing please let me know in the comments, or if you hate me and my writing or if you have had a bad day vent in the comments I won't judge, here that is your job.

Disclaimer: I OWN NOTHING, I AM NOT MAKING MONEY, THIS IS FOR FUN.

This is based on My Hero Academia. A what-if… Deku was killed by the Sludge Villain and had a twin sister Tatsumaki, from the one-punch series. I will be swapping points of view regularly. Also, I am aiming for PG-13 in my writing, each chapter will be allowed one use of the F-BOMB.

For the 1.3 version of the story I decided to change something what if Deku Bakugo Tatsumaki and Shoto were all friends when they were younger, I feel it adds the dramatic and extra character interactions that the story had been lacking. LMK what you guys think.

Tatsumaki Midoriya A.K.A. Tiny Tornado, Quirk: Telekinesis This is a quirk, so it's more like Eleven from Stranger Things.

Chapter 1 Eyes Void of Sorrow

Third Person P.O.V.

Izuku awoke with a start. Izuku's alarm clock rang out 'Morning is here. Hahaha' His dream vanished from his memory, he groggily pulled himself from his bed's comforting embrace. He rubbed the sleep from his eyes and thought to himself: 'Morning is here. Hahaha'

Izuku Detroit smashed that snooze button and flopped back into bed with a groan.

Suddenly a banging on the door to his room, and a familiar voice shook away his tiredness. "Get up Izuku it's a school day! LET'S GO!" Izuku replied quickly to ensure his sister's temper didn't see the door to his room destroyed for the second time. "I'm up. I'll be ready in a minute." His panicked voice cried out.

On their way to school Izuku, and Tatsumaki, were delayed at Tatooine Station by a battle with a massive villain. The twins worked toward the front of the quickly forming crowd for a good view.

Izuku stared in awe, with his dopey grin spread across his face as several heroes burst onto the scene. Death Arms, catching a falling powerline, Backdraft quickly setting up a barrier with his water to keep everyone back his voice warning citizens, "Stay back this area isn't safe."

Kamui Woods was the next on the scene shooting over the crowd like a fighter jet attacking the villain. He dramatically declared "Assault, robbery, and unauthorized quirk usage during rush hour traffic. You are without a doubt, the very incarnation of evil." The pro-hero dodged a blow from the villain before using his special move. "Lacquered Chain Prison!" he shouted. His arm shooting and spreading out, enveloping the villain before- "Canyon Cannon" a massive woman in a white jumpsuit shouted as she dropkicked the villain clear of the bridge. Interrupting Kami Woods, who could only stand in stunned silence.

Izuku fished out his notebook, marked with the number thirteen, and quickly jotted down some notes on the new hero Mt. Lady. Tatsumaki looked at her brother, a sly grin spreading across her face, "You're such a fanboy" she declared jokingly. Izuku retorted lamely "Well…, yeah." Tatsumaki giggled to herself, before continuing, "Come on, we are already late."

After classes, Izuku was sitting at his desk thinking to himself. 'Without a quirk, could I be a hero, is everyone right about me being this useless Deku?' Izuku banished those thoughts from his head saying aloud "There is a first time for everything, so why not try." "That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard!" The angry voice of Katsuki Bakugo made him jump in surprise seeing the two others with him didn't help. "Oh, Kachan I didn't see you there." Bakugo looked at him blankly picked up Izuku's notebook, before saying "I'm going to do you a favor, give up on the hero thing before you hurt yourself its embarrassing" before using his quirk the explosions engulfing the notebook leaving it scorched and tossing it out the window. Izuku winced at the sight, as the other two laughed. Bakugo turned went to the door opening it and stopped. "Actually, there might be a way for you to get a quirk…" Izuku looked up confusion on his face. "If you took a swan dive off the roof and prayed for one in your next life." He laughed, walking out of the classroom.

Deku waited for the others to leave, before walking to the stairs and up to the roof. He stopped when he saw the fence at the edge, and thought to himself, "Oh, Kachan you really smart but you forgot there was a fence up here couldn't jump if I wanted to." Izuku quickly turned and left to recover his lost notebook. After he found his notebook being snaked on by some coy fish, he headed home he was running late, and thought, "Don't want Tatsumaki to come looking for me again."

As he walked under a bridge he thought, 'I'm going to apply to UA. Quirk or not I'm going to be a hero just like All Might.' He marched forward with a restored vigor laughing in an imitation of his favorite hero, "Ha ha ha ha."

Then he was grasped from behind by a warm ooze gripped him tight as a boa, a single thought of terror in his mind, "A villain..." The villain's sick oily voice leaked out of his gelatinous mass, "You are perfect, kid. A nice disguise for me to escape in, you are a real hero to me kid."

The slime chuckled darkly as the ooze forced its way into the young boy's mouth and nose. Izuku struggled kicked and tried to fight back. The villain slammed his fist into Izuku's stomach winding him. The prickling, burning, terrible feeling, in the back of his throat crying for air begging for release, He screamed internally "No, no, no, this can't be the end, where are the heroes?" Dark spots began forming in his vision and the last thing he saw was that villain's grotesque smile of jagged teeth and the evil eyes of red and black, void of mercy or sorrow.

ALLMIGHT P.O.V.

I burst out of the sewer and looked around this was the only open sewer lid the villain must have come this way. I noticed a notebook on the ground number 13 written on it it was damaged could be a clue. I noticed the student walking off, in an instant he was next to them, "You dropped this." The kid turned and ran. Bingo. Another moment later he had the boy by the ankle and swung him once the villain was out of him. The next instant he bottled him. I checked the kid's pulse. I thought damn I was in the air the boy in my arms rushing to the nearest hospital.

Tatsumaki P.O.V.

I was sitting on the couch reading a book a friend had recommended, my mother was in the kitchen making dinner. The scent of katsudon wafted across the house trying to drag me to it on imaginary wings. My mouth watered with anticipation, then in a rather unladylike manner, my stomach growled with the ferocity of a tiger that had just been woken from a pleasant dream. My mother's sweet voice followed it quickly, "Well, that answers my first question, where is your brother? He loves katsudon, he shouldn't be out this late."

I looked at the clock on the wall it read seven-thirty exactly. There was a knock on the door, the two women looked to the front door. The older woman breathed a sigh "Oh, must be him." Tatsumaki moved to get some katsudon before a dark feeling in here stomach erupted and her mouth, dried like she hadn't had any water today and she thought, "Izuku has a key why would he have knocked?"

She paused, and heard the front door open before an unfamiliar voice spoke in a tone that deepened the feeling in her stomach "Are you Inko Midoriya?" Her mother replied hesitantly "Yes, I am." worry and uneasiness dripping from her voice. The man continued "I regret to inform you, that your son Izuku Midoriya was declared dead at 4:31 PM earlier today." Those words echoed in my mind I felt numb, the next few days were a blur, my mother hugging me crying, For the first time in my life I didn't know what I was going to do.

The funeral was a nice service, and it was comforting to know the villain that killed my brother was stopped by All Might. The flowers made my heart squeeze, pink Ume flowers, violet Hyacinth, and the blue Forget-Me-Not that the Bakugos brought. After an hour or so, the others had left, and my mother shortly followed them.

I couldn't help but think: How did this happen? Is this my fault? Could I have saved him? Why was I not with him? Why couldn't I protect him? These questions bounced around in my head like they were playing ultimate pinball.

They were interrupted by a tall man with blond, messy hair, and a baggy suit that arrived and stood next to me. We stood in silence for a time, my mind was wondering why this had to feel so final. The man spoke with a tired voice like he was filled with unspoken pain, "The loss of a loved one is the hardest challenge to overcome." I nodded, I didn't feel like talking, yet I talked anyway, "Izuku, was my twin brother, he was going to be a great hero someday, he would have been the first quirk-less hero."

We stood in silence for another moment before he spoke again, "Have you chosen a school?" I nod again and say trying to keep my pain from my voice, "Izuku, wanted the four of us to go to UA." The man was confused by this "Four?" he asked. When we were kids Izuku only had two friends other than me, they're probably both going to U.A. so I'll see them there.

The man breathed in once before continuing his tone changed completely now more as if he was filled with a dramatic confidence "Tatsumaki Midoriya, I am Toshinori Yagi, and I wish to help you become a hero, after all, you only have eight months."

I thought to myself I could use all the help I could get, "Help how?" He responded with a chuckle, "Quirk training, like any other muscle you can make it stronger by using it." He paused a moment to think, "Dagobah beach should be perfect."

In hindsight trusting a random stranger like this is really dumb but he seemed nice enough.
