Santana and Valerie were sitting in the living room with a bunch of people coming up to them to wish their condolences. Santana had enough of it. She grabbed Valerie and took her back to her room where they stayed until Blaine came back to tell them everyone was gone.
"Sorry I left you guys to deal with everyone" Santana said to Blaine and Kurt as she came back to the living room. "It's fine Tana," Blaine said, hugging her. "Yeah Santana it's fine we know you're going through alot" Kurt said, taking Valerie from her arms. "but" Santana started before Blaine shushed her. "You were there when I lost my dad so we are going to be here with you and Val with this" Blaine said, squeezing her hand.
"Besides we are her godparents anyway." Kurt said, sitting next to Santana and Blaine. They sat there until Valerie started screaming. "Someone must be hungry" Kurt cooed as he headed to the kitchen to make her a bottle. Santana went to follow and so did Blaine. Santana took Valerie and her bottle back to the nursery to feed Valerie.
After she finished her bottle Valerie started to scream again. Santana rocked her trying to get her to sleep and she just screamed louder. "I wish your mommy was here, she was better at this." She confessed. "When you got fussy your mommy would sing to you" she recalled. Then she began to sing.

When she finished singing tears were streaming down her face but Valerie was asleep. She set her down in her crib and walked out to go find Kurt and Blaine. She found them sitting around the baby monitor crying when they turned around to hug her.
"I can't do this," she confessed. "That's nonsense Tana you are a great mom and you will have help" Kurt said. "Yeah Kurt is right, you are a great mother and you will have help" Blaine said. "Yes but what if I fail her as a mother?" She asked, concerned. "Santana Lopez, you are not going to fail her." Blaine said. Kurt nodded in agreement. "Maybe you're right," she agreed.
"We usually are," Kurt said, giving her a hug then he stood up to make lunch for them. When he came back Santana was asleep and Blaine was missing. He grabbed a blanket and cover santana and went to go find blaine.
When he found him he was in the nursery watching his goddaughter sleep. Blaine hasn't noticed Kurt in the doorway.
"Hey handsome, what are you thinking about?" Kurt asked. "Oh I was just thinking about Santana, don't you think it a little early to be leaving her." Blaine asked. "I know Blaine but we have to get home to Dalton and our jobs," he said sadly kissing Blaine. "I know I just don't want her to go back to her dark place." He said standing up and walked out of the room with Kurt.
"I understand but we can't take her with us because she has her own job" Kurt said.
"Can't we come here on the weekends to check on them" Blaine begged. Kurt thought about it then nodded. "But we have to bring Dalton with us," He said. Blaine hugged and kissed him before heading back to the living where Santana was sleeping. When they sat down next to Santana she woke up.
"Hey guys you should probably get ready to leave." She asked. "Yeah we just wanted to wait until you woke up" Blaine said getting up to leave. "Okay" Santana said standing up with Blaine. "We will be here next weekend for lunch okay" Kurt said. "Okay I will see you guys then bring Dalton okay" She said Kurt nodded giving her a hug before she left.
After they all said goodbye and Blaine and Kurt left Valerie started crying. "Mama coming Mama coming" she said, running back to the nursery. When she got back there she picked up the crying Baby. "It's just me and you now Valerie," she said. She started to sing to her again to sooth her.

When she finished singing Valerie was asleep so she put her in her crib while she went back to her room and collapsed on the bed. She got comfortable and decided to watch TV. She was watching One Tree Hill when she fell asleep.
