This is my first story on fanfiction and I hope you enjoy it.
This is told from Pearls point of view.
Pearl was walking around the square with Marina, there fans crowded around them. "Hey! Stop crowding around us!"Pearl shouted at the fans. She huffed as an album was shoved into her face. "I refuse to sign any autographs today!" Pearl sighed. The crowd finally let her and Marina go.
Marina put her hand on Pearls shoulder. "Sometimes the fans annoy me too."Her best friend told her. Pearl held Marinas hand and started walking faster as a fan was trying to catch up to them. They went in to an alleyway to hide from the fan. She panted and tried to catch her breath. Marina buried her head in her hands and sobbed. Pearl suddenly heard the sobs and looked at Marina, there was no doubt that Marina was struggling with all the attention they were getting.
Pearl noticed her friend calming down from what happened. "Marina..."Pearl sighed. She sat down and crossed her legs. She suddenly got a great idea! "What is the idea?"Marina asked Pearl. "We are making a disguise!"She grinned at Marina. Her best friend gulped. "Why do you look nervous?"Pearl asked her friend. "I have never disguised myself before..."Marina sighed. "I'll help you, Marina!"Pearl reassured her friend.
3 hours later...
"I look so different!"Marina gasped. "With our disguises on, we won't be recognised!"Pearl smiled. Marina giggled at how enthusiastic Pearl was. Pearl looked at Marinas disguise. Marinas tentacles was dyed a light blue and was in a long ponytail. Her long shirt was light yellow and had a light blue ink pattern all around it. Her shorts were a darker blue, her trainers were white with blue laces and she had light pink contacts on her eyes. She even had silver earrings that were shaped like stars on.
Pearls tentacles was dyed orange and she had made her hair more wavy. Pearls dress was a light blue and it also had white polka dots. She had light green trainers on that had black laces, her contacts were a violet purple and she wore a fancy silver necklace that had a diamond embroidered in it. "I'm certain no one will recognise us."Pearl giggled. Pearls eyes grew wide as she saw Marina walking towards her and wrapping her arms around Pearl. Pearl hugged Marina back and smiled. "Let's get some coffee."Marina told Pearl. "Alright! That sounds fun."She replied.
At the coffee shop...
"Hey there! What would you like to drink?"The barista asked them enthusiastically. "Me and my friend would both like an espresso."Pearl told the barista. Pearl watched as the barista started to make them both an espresso. She suddenly felt someone poke her back, when she turned round Marina looked at her. "Did you poke me?"Pearl asked. "Yeah..."Her best friend said. "Why? Is there something wrong?" She asked. Marina nodded her head. "I wanted to ask you if you could go to the cinema with me..."Marina told Pearl. "Yeah!"Pearl agreed. "Your always up for anything aren't you?"Her best friend chuckled. Pearl turned back round and blushed in embarrassment.
There expressos were ready so they found a table to sit down at. They sat down near a big window and looked outside it. There were so many inklings about, jellyfish too and lots of nice clothing shops. Marina pointed to a dress in the window of a shop. "That would look great on you Pearl!"Her friend said. "Really?"Pearl asked. "Yeah."Marina replied.
A few minutes later...
They walked back to their house carefully, in case anyone sees them. When they got back, they took of their disguises and sat down on their sofa.
